In some examples, the lower coupler 14 and the first handle 111 are not overlapped in a projection of a horizontal plane, that is, the lower coupler 14 and the first handle 111 are arranged on the pan body 11 in a staggered manner, so that the structural layout on the pan body 11 is more reasonable and beautiful.
As shown in fig. 2, in some examples, the lower coupler 14 and the first handle 111 are spaced in the circumferential direction of the pan body 11, that is, in the circumferential direction of the pan body 11, the lower coupler 14 is located in front of or behind the first handle 111, and the distance between the lower coupler 14 and the center of the pan body 11 may be the same as or different from the distance between the first handle 111 and the center of the pan body 11, and preferably, the lower coupler 14 is located behind the first handle 111, and the position of the upper coupler 31 corresponds thereto, on one hand, the connection of the coupler to the circuit of the power source is facilitated, and on the other hand, when the second cover assembly 30 is mated with the pan body 11, the user is located at the front side of the pan body 11, the coupler is not touched by mistake, and the visual experience is better.
As shown in fig. 2, in some specific examples, the lower coupler 14, the positioning portion 13 and the first handle 111 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the pan body 11, and in the circumferential direction of the pan body 11, the positioning portion 13 is located between the lower coupler 14 and the first handle 111, so that the structural layout on the pan body 11 is compact and reasonable, interference between the first cover body assembly 20 and the structural member on the first handle 111 is avoided, interference between the structural member on the first handle 111 and the second cover body assembly 20 is avoided, operation experience of a user is improved, the overall structure is attractive and elegant, and visual experience of the user is improved. Of course, the lower coupler 14 may be located between the positioning portion 13 and the first handle 111.
In addition, the second cover assembly 30 has a positioning protrusion 32, the positioning protrusion 32 is adapted to cooperate with the first handle 111, for example, a portion of the positioning protrusion 32 is inserted into the positioning recess 16 between the first handle 111 and the second handle 121, so as to guide and position the installation of the second cover assembly 30, and by the cooperation of the positioning protrusion 32 and the positioning recess 16, the upper coupler 31 on the second cover assembly 30 is prevented from being misaligned with the lower coupler 14 on the pan body 11, and meanwhile, the power is prevented from being turned on when the second cover assembly 30 is not assembled in place, so as to further reduce the risks of damage to the couplers, fire, and the like.
In some embodiments, cooking apparatus 100 has a first cooking mode and a second cooking mode, pot assembly 10 includes a first heating device, and second cover assembly 30 includes a second heating device and a rotatable impeller, and cooking apparatus 100 is in the first cooking mode when first cover assembly 20 is covered on pot body 11 and the first heating device in pot assembly 10 is operated; when the second cover assembly 30 covers the pot body 11 and the second heating device and the impeller operate, the cooking appliance 100 is in the second cooking mode. The first cooking mode may be a pressure cooking mode or a steaming cooking mode, so as to cook the food material at high pressure or low pressure, or to steam the food material; the second cooking mode is a baking cooking mode or an air-frying cooking mode to bake the food material or fry the food material with hot air.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the first cover assembly 20 is a pressure cooker cover, the second cover assembly 30 is a blank fryer cover, and when the second cover assembly 30 is engaged with the cooker body assembly 10, the positioning protrusion 32 is engaged with the positioning recess 16, so as to position and limit the second cover assembly 30, and the upper coupler 31 is electrically connected with the lower coupler 14, so as to control the second heating device, without changing the original structure of the cooker body assembly and the first cover assembly 20, which is low in cost.
A specific embodiment of a cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
The cooking appliance 100 includes: pan body assembly 10, first cover assembly 20, and second cover assembly 30.
The pot body assembly 10 comprises a pot body 11, an inner pot 12 and a frying basket assembly 17, wherein the pot body 11 is provided with a first heating device and a first temperature sensor, the inner pot 12 is arranged in the pot body 11, and the frying basket assembly 17 can be arranged in the inner pot 12. The pan body 11 is further provided with a first handle 111, a positioning part 13 and a lower coupler 14, the inner pan 12 is provided with a second handle 121, and the second handle 121 is positioned above the first handle 111 when the inner pan 12 is installed in place on the pan body 11.
