The bracket as claimed in claim 3, wherein each step screw comprises a head section, a tail section opposite to the head section, and a middle section between the head section and the tail section, the tail section having threads thereon, the disk body having a plurality of locking holes arranged in a ring shape, each tail section being lockable to each locking hole.
5. The support frame of claim 4 wherein the head section has a diametric length less than the diametric length of the large bore region and greater than the diametric length of the small bore region.
6. The support bracket of claim 5 wherein when the post is in the locked position, the middle section is disposed through the hole areas of the through slots, and the head section abuts against the base.
7. The support bracket of claim 6 wherein each of said through slots has a thickness, the sum of the lengths of said tail section and said middle section being greater than said thickness.
8. The support of claim 7 wherein each of said through slots further has an arcuate region between said large aperture region and said small aperture region.
9. The bracket as claimed in claim 8, wherein the number of the through-slots and the number of the locking holes are the same, and when the post is at the locking position, the small hole areas of the through-slots respectively correspond to the locking hole positions.

13. The support bracket as claimed in claim 10, wherein the number of the through holes, the screw holes and the quick release screws is plural, and the through holes are far away from the center of the circle.
