Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,包括储水箱,储水箱内设有电解杀菌模组,电解杀菌模组包括设于储水箱内的壳体、钛阳极网及钛阴极网,钛阳极网与钛阴极网设于壳体内,钛阳极网通过钛阳极螺栓与电源正极电性连接,钛阴极网通过钛阴极螺栓与电源负极电性连接,钛阳极螺栓及钛阴极螺栓贯穿壳体及储水箱的底部,本实用新型可将储水箱内的水电解产生可杀菌的强氧化化合物,使加湿器具有杀菌功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及加湿器领域,特别涉及一种带电解杀菌模组的加湿器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,在秋冬这种天气干燥的日子,人们(特别是北方的人们)会使用加湿器增加空气的湿度,让肌肤保持水分滋润,现有的加湿器一般只具备基本的雾化加湿功能,在加湿过程中会将空气中的细菌吸附在雾气中排出,对人体健康有害,同时细菌容易在水箱导滋生繁殖。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,杀菌效果良好的带电解杀菌模组的加湿器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,包括储水箱,所述储水箱内设有电解杀菌模组,所述电解杀菌模组包括设于储水箱内的壳体、钛阳极网及钛阴极网,所述钛阳极网与所述钛阴极网设于所述壳体内,钛阳极网通过钛阳极螺栓与电源正极电性连接,钛阴极网通过钛阴极螺栓与电源负极电性连接,所述钛阳极螺栓及所述钛阴极螺栓贯穿壳体及储水箱的底部。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述壳体包括上盖体及下盖体,所述上盖体盖合在所述下盖体上,上盖体底部设有凹槽,下盖体顶部设有与所述凹槽配合的凸块,所述凸块设于凹槽内,上盖体通过超声波焊接技术与下盖体连接。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述钛阳极网设于所述钛阴极网上方,钛阳极网与钛阴极网之间设有隔网膜。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述壳体顶部设有第一安装孔及第二安装孔,所述钛阳极螺栓及所述钛阴极螺栓分别设于所述第一安装孔及所述第二安装孔内。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述钛阳极网及所述钛阴极网分别设有第一通孔及第二通孔,所述钛阳极螺栓及所述钛阴极螺栓分别穿过所述第一通孔及所述第二通孔。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述钛阳极螺栓与所述钛阴极螺栓底部设有地线圈,所述地线圈通过螺母分别固定在钛阳极螺栓及钛阴极螺栓上。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述壳体底部设有防水孔,所述防水孔内设有硅胶密封垫,所述钛阳极螺栓及所述钛阴极螺栓分别穿过所述硅胶密封垫。
本实用新型的有益效果:储水箱内设有电解杀菌模组,可对储水箱内的自来水进行电解,在钛阳极网处产生含有次氯酸的酸性电解水,雾化后起到杀菌消毒的功效,在钛阴极网处产生碱性电解水,雾化后被人体吸收对人体健康具有有益作用,此外硅胶密封圈的设置可有效防止漏水导致短路的情况发生。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示本实用新型的实施例,一种带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,包括储水箱1,加湿器可将储水箱1内的水雾化扩散至加湿器外,实现对环境的加湿,储水箱1内设有电解杀菌模组,电解杀菌模组包括设于储水箱1内的壳体2、钛阳极网3及钛阴极网4,钛阳极网3及钛阴极网4为金属导电网表面镀上钛,形成钛电极,具有导电稳定,能耗小,耐腐蚀等特点,钛阳极网3与钛阴极网4设于壳体2内,钛阳极网3通过钛阳极螺栓5与电源正极电性连接,钛阴极网4通过钛阴极螺栓6与电源负极电性连接,钛阳极螺栓5及钛阴极螺栓6贯穿壳体2及储水箱1的底部,以便与电源连接,加湿器工作时,往储水箱1内加入自来水,由于自来水含有氯离子,因此电解杀菌模组通电后会对自来水进行电解,钛阳极网3处产生含有次氯酸的酸性电解水,次氯酸具有强氧化性,具有杀菌功效,杀菌后次氯酸会自行分解,对环境几乎没有污染(如原水不含氯离子,则电解产生臭氧、过氧化氢等强氧化性物质,同样具有杀菌的作用),而在钛阴极网4处会产生碱性电解水,雾化后被人体吸入能迅速清除体人内的酸性代谢物,对因酸性过多导致的胃溃疡、反酸、痛风、肌肉酸痛等有较好的预防和治疗作用。