The positioning portion 13 forms an insertion hole located on the pan body 11, the insertion hole penetrates through the upper surface of the pan body 11, a part of the upper surface of the pan body 11 is recessed downwards to form an installation concave portion 15, the lower coupler 14 is located in the installation concave portion 15, wherein the first handles 111 include two handles which are oppositely arranged, the two first handles 111 are symmetrically arranged along a first axis, the first axis penetrates through the center of the pan body 11, the positioning portion 13 also includes two handles which are symmetrically arranged along the first axis, the positioning portion 13 is located behind the two first handles 111, the lower coupler 14 is also located behind the two first handles 111, namely, the lower coupler 14, the positioning portion 13 and the first handles 111 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the pan body 11, and the positioning portion 13 is located between the lower coupler 14 and the first handles 111.
Further, the insertion hole forms an elongated hole extending along the circumferential direction of the pan body 11, the elongated hole has a first inner wall 131 close to the outside of the pan body 11 and a second inner wall 132 far from the outside of the pan body 11, the first inner wall 131 gradually extends toward the direction close to the second inner wall 132 along the direction close to the first handle 111, and the distance between the first inner wall 131 and the outer side wall of the pan body 11 is substantially constant to avoid the reduction of the structural strength of the pan body 11 thereat.
The first cover assembly 20 has a positioning member 21, the positioning member 21 forms an insertion protrusion protruding from an outer sidewall of the first cover assembly 20, the insertion protrusion extends along a circumferential direction of the first cover assembly 20, the insertion protrusion has a first end 211 and a second end 212, the first end 211 of the insertion protrusion is adjacent to the first handle 111, the second end 212 of the insertion protrusion is far away from the first handle 111, wherein the insertion protrusion gradually inclines upward from the first end 211 to the second end 212, and a thickness of the first end 211 of the insertion protrusion is smaller than a thickness of the second end 212 of the insertion protrusion.
When the first cover assembly 20 closes the inner pot 12, the first cover assembly 20 can rotate to the cover closing position, and at this time, the positioning member 21 is located above the positioning portion 13, the pot body 11 and the first cover assembly 20 cannot be separated, and the cooking appliance 100 can complete the cooking mode of pressure cooking; the first cover assembly 20 can also be rotated to the open position, and the positioning member 21 is located above the lower coupler 31, and the first cover assembly 20 can be separated from the pot body 11 at this position, so that the first cover assembly 20 can move to the position for opening the inner pot 12.
When the first cover body assembly 20 is located at the position for opening the inner pot 12, the insertion protrusion can be inserted into the insertion hole on the pot body 11, and when the insertion protrusion is matched with the insertion hole, the insertion protrusion extends obliquely, so that the front side of the first cover body assembly 20 can rotate outwards by a certain angle, the first cover body assembly 20 can maximally avoid the position of the first handle 111, the first cover body assembly 20 is prevented from interfering with the second handle 121, the taking and placing of the inner pot 12 cannot be influenced, and the convenience of user operation is improved; the first cover assembly 20 is laterally disposed on the pot body 11, so that the first cover assembly 20 can be prevented from being randomly disposed, and the space occupied by the cooking utensil 100 can be saved.
The second cover assembly 30 has an upper coupler 31, a second heating device, a motor, a convection fan and a second temperature sensor, the upper coupler 31 is disposed on the outer side surface of the second cover assembly 30, at least a portion of the upper coupler 31 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the second cover assembly 30, and the position of the upper coupler 31 corresponds to the position of the lower coupler 14, so that the upper coupler 31 can be matched with the sunken lower coupler 14, and the electrical connection between the second cover assembly 30 and the pot body 11 is realized by the mutual coupling of the upper coupler and the lower coupler.
The outer side wall of the second cover body assembly 30 is further provided with a positioning convex portion 32 protruding outwards, when the second cover body assembly 30 is matched with the pan body 11, a part of the positioning convex portion 32 is inserted into the positioning concave portion 16 between the first handle 111 and the second handle 121, so that the installation of the second cover body assembly 30 can be guided and positioned, and the matching of the positioning convex portion 32 and the positioning concave portion 16 can also play a role in aligning the matching of the upper coupler 31 and the lower coupler 14, so that the effects of 'limiting firstly and recoupling' are realized, and the couplers are protected from being damaged in the cover closing process.
