[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present creation relates to the field of connector technology, and more particularly to a connector that provides for automatically locking and manually unlocking a male connector and a female connector.
[ background of the invention ]
Conventionally, in order to facilitate the connection between the male connector and the female connector of the connector, especially for the miniaturized connector, an automatic latch structure is designed, so that the male connector and the female connector can be automatically locked while being combined, generally speaking, a user directly applies an acting force in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction to the automatic latch structure to separate the male connector and the female connector; however, the miniaturized connector may be applied directly to the connector by a user, which may result in damage to the connector, cable, or circuit board.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a connector for solving the disadvantages of the conventional connector.
[ Utility model ] content
The first purpose of this creation is to provide a connector, which provides a male connector and a female connector with automatic locking and manual unlocking functions, so as to achieve the purpose of easy installation and stable connection.
The second objective of the present creation is to utilize the positioning column and the positioning groove for the male head and the female seat to achieve the purpose of alignment connection according to the connector.
A third object of the present invention is to provide the connector, wherein the latching means performs an automatic latching operation and the latching means rotates to perform an unlocking operation.
To achieve the above and other objects, the present invention provides a connector for connecting a circuit board and a cable. The connector comprises a male head, a female seat and a bolt locking part. The male head forms an insertion opening, a positioning column, a projection, a first positioning groove and a plurality of first insertion holes. The insertion opening is formed at one side of the male head to allow the cable to be inserted. The positioning column is formed on the side of the male head and is provided with a convex block. A plurality of first jacks and first positioning grooves are formed on the corresponding side of the male head. The female seat forms a combination space, a plurality of second jacks, a fastener, a second positioning groove and an action groove. The combination space is formed at one side of the female seat to enable the male head to be arranged. A plurality of second insertion holes are formed at corresponding sides of the female socket. The fastener is formed in the combining space. The second positioning groove and the action groove are formed on the side of the female seat. The combining space is communicated with the acting groove by the second positioning groove. Wherein, a plurality of second jacks correspond a plurality of first jacks and are arranged, the fastener corresponds a first positioning groove and is arranged corresponding to the positioning column with the second positioning groove. The latch is provided with an action groove. The latch has a rotating member, a stopper, an opening, an elastic member and a fixing member. The elastic element is arranged between the rotating element and the fixed element and the opening can lock the lug. When the positioning column is inserted along the second positioning groove and the first positioning groove is inserted along the fastener, the plurality of first jacks correspond to the plurality of second jacks, and the bump slides into the opening along the baffle. The male head and the female seat are limited by the lug and the opening and are locked with each other; and after the rotating piece rotates towards one direction, the opening unlocks the lug, so that the lug slides out of the opening along the baffle sheet, and the male head and the female seat can be separated from each other.
Compared with the prior art, the connector provided by the creation can be easily installed and automatically locked in the assembling process of the male connector and the female connector, and can also be unlocked in a simple pressing mode.

The latch 16 includes a rotating member 162, a fixed member 164, a resilient member 166, an opening 168 and a stopper 1610.
The rotary member 162 can receive an application of an external force.
The elastic element 166 is disposed between the rotating element 162 and the fixed element 164, and when the rotating element 162 is applied with an external force, the elastic element 166 can be deformed between the rotating element 162 and the fixed element 164, so that the elastic element 166 can be bent or rotated in a direction by an angle, where the rotation angle is smaller than 10 degrees. Further, the distal end of the rotation member 162 is extended toward the insertion position of the non-electrical lead 4 so as to apply an external force. Here, the shape of the rotor 162 is described by taking an L-shape as an example.
The fixing member 164 is fixed to the circuit board 2 to limit the female socket to the circuit board 2.
The free end of the stop 1610 is angled to allow the protrusion 126 to slide into the opening 168.
In fig. 6, during the process of combining the male connector 12 with the female connector 14, the positioning post 124 is inserted along the second positioning groove 146 and the first positioning groove 128 is inserted along the locking member 144, so that the first positioning groove 128 locks the locking member 144, the plurality of first insertion holes 1210 correspond to the plurality of second insertion holes 142 and the protrusions 126 and slide into the opening 168 along the blocking piece 1610. The male head 12 and the female seat 14 are limited by the protrusion 126 and the opening 168 to be locked with each other, so as to achieve the purpose of locking; conversely, if an external force is applied to the rotating member 162 to rotate the rotating member 162 in a clockwise direction, the opening 168 unlocks the protrusion 126, and the protrusion 126 can slide out of the opening 168 along the blocking piece 1610, so that the male head 12 and the female seat 14 can be separated from each other to achieve the purpose of unlocking the latch.
Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, it should be understood that various changes in the form, construction, features, methods and quantities described in the claims may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure, and therefore the scope of the present disclosure should not be limited by the claims appended hereto.
