the upper-layer hem positioning unit comprises a large support, a hem upper disc, an upper hem assembly, an upper tongue die, an upper suction electromagnet support, an upper suction electromagnet and an upper hem cloth guide, wherein the large support is connected with the hem upper disc, the upper tongue die is movably arranged below the large support and the hem upper disc, the upper suction electromagnet support is arranged on the large support, the upper suction electromagnet and the upper hem cloth guide are arranged on the upper suction electromagnet support, the upper hem cloth guide is matched with the upper tongue die to guide and bend the edges of the cloth edges downwards, the upper suction electromagnet and the upper tongue die are magnetically attracted to fixedly clamp the fabric between the upper tongue die and the upper hem cloth guide, the hem upper disc is provided with the upper hem assembly, and the upper hem assembly is matched with the upper tongue die to wrap the cloth bent by the upper hem cloth guide on the upper tongue die,
the lower-layer folding edge positioning unit comprises a folding edge lower disc, a lower folding edge assembly, a lower tongue mold, an air suction hole, a working disc, a notch and a lifting cloth guide shaping plate, the folding edge lower disc can be arranged below the folding edge upper disc in a lifting mode, the lower tongue mold can be arranged below the folding edge lower disc in a lifting mode, a belt is arranged below the lower tongue mold, the air suction hole is formed in the working disc and the lifting cloth guide shaping plate which is matched with the lower tongue mold to clamp the lower-layer fabric, the working disc is provided with a notch which corresponds to the lower tongue mold and allows the lower tongue mold and the lifting cloth guide shaping plate to pass through, the folding edge lower disc is provided with a lower folding edge assembly, and the lower folding edge assembly and the lower tongue mold are matched to wrap the cloth which is tilted upwards on the lower tongue mold.
2. The double-layer folded edge positioning device according to claim 1, wherein a cloth clamping elastic sheet is arranged on the upper tongue mold.

The double-layer folded edge positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the large support is of a T-shaped structure, the folded edge upper plate and the folded edge lower plate are of a U-shaped structure with a hollow middle part, and reinforcing plates are arranged on the folded edge upper plate and the folded edge lower plate.

The double-layer hemming positioning device according to claim 1 wherein the hemming upper plate is provided with a plurality of groups of upper hemming assemblies, the upper hemming assemblies surround an upper tongue mold below the hemming upper plate and are matched with the upper tongue mold to wrap the cloth bent by the upper hemming guide on the upper tongue mold.
