Further, in the present embodiment, the dimension of the protrusion 32 relatively close to the base 10 is larger than the dimension of the protrusion 32 relatively far from the base 10, and the dimension of the sliding groove 11 relatively close to the link block 30 is smaller than the dimension of the sliding groove 11 relatively far from the link block 30.
The engagement of the sliding groove 11 and the protrusion 32 can limit the displacement between the base 10 and the connecting block 30 that relatively moves away in the respective axial directions, and the engagement of the protrusion 32 and the sliding groove 11 can only allow the movement between the base 10 and the connecting block 30 in the radial direction of the connecting block 30, i.e., the extending direction of the sliding groove 11, so that the protrusion 32 slides into or out of the sliding groove 11.
Preferably, the side wall of the protrusion 32 is a flat surface, and forms an angle α of 75 ° with the end surface of the connecting block 30 relatively close to the base 10, and correspondingly, the side wall of the sliding groove 11 is a flat surface, and the angle α between the side wall of the sliding groove 11 and the groove bottom surface of the sliding groove 11 is 75 °, and when the protrusion 32 slides into the sliding groove 11 and the first connecting member 21 and the second connecting member 22 are electrically connected, the side wall of the sliding groove 11 and the side wall of the protrusion 32 are kept attached.

The slide groove 11 is open on one side in the radial direction of the connecting piece 30 and is not through, i.e. the slide-in end 111 is open and the stop end 112 is closed. The protrusion 32 can slide in the sliding groove 11 along the extending direction of the sliding groove 11 until the protrusion 32 is blocked by the stopping end 112, and at this time, the first connector 21 is butted against the second connector 22 and conducts the connector 20.
With such an arrangement, when the stopping end 112 stops the protrusion 32 from further sliding, the protrusion 32 slides to the position where the electrical connection between the first connecting piece 21 and the second connecting piece 22 is just achieved, and the position where the protrusion 32 stays in the sliding groove 11 can ensure that the first connecting piece 21 and the second connecting piece 22 are not dislocated, so as to ensure that the first connecting piece 21 and the second connecting piece 22 keep good electrical contact, and avoid the brake head 100 from being disconnected from the brake case 210 due to the displacement. The dislocation of the first connecting piece 21 and the second connecting piece 22 caused by excessive sliding of the base 10 can be effectively prevented, and the installation convenience of the gate head 100 is improved.
Further, in one embodiment, the connection block 30 further includes a first elastic mechanism 33, one of the base 10 and the connection block 30 is provided with the first elastic mechanism 33 in a protruding manner, and the other one is provided with a positioning groove 12 matched with the first elastic mechanism 33, and the first elastic mechanism 33 can extend into and elastically abut against the positioning groove 12 to limit the relative displacement between the connection block 30 and the base 10.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first elastic mechanism 33 is disposed at an end of the connection block 30 relatively close to the base 10, and the positioning groove 12 is opened at an end of the base 10 relatively close to the connection block 30. During the sliding of the base 10 in the radial direction of the connecting block 30, i.e. the sliding of the protrusion 32 in the sliding groove 11, the first elastic means 33 is pressed and retracted by the bottom of the base 10; when the first connecting member 21 is abutted with the second connecting member 22 and the connector 20 is conducted, the top end of the first elastic mechanism 33 is ejected and extends into the positioning slot 12, and is abutted against the positioning slot 12 through elastic force.
With such an arrangement, after the base 10 is fixedly connected to the connecting block 30 through the protrusion 32 and the sliding groove 11, the first elastic mechanism 33 can further limit the movement of the base 10 relative to the connecting block 30, so as to improve the connection stability between the base 10 and the connecting block 30; in addition, after the first elastic mechanism 33 extends into and abuts against the positioning groove 12, the first elastic mechanism 33 will make a sound, so that the first elastic mechanism 33 has an effect of prompting the operator that the installation position of the base 10 relative to the connecting block 30 is correct, and the first connecting piece 21 and the second connecting piece 22 can be electrically connected accurately and reliably; in addition, the limitation of the positioning groove 12 on the first elastic mechanism 33 is overcome by applying a large external force, and the base 10 is slid away from the connecting block 30 along the extending direction of the sliding groove 11, so that the connecting block 30 and the base 10 are detached, the convenience of detaching the gate head 100 is improved, and even a non-professional technician can rapidly complete the detaching operation.
It can be understood that, when the base 10 is directly detachably mounted on the cover plate of the gate casing 210 without using the connecting block 30 to be connected with the base 10 in a matching manner, the first elastic mechanism 33 may also be disposed on the cover plate, and one end of the base 10 relatively close to the cover plate is provided with the positioning groove 12. After the first connecting member 21 is abutted with the second connecting member 22, the first elastic mechanism 33 on the cover plate can extend into and abut against the positioning slot 12 on the base 10.
Further, in one embodiment, the top of the first elastic mechanism 33 is spherical, and has a guiding function, and during the process that the base 10 slides in the radial direction relative to the connecting block 30, the top of the spherical surface of the first elastic mechanism 33 can be pressed down quickly by the bottom surface of the base 10, so as to prevent the top from blocking the sliding of the base 10; furthermore, the top of the ball spring helps to reduce the lateral resistance when sliding the base 10 when the gate head 100 is removed, enabling the ball spring to be quickly depressed.
For example, the first elastic mechanism 33 is preferably a ball spring, which is disposed on an end surface of the top of the connection block 30. By the arrangement, the top ball spring is easy to obtain, and the production cost of the gate machine head 100 can be reduced; in addition, the size of the ball-ejecting spring is small, so that the ball-ejecting spring can be conveniently arranged on the connecting block 30, and therefore the size of the connecting block 30 can be designed to be smaller, or a plurality of ball-ejecting springs are arranged on the connecting block 30, so that the reliable limit of the connecting block 30 on the base 10 is improved.
