9. The mechanical sealing device with the exhaust function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing screw hole is formed on the water end moving ring seat (16), and the moving ring seat shaft sleeve (2) and the water end moving ring seat (16) are fixedly connected through a bolt.
