In the transmission engagement, since the probability of the rotation driving mechanism being broken down is likely to increase when the rotation driving mechanism is immersed in the plating liquid 91, it is preferable that the present embodiment further includes a first transmission mechanism 5 as a preferred alternative embodiment, and the first transmission mechanism 5 includes:
the first transmission rod 51 is arranged above the roller 2, one end of the first transmission rod is rotatably connected with one support plate 11, the other end of the first transmission rod is connected with the rotary fixing mechanism, and the first transmission rod 51 is driven to rotate by the rotary driving mechanism;
and a first transmission gear 52 fixed to the first transmission rod 51 and engaged with the engagement teeth on the circumferential side of the first connection plate 21, and the drum 2 is rotated by the rotation of the first transmission rod 51.
As a preferred alternative embodiment of the rotation driving mechanism, it is preferable that the rotation driving mechanism includes:
a first bracket 31 fixedly connected to the support plate 11 facing the other end of the first transmission rod 51;
the driving motor 3 is fixed on the first bracket 31, a rotating shaft of the driving motor 3 is fixedly connected with the other end of the first transmission rod 51, and the driving motor 3 drives the first transmission rod 51 to rotate.

a second transmission gear 62 fixed to the second transmission rod 61 and engaged with the meshing teeth on the circumferential side of the first connection plate 21;
and a third transmission gear 63 fixed on the second transmission rod 61 and meshed with the first transmission gear 52.
In the case that some of the small-sized and low-throughput drums 2 or a plurality of drums 2 are used for electroplating together, as a possible implementation manner, the solution further includes a second bracket 81 and a third bracket 82 which are disposed above the reaction tank 9 and are formed by a metal material (for example, formed by copper, aluminum, iron or other conductive metal which is not easy to corrode), wherein the second bracket 81 is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the power supply 8, the third bracket 82 is electrically connected with the negative electrode of the power supply 8, metal hooks 12 are respectively fixedly disposed in the middle of the upper ends of the pair of support plates 11, the metal hooks 12 are used for hanging the pair of support plates 11 on the third bracket 82, and the lower portions of the metal hooks 12 are locked to the upper ends of the support plates 11 by connection bolts 121; the cathode bar 7 is respectively connected with the metal hooks 12 at the upper ends of the corresponding support plates 11 through the wires 72, the anode plate 92 is electrically connected with the second support 81, by the mode, a pair of support plates 11 and the roller 2 which is rotatably connected on the support plates 11 can be directly hung on the third support 82, under the condition that the roller 2 can be immersed in the electroplating solution 91, the current is led into the cathode bar 7 through the metal hooks 12 to realize electroplating, and an operator only needs to hang a pair of support plates 11 and remove the hanging to conveniently carry out the electroplating upper frame of products and the lower frame after the electroplating is finished, so as to conveniently carry out the batch type electroplating treatment work, the scheme is suitable for the conditions that the reaction tank 9 is large and different products to be electroplated 101 need to be electroplated, when the electroplating operation is needed, only needs to hang the metal hooks 12 on the third support 82, and then start the power supply 8, after the electroplating is finished, the metal hook 12 is pulled up to take down the support plate 11 and the roller 2 together.
In order to avoid corrosion of the device after long-term electroplating treatment, each part of the roller 2, the base 1, the pair of supporting plates 11, the first transmission mechanism 5 and the second transmission mechanism 6 of the device can be integrally formed by plastic materials, for example, the materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene or organic glass (acrylic) are formed, on one hand, the device can be prevented from being corroded after long-term use, on the other hand, the device can be convenient to clean and maintain and is non-conductive, and unnecessary waste caused by the fact that metal ions in the electroplating solution 91 are reduced and attached to the surface of the device is avoided.
Meanwhile, as a possible embodiment, in order to improve rolling reliability and reduce friction loss, a bearing may be provided at a connection portion between the pair of connecting sleeves 24 and the first and second connecting plates 21 and 22 for assistance, and a bearing may be provided at a connection portion between the first and second transmission rods 51 and 61 and the support plate 11, and the bearing may be selected from a metal bearing or a plastic bearing for assistance connection according to actual load.
Based on the above structural scheme, the embodiment further provides an application method of the barrel plating device in ceramic electroplating, and the application method at least comprises the following steps:
(1) a metal layer is attached to the surface of the cylindrical ceramic blank through chemical plating to prepare cylindrical ceramic to be electroplated;
(2) mixing the cylindrical ceramic to be electroplated and the conductive balls 10 according to a preset proportion, and then adding the mixture into a roller 2 of a barrel plating device, wherein the volume ratio of the cylindrical ceramic to be electroplated and the conductive balls 10 is lower than 2/3 of the containing space in the roller 2;
(3) adding electroplating solution 91 into the reaction tank 9, and placing an anode plate 92 connected with the anode of the power supply 8 into the reaction tank 9;
(4) placing the barrel plating device in the reaction tank 9 and immersing the barrel 2 in the plating solution 91 in the reaction tank 9;
(5) the cathode bar 7 penetrated in the roller 2 is electrically connected with the cathode of the power supply 8;
(6) starting the rotary driving mechanism to drive the rotary drum 2 to rotate at a preset rotating speed, so that the cylindrical ceramic to be electroplated accommodated in the rotary drum 2 is electroplated;
(7) and after the electroplating treatment is carried out for a preset time, closing the rotary driving mechanism, taking out the cylindrical ceramic and the conductive balls, and separating the cylindrical ceramic to obtain the electroplated cylindrical ceramic.
Wherein the electroplating treatment is carried out in a constant current power supply mode, and the current value is controlled to be 20-40A; the rotating speed of the roller 2 is controlled to be 50-80 rpm; the preset time of the electroplating treatment is 10-30 min, preferably 15-20 min.

As shown in fig. 7, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, except that the embodiment is adapted to the manner in which the power supply 8 is directly connected to the cathode bar, i.e. the embodiment eliminates the second bracket, the third bracket and the metal hook compared to embodiment 1, and the embodiment shows that the base 1, the support plate 11, the roller 2, the first connecting plate 21, the driving motor 3, the reduction motor 4, the first transmission mechanism 5, the second transmission mechanism 6, the power supply 8, the reaction tank 9, the anode plate 92 and other parts are the same as embodiment 1.

the upper end surface of the reaction tank is of an open structure, an accommodating area for accommodating electroplating solution is formed in the reaction tank, the base is placed in the reaction tank, and the electroplating solution in the reaction tank submerges the roller;
the anode plate is arranged in the reaction tank, at least partially immersed in the electroplating solution contained in the reaction tank and used for providing metal raw materials required by electroplating of a product to be electroplated;
and the positive end of the power supply is electrically connected with the anode plate, and the negative end of the power supply is electrically connected with the cathode bar.
