As shown in FIG. 5, when the brewing cup assembly 20 moves to the brewing position, the first piercing member 22 pierces the rear shell 82 of the capsule 80, the second piercing member 32 pierces the surface cover 81 of the capsule 80, the water in the external water tank can enter the brewing space through the water inlet channel 210 after being heated, the water can enter the interior of the capsule 80 after the water pressure in the brewing space is increased to a certain degree, the beverage powder (such as coffee powder) in the capsule 80 is sprayed, so that the beverage powder in the capsule 80 is rapidly and effectively dissolved and extracted to form liquid beverage (such as coffee liquid), and then the beverage flows out from the surface cover 81 and flows out to the beverage cup through the water outlet channel 310, thereby completing the brewing process of the whole capsule 80, and the whole high-pressure extraction process can effectively increase the dissolution rate of the beverage powder, and can effectively increase the brewing rate and the taste of the beverage.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first puncturing part 22 comprises a first tray body and a plurality of first puncturing knives 221 arranged on the first tray body, the first tray body is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the brewing cup 21, the second puncturing part 32 comprises a second tray body and a plurality of second puncturing knives 321 arranged on the second tray body, and the second tray body is fixedly connected with the cup cover 31. The water inlet channel 210 may be used in connection with the water inlet means of the brewing apparatus. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the water inlet mechanism includes a water inlet joint 51, a first seal ring 52, a second seal ring 53, and a check valve group 54. The water inlet joint 51 is used for being connected with a water pump pipeline of a water tank of the beverage machine, the first sealing ring 52 is used for connecting the water inlet joint 51 with the brewing cup 21 in a sealing mode, the second sealing ring 53 is arranged in the water inlet joint 51 and used for adjusting the pressure of inlet water, and the check valve group 54 is arranged at the upper end of the second sealing ring 53 and enables water entering from the outside to flow in a single direction only.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the inner peripheral wall of the brewing cup 21 is provided with a first seal 213, the first seal 213 being arranged adjacent to the first piercing member 22. By providing the first seal 213 in the brewing cup 213 close to the first piercing member, the first seal 213 is adapted to withstand the high pressure during brewing and to reduce the residual water. Optionally, the first sealing element is a Y-shaped sealing ring, so that the sealing effect and the pressure bearing capacity can be further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the brewing cup 21 further includes a cup body 211 with two open ends, and a cup holder 212 detachably covering one end of the cup body 211 away from the cover 31, wherein the first sealing member 213 is disposed between the cup body 211 and the cup holder 212. The brewing cup 21 is designed in a split mode, the cup body 211 and the cup stand 212 can be detachably connected through fasteners, and when the brewing cup is cleaned, the brewing cup can be detached to be cleaned, so that all corners of the brewing cup 21 can be effectively cleaned, and sanitation and safety are guaranteed. Meanwhile, the first sealing member 213 can perform a function of bearing a high pressure, and can ensure sealing reliability when the cup body 211 is engaged with the cup holder 212, thereby ensuring sealing reliability of the capsule 80 inside. The first sealing member 213 includes, but is not limited to, a silicone rubber and a rubber.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the first sealing member 213 includes a first sealing ring body sandwiched between the cup body 211 and the cup holder 212, and a first sealing lug 2131 provided on the inner periphery of the first sealing ring body, wherein the first sealing lug 2131 is bent with respect to the axis of the first sealing ring body, and is substantially Y-shaped, has a good pressure-bearing capacity, and performs an effective sealing function on the capsule 80 during brewing.
Further, the lid assembly 30 includes a second seal 33 disposed on a side of the lid body 31 adjacent the brew cup 21, the second seal 33 being configured to sealingly engage the lid body 31 with the brew cup 21. When the brewing cup assembly 20 is moved to the brewing position, the rim of the brewing cup 21 bears against the second sealing member 33, so that a reliable sealing connection can be formed between the cup cover and the brewing cup 21 under the action of the second sealing member 33. The second sealing member 33 includes but is not limited to silicone and rubber.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the second sealing member 33 comprises a second sealing ring body connected to the cover body 31, and a second sealing lug 331 disposed on a side periphery of the second sealing ring body near the brewing cup assembly 20, wherein the second sealing lug 331 is bent with respect to an axis of the second sealing ring body to present a substantially Y-shape, and can effectively seal the capsule 80 during the brewing process and guide the brewed beverage.
Preferably, a first sealing element 213 is disposed in the brewing cup 21, the first sealing element 213 has a first sealing protrusion 2131, a second sealing element 33 is disposed on a side of the lid 31 close to the cup body 211, the second sealing element 33 has a second sealing protrusion 331, and both the first sealing protrusion 2131 and the second sealing protrusion 331 are Y-shaped. The first sealing lug 2131 and the second sealing lug 331 cooperate with each other to effectively seal the capsule 80 during brewing. The first sealing member 213 is disposed near the first piercing member 22 to bear a large pressure and reduce the residual water, the second sealing member 33 is disposed near the second piercing member 32 to collect the coffee or other beverages extracted by brewing at high temperature and high pressure, and the first sealing member 213 and the second sealing member 33 are matched to be well adapted to various capsules with different shapes.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the brewing apparatus further comprises a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism comprises a handle 60 and a connecting rod assembly 70, one end of the handle 60 is rotatably connected with the housing 10 via a rotating shaft 61, the handle 60 is in transmission connection with the brewing cup assembly 20 via the connecting rod assembly 70, and the handle 60 can drive the brewing cup assembly 20 to approach or leave the cap assembly 30 along the first direction when rotating. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, when a capsule 80 needs to be put in before brewing, the handle 60 is rotated upwards to a vertical state, and during the rotation, the handle 60 can drive the brewing cup assembly 20 to move to an escape position towards one side away from the cup cover assembly 30 through the connecting rod assembly 70, so that the brewing cup assembly can be escaped out of the capsule bin 101, and the capsule 80 can be conveniently installed; after capsule 80 packed into capsule storehouse 101, with handle 60 downwardly rotating to the horizontality, handle 60 drives through link assembly 70 and makes the cup subassembly 20 and move to making the position towards the one side that is close to bowl cover subassembly 30 to can carry out subsequent brewing work, easy operation is convenient, and the user of being convenient for uses. Optionally, the handle 60 is made of metal, and has high structural strength and long service life.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the connecting rod assembly 70 includes a first connecting rod 71, a second connecting rod 72, a third connecting rod 73 and a fourth connecting rod 74, wherein one end of the first connecting rod 71 is fixedly connected to the handle 60, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged to one end of the second connecting rod 72 through a first rotating shaft 75, the other end of the second connecting rod 72 is hinged to the third connecting rod 73 and the fourth connecting rod 74 through a second rotating shaft 76, the other end of the third connecting rod 73 is hinged to the housing 10 through a third rotating shaft 77, the other end of the fourth connecting rod 74 is hinged to the brewing cup assembly 20 through a fourth rotating shaft 78, and when the brewing cup assembly 20 is coupled to the lid assembly 30, the third connecting rod 73 rotates to be consistent with the first direction. Thus, as shown in FIG. 5, in the brewing position, the brewing cup assembly 20, the third connecting rod 73 and the fourth connecting rod 74 are arranged substantially in a straight line along the first direction, and the third connecting rod 73 and the fourth connecting rod 74 only have a pushing force along the first direction and no component force in other directions, so that the brewing cup assembly 20 can be self-locked well, and the brewing cup assembly 20 is prevented from being separated from the cap assembly 30 during the brewing process.

