Background
With the high-voltage test of the electrical equipment, a large amount of work is required to take out test wiring from the equipment with a higher installation position. Typical of these are the primary ends of 66kV, 220kV open devices, such as: the transformer primary end, the top and bottom lead wire ends of the lightning arrester, the high-medium voltage bushing terminal of the transformer and the like. The wiring distance at this moment is not enough to use high altitude lifting auxiliary equipment such as a bucket arm vehicle, and only manpower can be relied on, so that the field work difficulty and the complexity are greatly increased.
In actual work at present, three wiring modes are generally adopted in the operation:
1. the operator climbs the insulating ladder and clamps the jointing clamp at the jointing point. The volume of the insulating ladder is large, so that the load of field test personnel and instrument equipment is increased; according to the safety requirements of the test site, one person needs to support the insulation ladder when the insulation ladder is used, so that the test efficiency is reduced; when the operation point is transferred, two people are needed to lay down and carry the insulating ladder, and the condition that the insulating ladder is moved for dozens of times on the operation site is not rare, so that a great amount of manpower and time are wasted.
2. The wiring pliers are clamped at the hooks of the traditional insulating rods, and the hooks of the traditional insulating rods are hung at the wiring points. The traditional telescopic insulating rod adopted at present adopts a hook design, the wiring point condition is complex, no proper position is provided for fixing the hook, a reliable fixed point is difficult to find during field operation, and the defects of insecure wiring, poor wiring falling and poor contact are overcome; the insulating rod hook and the rod body are positioned on the same central line, in order to ensure that the rod body is stable and not excessively bent, the rod body needs to be obliquely lapped on equipment, and the field space is easily limited. In addition, the wiring mode needs to be connected by a single-core wire under most conditions, so that a large error exists in a high-precision test (such as a loop resistance test), and the wiring mode cannot be adopted.
3. When equipment such as a high-voltage bushing of a transformer is tested for wiring or a high-precision test (the equipment cannot be connected through a single core wire), wiring personnel need to tie a safety rope and then put the safety rope on the bushing for wiring, and if the wiring personnel relate to wire replacement, the equipment needs to climb up and down for several times or even dozens of times. Not only has high danger, but also reduces the field test efficiency.
Therefore, an auxiliary device suitable for the high-voltage test of electrical equipment, which is convenient to carry, simple to use, flexible in wiring and high in reliability, and can be used for receiving test wiring from a higher position is very needed.

(7) a supporting spring is embedded in the clamp body outer sleeve 3 to provide closing force for the wiring clamp;
(8) the aim of driving and closing the copper pliers 1 with a low force is achieved by means of the transmission wheel 10 changing the torque.
(9) The rod body of the insulating rod 11 is made of epoxy resin glass fiber reinforced plastic, the length of the rod body is about 1500mm, and the length of the rod body can be changed according to actual needs; the interior is hollow, and the interior is provided with a nylon rope 5 for transmission.