In addition, when the second cover assembly 30 is engaged with the pot body 11, the fry basket assembly 17 may be disposed in the inner pot 12, and the fry basket assembly 17 may include a fry basket for placing food and a fry basket support for supporting the fry basket, so that a cooking mode of cooking by baking can be completed, such that the cooking appliance 100 achieves different cooking effects; and the fry basket assembly 17 may be removed directly after cooking and placed on a countertop or table.
According to the cooking utensil 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the first cover assembly 20 can be fixed on the pot body 21 when not in use through the cooperation of the insertion projection and the insertion hole, so that the first cover assembly 20 is prevented from being placed at will, the operation is convenient, and the space is saved; the jacks and the first handle 111 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the matching of the inserting lugs and the jacks cannot interfere with the second handle 121, the first cover body assembly 20 can be fixed on the pot body 11, the inner pot 12 can be taken and placed at will, and the practicability and the use convenience of the product are improved; the lower coupler 14 is arranged in the mounting concave part 15, so that the highest point of the lower coupler 14 moves downwards, the interference between the lower coupler 14 and the inserting lug is avoided, the first cover body assembly 20 can be screwed on the pot body 11, the overall structure of the product is compact, the layout is reasonable, the operation is convenient, and the use experience of a user is good.
Other constructions and operations of the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiments of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (13)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the pan body assembly comprises a pan body and an inner pan arranged on the pan body, and the pan body is provided with a positioning part and a lower coupler;
the first cover body assembly is detachably arranged on the cooker body to open and close the inner cooker and is provided with a positioning piece suitable for being matched with the positioning part so as to fix the first cover body assembly at the position for opening the inner cooker,
when the first cover body assembly is installed on the pot body, the upper surface of the lower coupler is lower than the lower surface of the positioning piece.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the pan body has a downwardly concave mounting recess, the lower coupler being disposed within the mounting recess.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein one of the positioning portion and the positioning member forms an insertion hole, and the other of the positioning portion and the positioning member forms an insertion projection adapted to be inserted into and fitted with the insertion hole.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the plug-in protrusion is located on an outer side wall of the first cover assembly and extends away from the first cover assembly, and the socket is located on the pan body and penetrates through an upper surface of the pan body.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the insertion projection extends along a circumferential direction of the first cover assembly, and the insertion projection extends obliquely upward from front to rear; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the first handle comprises two handles which are oppositely arranged, and the positioning part is positioned between the rear parts of the two first handles.
8. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pan body has a first handle and the inner pan has a second handle, the second handle being located above or received within the first handle when the inner pan is in place on the pan body.
9. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a second cover assembly detachably covering the pot body to open and close the inner pot, the second cover assembly including a heating device and an upper coupler, the lower coupler adapted to cooperate with the upper coupler to energize the heating device.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9 wherein at least a portion of said upper coupler projects downwardly from a lower surface of said second lid assembly; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the pan body is provided with a first handle, and the projection of the lower coupler and the first handle on the horizontal plane is not coincident; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the pan body has a first handle, and the lower coupler and the first handle are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the pan body.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the pan body has a first handle, the lower coupler, the positioning portion, and the first handle are spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the pan body, and the positioning portion is located between the lower coupler and the first handle in the circumferential direction of the pan body.
12. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pan body assembly comprises a first heating device, the cooking appliance further comprises a second cover assembly detachably covering the pan body to open and close the inner pan, the second cover assembly comprises a second heating device and a rotatable impeller,
wherein the cooking appliance has a first cooking mode and a second cooking mode,
when the first cover body assembly covers the pot body and the first heating device works, the cooking appliance is in the first cooking mode,
and under the state that the two cover body assemblies cover the pot body and the second heating device and the impeller work, the cooking appliance is in the second cooking mode.
13. The cooking appliance of claim 12, wherein the first cooking mode is a pressure cooking mode or a retort cooking mode and the second cooking mode is a broil cooking mode or an air-fry cooking mode.
