In some embodiments, the control assembly includes a display module, such as a display, which may be a device suitable for displaying images or video, such as a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED), or plasma display.
As an optional implementation mode, the full-automatic supply system for household electrical appliance printed matters further comprises a system outer frame which is arranged on the outer sides of the mounting platform and the mounting bracket and used for protecting the system. the printed matter input assembly 7 is arranged on the mounting platform 11 and used for receiving printed matters transmitted by the printed matter conveyer belt 8;
the printed matter vision prerecording assembly 2 is arranged on a mounting bracket 10 at one end of a mounting platform 11, and the printed matter vision prerecording assembly 2 is arranged above the printed matter input assembly 7, so that the printed matter received on the printed matter vision prerecording assembly can be conveniently visually identified;
the printed matter grabbing component 5 is arranged on the mounting platform 11, arranged along the length direction of the mounting platform and positioned in the middle; a plurality of printed matter placing assemblies 3 are arranged below two sides of the printed matter grabbing assembly 5, the upper planes of the printed matter placing assemblies 3 and the mounting platform 11 are positioned on the same height plane, and the main body part of the printed matter placing assemblies is arranged below the mounting platform 11;
the printed matter output assembly 6 is arranged at the other end of the mounting platform 11, a printed matter visual detection assembly 4 is arranged above the printed matter output assembly, and the printed matter visual detection assembly 4 is fixedly arranged on the other mounting bracket 10;
the robot assembly 9 is disposed in an area adjacent to the appliance 101 and the system platform 1 for grasping and delivering printed products output by the printed product output assembly 6 to a suitable location in the appliance 101, such as an interior cavity of the appliance.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a printed matter gripping assembly of the full-automatic home appliance printed matter supply system disclosed in embodiment 2, and fig. 4 is a partial schematic view of the printed matter gripping assembly of the full-automatic home appliance printed matter supply system disclosed in embodiment 2.
In embodiment 2, the printed matter gripping assembly includes: the rectangular platform 50 is arranged and installed on the installation platform; a second linear guide rail 51 is arranged on the rectangular platform 50 along the length direction in a matching way, and a guide rail base 52 which is arranged on the second linear guide rail 51 and is matched with the second linear guide rail 51 can move along the second linear guide rail 51; the second transmission component 54 is fixedly connected with the guide rail base 52 and used for driving the guide rail base 52 to move along the second linear guide rail 51; a second driving motor 53 provided at an end of the rectangular platform 51 for driving the movement of the second transfer member 54;
a cuboid-shaped mounting vertical plate 55 is vertically and fixedly connected to the guide rail base 52, two air cylinders 56 are respectively arranged at two end parts of the mounting vertical plate 55, and the lower end parts of the air cylinders 56 are respectively and fixedly connected with a grabbing component 57;
the second driving motor 53 is fixedly mounted at the end of the rectangular platform 50 through a second motor fixing plate 531, and a second driving motor limiting plate 533 is arranged on the second linear guide 51 and used for limiting and stabilizing the position of the second driving motor 53; a protective case fixing plate 532 is further disposed outside the second driving motor 53 to mount the protective case of the second transmission member.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a printed matter placing assembly of the full-automatic home appliance printed matter supply system disclosed in embodiment 3, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a printed matter placing assembly of the full-automatic home appliance printed matter supply system disclosed in embodiment 3, illustrating a structure thereof from different angles.