It is understood that the first elastic mechanism 33 may also be other types of elastic components, and may also be other shapes of the first elastic mechanism 33 with a top portion having a guiding function, as long as the first elastic mechanism 33 is quickly pressed down by the base 10, which is not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the connection block 30 is detachably connected to the base 10 by a fastener (not shown). In this embodiment, the connecting block 30 and the base 10 are both provided with threaded connecting holes, and the two are fixedly connected through the fastening screws. When the base 10 is completely butted with the connection block 30, the first connection member 21 is butted with the second connection member 22, so that the connector 20 is conducted, and the base 10 is pressed against the connection block 30 by screwing a set screw with an external tool.
With the arrangement, the connecting block 30 is firmly and reliably connected with the base 10 by the fastening of the fastening piece, so that the anti-theft function of the gate head 100 is realized, and the gate head 100 can be effectively prevented from being detached and stolen by illegal external force of personnel.
Preferably, the connection block 30 is detachably connected to the base 10 by a screw fastener.
In one embodiment, the connection block 30 is removably mounted to the gate housing 210.
By such an arrangement, it is more convenient for the field operator to rapidly detach the connecting block 30 from the gate case 210, so as to replace or maintain the first connecting member 21.
Specifically, the connection block 30 may be detachably and fixedly mounted on the gate case 210 in a manner of being connected by a fastener, may be embedded in the gate case 210 in a manner of being clamped or engaged, and may also be directly threaded at a side portion of the connection block 30 and threadedly connected to a cover plate of the gate case 210.
In this embodiment, the connecting block 30 is provided with a through hole for the fastening member to extend into, and is detachably mounted on the cover plate of the gate case 210 through the fastening member; in addition, a second wire passing hole 211 is formed in a cover plate of the gate case 210, and is used for allowing a cable connected with the first connecting piece 21 to pass through and enter the interior of the gate case 210, so that the plug-in connection with a power supply and a control unit is realized.
Further, in one embodiment, the gate head 100 further includes a fastening member (not shown), the end surface of the connection block 30 is opened with a first through hole 31, the first through hole 31 is preferably a stepped hole, the first through hole 31 includes a stepped surface 311 for the fastening member to abut against, the fastening member can be fixedly disposed in the stepped hole and recessed in the end surface of the connection block 30, and the connection block 30 is detachably mounted on the gate case 210.
In this embodiment, the connection block 30 is detachably connected to the cover plate of the gate case 210 by a set screw. When the connecting block 30 and the cover plate of the gate case 210 are relatively fixed, the screwing part of the set screw, i.e. the screw head, abuts on the step surface 311, and the distance between the step surface 311 and the end surface of the connecting block 30 relatively close to the base 10 is greater than the axial dimension of the screw head of the set screw, so that the screw head of the set screw is accommodated in the step hole, and the top of the set screw is lower than the end surface of the connecting block 30 relatively close to the base 10.
By the arrangement, the connection between the connecting block 30 and the gate case 210 is more stable and firm, the problem that reliable electrical connection cannot be formed between the first connecting piece 21 and the second connecting piece 22 due to positioning or installation errors of the connecting block 30 on the gate case 210 can be avoided, and the running reliability of the gate head 100 is improved; in addition, the screwing part of the fastener can be abutted against the step surface 311, and the first through hole can accommodate the screwing part of the fastener, so that the screwing part is prevented from being higher than the surface of the connecting block 30 relatively close to the base 10 and interfering with the base 10, and the connection between the connecting block 30 and the base 10 is more stable and reliable.
In one embodiment, the gate head 100 further includes a fastening member, the end surface of the connecting block 30 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 31, and the plurality of first through holes 31 are arranged around the first connecting member 21; the fastener can extend into the first through hole 31 and detachably mount the connection block 30 to the gate case 210.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the plurality of first through holes 31 are stepped holes, and the fastening member is preferably a set screw, i.e. the screw head of the set screw can be received in the stepped hole and is lower than the end surface of the connecting block 30 relatively close to the base 10.
By the arrangement, before the connecting block 30 is fastened with the gate case 210, the orientation of the first connecting piece 21 can be changed by rotating the connecting block 30, and the orientation of the gate head 100 after installation can be changed, so that the identification angle of the panel 40 of the gate head 100 can be adjusted, and the gate head 100 can meet the requirements of different use occasions; in addition, the connecting block 30 is fixedly arranged on the gate case 210 through a plurality of screw members, so that the distribution of stress positions is more balanced, and the stress effect is better; in addition, the connecting block 30 and the gate case 210 can be prevented from rotating around the center of a single fastener in a fastened state, and the defect that the recognition angle of the panel 40 of the gate head 100 is unexpectedly changed when an external force is applied to the gate head 100 can be overcome.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first through hole 31 is an arc opening, and the plurality of first through holes 31 are disposed in a common circle with the first connecting member 21 as a center. Each first through hole 31 is a stepped hole, and the radius of the arc of each first through hole 31 is equal to the radius of the circle where the plurality of first through holes 31 are located.

