For example, in one example of the present invention, the lower end of the diagonal rod 231 is slidably connected to the support frame 14 on the support platform 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the vertical adjusting assembly 21 includes: the lifting jack 211 is supported on the supporting platform 1 and is located at the bottom of the bottom supporting plate 241, and the supporting leg 212 is also supported on the supporting platform 1 and is located at the bottom of the bottom supporting plate 241. It can be understood that the height of the bottom bracket plate 241 can be adjusted by using the jack 211, and as the height of the bottom bracket plate 241 changes, the height of the track beam supported on the bottom bracket plate 241 also changes, so that the height of the track beam can be adjusted. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top surface of the jack 211 is movably engaged with the bottom surface of the bottom plate 241 by the spherical structural member 213. It can be understood that, when the inclination angle of the track beam is adjusted by the inclination angle adjusting assembly 23, the bottom surface of the bottom supporting plate 241 and the top surface of the jack 211 may deflect, the stress contact area between the jack 211 and the bottom supporting plate 241 may be increased by providing the spherical structural member 213, and the stress may be prevented from being excessively concentrated, so that the reliability of the operation may be improved. For example, in an example of the present invention, a surface of the bottom plate 241 facing the jack 211 is a concave surface (see fig. 6), a surface of the spherical structural member 213 facing the bottom plate 241 is a convex surface, and a surface of the spherical structural member 213 facing the jack 211 and a surface of the jack 211 facing the spherical structural member 213 are both flat surfaces.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the lateral adjustment assembly 22 includes: and the pushing mechanism 221, wherein the pushing mechanism 221 is fixed on the bottom bracket plate 241 and connected with the lower end of the suspender 242, so as to push the lower end of the suspender 242 to slide along the transverse direction. Thus, adjustment and limitation of the position of the boom 242 can be achieved using the pushing mechanism 221.
For example, in one example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the pushing mechanism 221 includes a first connecting section 2211, a second connecting section 2212, a third connecting section 2213 and a fourth connecting section 2214, one end of the first connecting section 2211 is hinged to one end of the second connecting section 2212 through a first pivot 2215, the other end of the second connecting section 2212 is hinged to one end of the third connecting section 2213 through a second pivot 2216, the other end of the third connecting section 2213 is hinged to one end of the fourth connecting section 2214 through a third pivot 2217, the other end of the fourth connecting section 2214 is hinged to one end of the first connecting section 2211 through a fourth pivot 2218, the second pivot 2216 is connected to the suspension rod 242, and the fourth pivot 2218 is connected to the bottom supporting plate 241. The lead screw 2219 is arranged on the first pivot shaft 2215 and the third pivot shaft 2217, the distance between the first pivot shaft 2215 and the third pivot shaft 2217 can be adjusted by the lead screw 2219, and the distance between the second pivot shaft 2216 and the fourth pivot shaft 2218 can also be changed along with the change of the distance between the first pivot shaft 2215 and the third pivot shaft 2217.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the method for installing and adjusting a track beam by using the track beam adjusting device 100 according to the present invention includes:
s1: fixing the supporting platform 1 on the cover beam 200;
s2: the distance between the two booms 242 is adjusted to the maximum distance by the pushing mechanism 221;
s3: hoisting the track beam to the bottom support plate 241 by a crane;
s4: adjusting the distance between the two suspension rods 242 by using the pushing mechanism 221 so that the two suspension rods 242 are clamped at two sides of the track beam;
s5: the vertical position of the track beam is roughly adjusted by using a jack 211;
s6: the inclination angle of the track beam is roughly adjusted by using the inclination angle adjusting assembly 23;
s7: the vertical position of the track beam is accurately adjusted by using a jack 211;
s8: the inclination angle of the track beam is accurately adjusted by using the inclination angle adjusting assembly 23;
s9: adjusting the legs 212 such that the legs 212 are supported at the bottom of the bottom plate 241;
s10: retesting the jack 211 for later removal;
s11: constructing and maintaining the wet connection section of the track beam and the bent cap 200;
s12: the adjusting device 100 is removed from the capping beam 200.
