Background
After the manufacture of the robot, whether for loading or for transferring the robot to a new working position, for transporting the robot, means are usually provided on the robot by which the robot can be transported. Such transport is usually carried out by means of land transport vehicles, in particular fork trucks, and thus for example openings are provided for receiving the fork truck carriages, so that the robot can be transported. Such a forklift receiving slot may be provided on the base or on the robot turret, for example, or be formed integrally therewith. For transport, the robot is usually placed on a pallet and secured by means of tensioning members, in particular tensioning belts, to prevent slipping thereon. In this case, the tensioning element may slip during transport, so that the robot may be damaged by the inability to achieve sufficient loading safety during transport.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved and inexpensive transport device, by means of which a robot can be transported.
The purpose of the utility model is realized through a conveyer, a transportation facility and to transportation facility's application.
One aspect of the invention relates to a transport device for a robot, wherein the transport device has a base body with a first fastening section for releasable fastening on the robot, wherein the base body has a clearance extending through the base body for receiving a forklift truck carrier, and the base body also has a guide surface for the fastening, which is limited by two opposing elevations.

Using only one material, in particular unwelded structural steel, enables cost-effective manufacture, since the basic shape of the forklift truck carrier can be cut out of a piece of structural steel using a universal method and advantageously without wasting material.
Preferably, the first fastening portion of the transport device may extend at an angle relative to the base. Preferably, the angle is between about 30 degrees and about 90 degrees, particularly preferably between about 60 degrees and about 90 degrees, and especially right-angled. The transport device is here cut to its basic shape from a piece of construction steel, preferably without wasting material, using common methods, such as water jet cutting or laser. Subsequently, the first fastening portion is bent at an angle, in particular at a right angle, with respect to the base body. This has the advantages of: the screw connections for mounting the transport device on the robot are only loaded in tension.
In a preferred embodiment, the first fastening part can have at least one through-opening, preferably a hole, preferably two or more through-openings or holes, by means of which the transport device can be fastened releasably or non-releasably to the robot, for example by means of a screw connection. The holes for screwing are expediently provided in order to be able to advantageously remove the transport device again and use it again.
Preferably, the tension belt can be tensioned by means of a fastening aid, such as a beam or a slat, which increases the contact surface of the tension belt. The slats rest against at least one guide surface of at least one transport device. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the slats are placed on two or more guide surfaces of two or more transport devices.

Fig. 1 and 2 show a transport device 1 in a schematic view. The transport device 1 is formed from structural steel, preferably in one piece, and has a base body 2, preferably in the shape of a cuboid, which has a first fastening section 3. The first fastening section 3 extends at an angle of preferably 90 degrees relative to the base body 2, as can also be seen in particular in fig. 2.
The base body 2 has a recess 4 which extends through the base body 2. The recess 4 is designed such that a forklift truck can be accommodated in the recess 4.
The first fastening part 3 is configured for fastening on a turntable, not shown here, of the robot, and has two holes 7a, 7b, which are configured as through-holes, wherein fasteners configured for fastening in the form of screws are guided through the holes 7a, 7 b.
On the side of the base body 2 facing away from the first fastening part 3, a guide surface 5 is formed on the upper side, which is delimited by two elevations 6a, 6 b. The elevations 6a, 6b preferably have a ramp-shaped configuration, but may also have an extension at substantially right angles to the guide surface. By means of the guide surface 5, the fastening element 104, for example the tension belt 104, can be tensioned and/or guided in a slip-proof manner.
In fig. 3, the use of the transport device 1 with the robot 100 is shown. The robot 100 comprises a turntable 101 having a second fastening part 102 complementary to the first fastening part 3, the second fastening part having holes 102a, 102b complementary to the holes 7a, 7b of the first fastening part 3 of the base 2 for receiving screws. As shown in fig. 3, preferably up to four transport devices 1 can be releasably mounted on the turntable 101 of the robot 100 by means of the first fastening section 3 of the base body 2.
In fig. 4, the use of the transport device 1 with the robot 100 is shown, where the robot is located on a pallet 200. At least one fastening means 104 in the form of a tension belt is tensioned on the guide surface 5 of the base body 2 of the transport device 1 by means of a fastening aid 105 in the form of a beam. The fastening aid 105 serves to increase the pressing or pulling force of the fastening 104 to improve the loading safety of the robot 100 on the pallet 200. However, the use of the fastening aid 105 is purely optional. The fastening element 104 and the fastening aid 105 are held slip-tightly by the elevations 6a, 6b which are only partially visible in fig. 4.
Fig. 5 shows the production of a transport device 1, the basic shape of which is produced from a piece of structural steel. In order to keep the material waste as low as possible, a plurality of transport devices 1 are cut by means of a profile consisting of a piece of structural steel by a common method, for example by means of a laser, water or the like. In the next step of forming the first fastening parts 3, the first fastening parts 3 are bent preferably 90 degrees with respect to the base 2 and holes 7a, 7b are provided before or after this step.
The elevations 6a, 6b of the base body 2 need not be formed integrally with the base body 2. Also considered are: the projections 6a, 6b made of suitable plastic or metal are then mounted, for example by gluing, plugging, screwing or the like.