壳体2包括上盖体7及下盖体8,上盖体7盖合在下盖体8上,上盖体7底部设有凹槽18,下盖体8顶部设有与凹槽18配合的凸块,凸块设于凹槽18内,实现上盖体7与下盖体8的定位连接,上盖体7通过超声波焊接技术与下盖体8连接,无需使用螺栓固定,以免其它金属材质影响水的电解。
钛阳极网3设于钛阴极网4上方,钛阳极网3与钛阴极网4之间设有隔网膜9,隔网膜9为绝缘材质,用于分隔钛阳极网3及钛阴极网4,钛阳极网3及钛阴极网4分别设有第一通孔12及第二通孔13,钛阳极螺栓5及钛阴极螺栓6分别穿过第一通孔12及第二通孔13,避免电源正极与电源负极接触发生短路情况,壳体2顶部设有第一安装孔10及第二安装孔11,钛阳极螺栓5及钛阴极螺栓6分别设于第一安装孔10及所述第二安装孔11内,便于定位安装。
壳体2底部设有防水孔15,防水孔15内设有硅胶密封垫16,钛阳极螺栓5及钛阴极螺栓6分别穿过硅胶密封垫16,硅胶密封垫16起到密封作用,防止储水箱1内的水沿钛阳极螺栓5或钛阴极螺栓6流出,造成短路事故,钛阳极螺栓5与钛阴极螺栓6底部设有地线圈14,地线圈14通过螺母17分别固定在钛阳极螺栓5及钛阴极螺栓6上,起到安全防护作用。
以上结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作了详细说明,但本实用新型不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,包括储水箱(1),其特征在于:所述储水箱(1)内设有电解杀菌模组,所述电解杀菌模组包括设于储水箱(1)内的壳体(2)、钛阳极网(3)及钛阴极网(4),所述钛阳极网(3)与所述钛阴极网(4)设于所述壳体(2)内,钛阳极网(3)通过钛阳极螺栓(5)与电源正极电性连接,钛阴极网(4)通过钛阴极螺栓(6)与电源负极电性连接,所述钛阳极螺栓(5)及所述钛阴极螺栓(6)贯穿壳体(2)及储水箱(1)的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)包括上盖体(7)及下盖体(8),所述上盖体(7)盖合在所述下盖体(8)上,上盖体(7)底部设有凹槽(18),下盖体(8)顶部设有与所述凹槽(18)配合的凸块,所述凸块设于凹槽(18)内,上盖体(7)通过超声波焊接技术与下盖体(8)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,其特征在于:所述钛阳极网(3)设于所述钛阴极网(4)上方,钛阳极网(3)与钛阴极网(4)之间设有隔网膜(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)顶部设有第一安装孔(10)及第二安装孔(11),所述钛阳极螺栓(5)及所述钛阴极螺栓(6)分别设于所述第一安装孔(10)及所述第二安装孔(11)内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,其特征在于:所述钛阳极网(3)及所述钛阴极网(4)分别设有第一通孔(12)及第二通孔(13),所述钛阳极螺栓(5)及所述钛阴极螺栓(6)分别穿过所述第一通孔(12)及所述第二通孔(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,其特征在于:所述钛阳极螺栓(5)与所述钛阴极螺栓(6)底部设有地线圈(14),所述地线圈(14)通过螺母(17)分别固定在钛阳极螺栓(5)及钛阴极螺栓(6)上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带电解杀菌模组的加湿器,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)底部设有防水孔(15),所述防水孔(15)内设有硅胶密封垫(16),所述钛阳极螺栓(5)及所述钛阴极螺栓(6)分别穿过所述硅胶密封垫(16)。