With this arrangement, the first connecting member 21 can be directly fixed to the cover plate of the gate case 210 without providing the connecting block 30, and the cost of the gate head 100 or the gate 200 can be further reduced.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating a first state of a gate 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second state of the gate 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The present invention further provides a gate 200, which comprises a gate case 210 and any one of the above gate heads 100.

The gate head (100) according to claim 1, wherein the gate head (100) further comprises a connecting block (30), the first connecting member (21) is fixedly arranged on the connecting block (30), the connecting block (30) is fixedly arranged on a gate case (210), and the connecting block (30) is electrically connected with the base (10) through the connector (20).

The gate head (100) according to claim 2, wherein one end of the connecting block (30) extends outwards and forms a protrusion (32), and one end of the base (10) relatively close to the connecting block (30) is provided with a sliding groove (11) matched with the protrusion (32); the protrusion (32) can slide into the sliding groove (11) and electrically connect the first connecting piece (21) and the second connecting piece (22); or,
one end, close to the connecting block (30), of the base (10) extends outwards to form a protruding part (32), and one end, close to the base (10), of the connecting block (30) is provided with a sliding groove (11) matched with the protruding part (32); the protrusion (32) can slide into the sliding groove (11) and electrically connect the first connector (21) and the second connector (22).

The gate head (100) according to claim 3, characterized in that the dimension of said protrusion (32) relatively close to said base (10) is greater than the dimension of said protrusion (32) relatively far from said base (10); the size of the sliding groove (11) relatively close to the connecting block (30) is smaller than the size of the sliding groove (11) relatively far away from the connecting block (30).

12. The gate head (100) according to claim 11, wherein the first through hole (31) is a circular arc opening, and the plurality of first through holes (31) are arranged concentrically with the first connecting member (21) as a center.

The gate head (100) of claim 1, wherein the first connector (21) is fixedly arranged on the gate case (210), the second connector (22) is fixedly arranged on the base (10), and the base (10) is detachably connected to the gate case (210); and the first connecting piece (21) and the second connecting piece (22) can be electrically connected.
14. A gate (200) comprising a gate housing (210) and a gate head (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