In embodiment 3, the print placing unit 3 includes: a module top plate 31, the module top plate 31 is generally horizontally arranged on the mounting platform and keeps the same height with the mounting platform; the middle part of the component top plate 31 is provided with a rectangular opening, and the size of the rectangular opening is larger than that of the household appliance printed matter, so that the household appliance printed matter can be put in and taken out through the opening; the assembly bottom plate 33 is arranged below the assembly top plate 31 and fixedly connected with the assembly top plate 31 through a connecting rod 341, and two ends of the connecting rod 341 are fixedly connected with the assembly top plate 31 and the assembly bottom plate 33 respectively; the connection rod 341 is provided in plurality; the limiting shafts 34 are arranged in a plurality of numbers, are used for limiting the positions of the printed matters arranged on the movable panel 32, and are respectively arranged at the positions of two side edges of the assembly top plate 31; a movable panel 32 is arranged between the component bottom plate 33 and the component top plate 31, through holes correspondingly matched with the limiting shaft 34 and the connecting rod 341 are arranged on the movable panel, and the limiting shaft 34 and the connecting rod 341 respectively pass through the through holes so as to enable the movable panel 32 to move; a screw rod 36 is matched with the movable panel 32, two ends of the screw rod 36 are rotatably connected with the assembly top plate 31 and the assembly bottom plate 33, and the movable panel 32 can be driven to vertically move up and down by the rotation of the screw rod 36; a first driving motor 35 is arranged below the assembly top plate 31, and the first driving electrode 35 is fixedly connected with the assembly top plate 31; the first driving motor 35 is connected with the lead screw 36 through a synchronous belt 30, and the first driving motor 35 synchronously drives the lead screw 36 to rotate through the synchronous belt 30; guide shafts 37 are arranged on two sides of the screw rod 36, two ends of each guide shaft 37 are fixedly connected to the component top plate 31 and the component bottom plate 33 respectively, and the guide shafts 37 are movably connected with the movable panel 32 through slidable parts and used for assisting in guiding the vertical moving direction of the movable panel 32.
As shown in fig. 6, the side of the movable panel 32 is provided with a sensing piece 38, and a photoelectric sensor 39 is provided in an opposite direction above the sensing piece 38 and fixed below the assembly top plate 31.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a printed matter visual prerecording assembly of the fully automatic printed matter supply system disclosed in embodiment 4.
In embodiment 4, the visual pre-recording component for printed matter includes a first industrial camera 23 for acquiring an image of the printed matter, wherein the first industrial camera 23 is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket through a first fixing frame 21; the visual prerecording area 20 below the first industrial camera 23 is an image acquisition range of the first industrial camera 23, a first strip-shaped light source 22 is arranged at each side of the image acquisition range, and the first strip-shaped light source 22 is generally fixedly arranged on the printed matter input assembly.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a printed matter visual inspection assembly of the fully automatic printed matter feeding system disclosed in embodiment 5.
In embodiment 5, the visual inspection assembly for printed matters comprises a second industrial camera 40 for acquiring images of printed matters, wherein the second industrial camera 40 is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket through a second fixing frame 41; the visual inspection area 42 below the second industrial camera 40 is an image acquisition range of the second industrial camera 40, a second strip light source 43 is respectively arranged at two sides of the image acquisition range, and the second strip light source 43 is generally fixedly arranged on the printed product output assembly; the gas purging component 44 is mounted on the mounting bracket, and the head of the gas purging component 44 is arranged close to the printed matter placing part, so that purging operation on the printed matter is facilitated.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of a printed matter output assembly of the full-automatic home appliance printed matter supply system disclosed in embodiment 6.
In embodiment 6, the printed matter output assembly 6 includes a printed matter output assembly bottom plate 60, on which a third linear guide 64 is installed, the printed matter positioning table 61 is adaptively disposed on the third linear guide 64, the printed matter positioning table 61 is disposed and fixedly connected with a third transmission part 63, the third transmission part 63 is disposed and connected with a third driving motor 62, the third driving motor 62 drives the third transmission part 63 to move, and then drives the printed matter positioning table 61 to move along the third linear guide 64, so as to convey the printed matter placed on the printed matter positioning table 61.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view of a robot assembly of the full-automatic home appliance printed matter supply system disclosed in embodiment 7.
In embodiment 7, the robot assembly includes a robot base 90 disposed on a side of the household appliance production line, a multi-axis cooperative robot 91 is disposed on the robot base 90, and a gripper 92 is disposed on a top end of the multi-axis cooperative robot 91; the gripper 92 can grip the printed matter placed on the printed matter thermal stimulation assembly 6 and place the printed matter into the inner cavity of the home appliance placed on the home appliance production line under the driving of the robot 91.
