When the second connecting member 2 and the first connecting member 1 are sleeved, the positioning screw penetrates through the guide groove on the second connecting member 2 and is screwed and fixed on the first connecting member 1.
When the hoisting tool is in a state to be hoisted, the second connecting piece 2 is fixed at the second position, namely, the positioning screw is fixed in the first fixing position 214 of the first limiting section 212, the clamping piece 31 is in an open state, at the moment, the measuring rod section (the long and thin rod structure) can be inserted into the inserting hole 11 from the clamping part 3, the driving shaft is positioned outside the inserting hole 11, at the moment, the second connecting piece 2 is pulled downwards to the first position, and the clamping piece 31 is folded to clamp the driving shaft, so that a hoisting state is formed. After the hoisting is finished, the second connecting piece 2 is moved to be located at the second position, the clamping component 3 loosens the clamping and fixing of the driving shaft, and the hoisting tool is restored to be in a state to be hoisted. The above operation process can be performed by holding the first handle 15 or the second handle 22.
The hoisting tool in the embodiment realizes the hoisting function of the control rod, has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient operation, is suitable for hoisting the control rods of various specifications, is particularly suitable for hoisting a cross wing control rod assembly, and solves the hoisting problem of a measuring rod section (a slender rod structure) connected on the cross wing control rod assembly.
Based on the working principle of a driving mechanism in a nuclear reactor, the characteristics of a built-in control rod driving wire of an advanced integrated small water reactor with the thermal power of less than 50MW and the assembly and disassembly experience, the hoisting tool in the embodiment not only meets the engineering application of the built-in water pressure driving technology of the control rod on the advanced small water reactor with the thermal power of less than 50MW, ensures the engineering application of the built-in water pressure driving technology of the control rod, provides reference for the engineering design of hoisting of a slender rod structure in other industrial fields, and can realize engineering and productization.
The hoisting tool of the embodiment is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure and irradiation environments in a reactor pressure vessel where the driving mechanism is located. The driving mechanism sequentially drives the three hydraulic cylinders to transfer and clamps the two sets of pin claw mechanisms to move by adopting lifting, transferring and clamping, so that the functions of lifting, descending and dropping the control rod are realized.

Claims (10)

1. A lifting tool, comprising:
the first connecting piece is provided with a plug hole which is opened at the first end of the first connecting piece;
the clamping component is connected to the first end of the first connecting piece;
the second connecting piece is sleeved on the outer side of the first connecting piece and is arranged to be capable of being switched between a first position and a second position relative to the first connecting piece, the clamping component is sleeved on the second connecting piece at the first position so as to be in a clamping state, and the clamping component is released from being sleeved on the second connecting piece at the second position so as to be in an opening state;
and the hoisting part is arranged on at least one of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece.
2. A hoisting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the first and second connecting members is provided with a guide portion, and the other is provided with a positioning portion movable along the guide portion.

The hoisting tool of claim 2, wherein the guide portion comprises a guide section and a limiting section for limiting the positioning portion, and the limiting section comprises a first limiting section and a second limiting section which respectively extend to one side of the guide section along the end of the guide section.
4. The hoisting tool of claim 3, wherein the first and second limiting segments are respectively provided with a fixing position for fixing the positioning portion.
5. The hoisting tool of claim 3, wherein the positioning portion is a positioning screw fixed to the first connecting member, and the guide portion is a guide groove provided in the second connecting member.

A lifting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping member comprises a plurality of clamping members, the clamping members comprise a connecting portion and a clamping portion, the connecting portion is connected to the first connecting member, one end of the clamping portion is connected to the connecting portion, the other end of the clamping portion is provided with a clamping portion, in the first position, the plurality of clamping portions are mutually closed, and in the second position, the plurality of clamping portions are mutually opened.
7. The hoisting tool of claim 6 wherein the connecting portion is secured to the first connecting member, the clamping portions are integral with the connecting portion, and the clamping portions are resiliently deformable to close or open each other.
8. A lifting tool according to claim 6, wherein the first end of the first connector is formed with a recess to which the clamping member is connected, the clamping member having a thickness less than or equal to the depth of the recess.
9. Hoisting tool according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein at least one of the first and second attachment members is provided with a handle.
10. Hoisting tool according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the hoisting portion comprises a hoisting ring, which hoisting ring is fixed to the second end of the first connecting member.