Claims (10)

1. Brewing apparatus, comprising:
the capsule comprises a shell, wherein a capsule bin is arranged in the shell;
the brewing mechanism is arranged in the shell and comprises a brewing cup assembly and a cup cover assembly which are oppositely arranged, the brewing cup assembly can reciprocate along a first direction to be close to or far away from the cup cover assembly, the brewing cup assembly is provided with an accommodating cavity which is open towards one side of the cup cover assembly, and the brewing cup assembly and the cup cover assembly can be separated to leave the capsule bin; and
the two sets of hook components are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the capsule bin in the second direction, each hook component comprises a positioning hook and an ejection hook, the ejection hooks are positioned on one sides of the positioning hooks close to the cup cover component, the positioning hooks and the ejection hooks can independently stretch and retract along the second direction, positioning grooves used for being in positioning fit with the edges of the capsule are correspondingly arranged on opposite surfaces of the two positioning hooks, the two ejection hooks are used for being in limit fit with the edges of the capsule so as to separate the capsule from the brewing cup component, and the first direction is intersected with the second direction.
2. The brewing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the positioning slot is formed with a notch through a top surface of the positioning hook.
3. The brewing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a side of said positioning hook adjacent to said lid assembly is provided with a sliding groove extending in said second direction, and said ejection hook is slidably engaged with said sliding groove.
4. The brewing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing has mounting seats on opposite sides thereof along the second direction, one side of the mounting seats is in communication with the capsule chamber, the positioning hook and the ejection hook are slidably mounted in the mounting seats, each hook assembly further comprises a first elastic member and a second elastic member, the first elastic member is used for driving the positioning hook to extend toward the capsule chamber, and the second elastic member is used for driving the ejection hook to extend toward the capsule chamber.
5. The brewing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein a mounting opening is provided on a side of the mounting seat away from the capsule chamber, each hook assembly further comprises an end cap covering the mounting opening, two ends of the first elastic member are elastically abutted against the positioning hook and the end cap, respectively, and two ends of the second elastic member are elastically abutted against the ejection hook and the end cap, respectively.

The brewing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the brewing cup assembly is provided with a pressing ramp at an end thereof adjacent to the cap assembly, the pressing ramp being capable of pressing the positioning hook and the ejection hook in sequence during movement of the brewing cup assembly towards the cap assembly, so that the positioning hook and the ejection hook are retractable towards a side remote from the capsule chamber.
7. Brewing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the side of the positioning hook adjacent the brewing cup assembly is provided with a first guiding bevel cooperating with the pressing bevel; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and a second guide inclined plane matched with the extrusion inclined plane is arranged on one side of the ejection hook close to the brewing cup assembly.

Brewing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the brewing cup assembly comprises a brewing cup open to one side of the lid assembly, and a first piercing member provided in an inner bottom wall of the brewing cup, the brewing cup defining the receiving chamber therein; the cup cover assembly comprises a cover body opposite to the brewing cup and a second puncturing piece arranged on one side of the cover body close to the brewing cup assembly; when the brewing cup is connected with the cover body, a brewing space can be formed in an enclosing mode, the brewing cup is provided with a water inlet channel communicated with the brewing space, and the cover body is provided with a water outlet channel communicated with the brewing space.
9. Brewing apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the inner peripheral wall of the brewing cup is provided with a first sealing member, which is arranged adjacent to the first piercing member.
10. The brewing apparatus of claim 8, wherein the lid assembly further comprises a second seal member disposed on a side of the lid body adjacent the brewing cup, the second seal member being configured to sealingly engage the lid body with the brewing cup.