The full-automatic supply system for the household appliance printed matters, disclosed by the embodiment of the application, can convey the household appliance printed matters to the supply system, perform visual identification on the household appliance printed matters, acquire information of the household appliance printed matters and input the information into the system; the printed matter corresponding to the type of the household appliance can be accurately grabbed and conveyed to a designated position, the height of the printed matter can be controlled by controlling the height of the printed matter placing assembly, the distance between the printed matter and the printed matter grabbing assembly can be adjusted to be kept in a reasonable range, and the grabbing efficiency of the household appliance printed matter is improved; the captured printed matter is detected and analyzed through the printed matter visual detection assembly, whether the printed matter is correct or not is further judged, the printed matter which is determined to be correct is further conveyed to a specified position of an operation station through the printed matter output assembly, and the printed matter is automatically captured and conveyed to the household appliance through the robot assembly, so that the household appliance and the printed matter of the household appliance are guaranteed to be correct and correct; the supply efficiency of household electrical appliances printed matter is improved, be favorable to controlling the production beat, improve production efficiency.

the printed matter placing assembly is adaptively arranged on the mounting platform and used for placing printed matters, and the printed matter placing assembly is vertically moved up and down and used for adjusting the height of the printed matters;
the printed matter grabbing component is arranged on the mounting platform, is adaptively arranged above the printed matter placing component and is used for grabbing the selected printed matter and conveying the selected printed matter to a specified position;
the printed matter output assembly is used for placing the printed matter grabbed by the printed matter grabbing assembly and conveying the printed matter to a specified operation station;
the printed matter visual detection assembly is fixedly arranged on the mounting bracket, is adaptively arranged above the printed matter output assembly and is used for detecting the printed matter output by the printed matter output assembly;
and the robot assembly is used for grabbing the printed matters output by the printed matter output assembly and transferring the printed matters to a set part of the household appliance.
2. The fully automatic household appliance printed matter supply system according to claim 1, wherein the printed matter placing assembly comprises:
the assembly top plate is horizontally arranged on the mounting platform, a square opening is formed in the middle of the assembly top plate, and the square opening is matched with a printed matter;
the assembly bottom plate is arranged below the assembly top plate and is fixedly connected with the assembly top plate through a connecting part;
the movable panel is used for placing printed matters, is arranged between the component top plate and the component bottom plate and is arranged to move up and down along the connecting part;
and the first driving motor is arranged below the component top plate and used for driving the movable panel.
3. The fully automatic household appliance printed matter supply system according to claim 2, wherein the printed matter placing assembly further comprises:
the two ends of the screw rod are respectively connected with the component top plate and the component bottom plate, the movable panel is movably connected with the screw rod, and the screw rod is driven by the first driving motor to rotate so as to drive the movable panel to move;

the linear guide rail is adaptively arranged and fixed on the rectangular platform;
the mounting vertical plate is adaptively arranged on the linear guide rail and is arranged to reciprocate along the linear guide rail;
the transmission part is connected with the mounting vertical plate and is used for driving the mounting vertical plate to move in a reciprocating manner;
the second driving motor is arranged on the rectangular platform, connected with the transmission part and used for driving the transmission part to move;
the air cylinder is arranged and mounted on the mounting vertical plate;
and the grabbing component is arranged at the end part of the cylinder, vertically moves under the driving of the cylinder and is used for grabbing the printed matter.
7. The fully-automatic household appliance printed matter supply system according to claim 6, wherein the number of the cylinders is two, the two cylinders are respectively arranged at two ends of the mounting bracket, and each cylinder is provided with a grabbing component in a matching way.
8. The fully automatic household appliance printed product supply system according to claim 6, wherein the gripping member comprises a plurality of vacuum chucks, and the vacuum chucks are combined to form a vacuum chuck array.
9. The fully automatic household appliance printed matter supply system according to claim 2, wherein the printed matter placing assembly further comprises:
the photoelectric sensor is arranged below the top plate of the assembly and used for sensing and controlling the vertical moving position of the movable panel;
