As can be seen from the above description, the ground wire may be connected to the first coupling portion 1221 by a screw, or may be clamped to the first coupling portion 1221 by other conductive connecting members, and the present invention specifically introduces that the ground wire is clamped to the first coupling portion 1221 by other conductive connecting members.

It should be noted that, the ground line bayonet cannot be too large, so as to prevent a gap from being formed between the ground line bayonet and the ground line after the ground line is inserted into the ground line interface 1104, and the ground line cannot be in contact connection with the third bent piece 1233 and the first coupling part 1221, so that the ground line cannot be conducted, or the ground line is loose in contact with the third bent piece 1233 and the first coupling part 1221, so that the ground line is in poor contact; in addition, the ground wire bayonet cannot be too small, so that the ground wire cannot enter the ground wire bayonet after being inserted into the ground wire interface 1104, and further is loosened in the lamp connector 1, and the conduction of the ground wire cannot be realized.
Further, a triangular recess 1233-a is formed in the middle of the contact end of the third bent piece 1233 in the direction of inserting the ground wire, so as to prevent the inserted ground wire from moving back and forth to cause poor contact, prevent the ground wire from being pulled out, and prevent the ground wire from coming off between the third bent piece 1223 and the first coupling portion 1221.
As shown in fig. 4 to 9, the lamp connector 1 further includes a ground wire unlocking key 13 disposed on the housing 11 and engaged with the third bending piece 1233, when the ground wire unlocking key 13 is pressed, the aperture of the ground wire bayonet is increased, so that the ground wire can be easily pulled out from the ground wire bayonet, thereby facilitating the detachment.
Specifically, the ground wire unlocking key 13 is provided with a protruding pushing arm, the pushing arm extends out from two sides of one end of the T-shaped surface 1221-d close to the ground wire and contacts with the third bending piece 1223 of the ground wire wiring elastic sheet 123, when the ground wire unlocking key 13 is pressed, the pushing arm of the ground wire unlocking key 13 pushes the third bending piece 1223 to bend towards one end far away from the T-shaped surface 1221-d, so that the third bending piece 1223 is separated from the T-shaped surface 1221-d, and the ground wire wiring elastic sheet 123 is separated from the ground wire elastic sheet 122, so that the ground wire can be easily pulled out from the ground wire interface 1104, and the detachment is convenient.
The lamp connector 1 provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes a first wiring component 14 and a second wiring component 15 disposed in the housing 11, and the second wiring component 15 has the same structure as the first wiring component 14; the second wiring assembly 15 is for connection to neutral when the first wiring assembly 14 is for connection to live; or the first wiring component 14 is connected with a zero line, and the second wiring component 15 is connected with a live line; preferably, the first wiring assembly 14 of the present embodiment is used for connecting with live wire, and the second wiring assembly 15 is used for connecting with neutral wire.
Specifically, the first wiring assembly 14 includes a first elastic piece 141 electrically connected to the first conductive wire for conducting with the first conductive wire.
It should be noted that the first conductive line and the first elastic sheet 141 may be electrically connected in a direct contact manner, or may be electrically connected through another conductive component. Preferably, the embodiment of the present invention adopts the first conductive wire to directly contact with the first elastic sheet 141 to realize the electrical connection.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first elastic piece 141 provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a third coupling portion 1411 for directly contacting with the first wire and a second barbed portion 1412 disposed at an end of the third coupling portion 1411 far away from the first wire, the second barbed portion 1412 has the same structure as the first barbed portion 1221-b, and the housing 11 is provided with a second slot 1103 for blocking the second barbed portion 1412; during installation, the second barb portion 1412 is clamped to the second clamping groove 1103, so as to achieve mechanical connection between the first elastic piece 141 and the housing 11.
It should be noted that the third coupling portion 1411 is directly connected to the first wire, which is herein understood to mean that the first wire is directly mounted on the third coupling portion 1411 when the lamp connector 1 is mounted, wherein the first wire may be fixed on the third coupling portion 1411 through a screw connection or clamped on the third coupling portion 1411 through another conductive connecting member, but the first wire is directly connected to the third coupling portion 1411 in a contact manner regardless of being clamped through the screw connection or the other conductive connecting member.
The third coupling portion 1411 further has a second fixing hole 1411-a, and a second cylinder 1111 disposed in the housing 11 and engaged with the second fixing hole 1411-a is configured, so that during installation, the second barb portion 1412 of the first resilient tab 141 is slidably mounted in the second slot 1103, and meanwhile, the second fixing hole 1411-a of the first resilient tab 141 is mounted on the second cylinder 1111, thereby ensuring stable connection between the first resilient tab 141 and the housing 11.
It should be noted that four mutually perpendicular cuboids are arranged in the outer circumferential direction of the second cylinder 1111 away from the bottom of the housing 11 for being clamped below the edge plane of the second fixing hole 1411-a, and since the upper side of the edge plane of the second fixing hole 1411-a is in contact with the housing 11, the degree of freedom of the edge plane of the second fixing hole 1411-a in the direction parallel to the axis of the second cylinder 1111 is limited, so that the degree of freedom of the first elastic piece 141 in the direction parallel to the axis of the second cylinder 1111 is limited, and poor contact caused by the vertical movement of the first elastic piece 141 in the housing 11 is avoided.
As can be seen from the above description, the first wire may be connected to the third coupling portion 1411 by a screw, or may be clamped on the third coupling portion 1411 by other conductive connecting members, and the present invention specifically introduces that the first wire is clamped on the third coupling portion 1411 by other conductive connecting members.
In addition, the first wire connecting assembly 14 further includes a first wire connecting elastic sheet 142, the first wire connecting elastic sheet 142 has the same structure as the ground wire connecting elastic sheet 123, a first wire bayonet for installing a first wire is formed between the first wire connecting elastic sheet 142 and the third coupling portion 1411, a first wire interface 1105 corresponding to the first wire bayonet is disposed on the housing 11, and when the first wire interface 1105 is inserted into the first wire, the first wire is tightly clamped at the first wire bayonet.
It should be noted that, the caliber of the first wire bayonet cannot be too large, so as to prevent a gap from being formed between the first wire bayonet and the first wire after the first wire is inserted into the first wire interface 1105, and the first wire cannot be in contact connection with the third coupling portion 1411 and the first wiring elastic piece 142, so that the conduction of the first wire cannot be realized, or the contact between the first wire and the third coupling portion 1411 and the first wiring elastic piece 142 is loose, so that the contact of the first wire is poor; moreover, the first wire bayonet cannot be too small, so that the first wire cannot enter the first wire bayonet after being inserted into the first wire interface 1105 and then is loosened in the lamp connector 1, and the first wire bayonet cannot be turned on.
Further, the first wiring assembly 14 further includes a first unlocking key 143 which is arranged on the housing 11 and has the same structure as the ground wire unlocking key 13, the first unlocking key 143 is matched with the first wiring elastic sheet 142, and when the first unlocking key 143 is pressed, the caliber of the first wire bayonet is increased, so that the first wire can be easily pulled out from the first wire bayonet, and the first wiring assembly is convenient to detach.
It should be noted that the second wiring assembly 15 and the first wiring assembly 14 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the ground wiring assembly 12, and the second wiring assembly 15 has a second elastic sheet 151 with the same structure as the first elastic sheet 141, a second wiring elastic sheet 152 with the same structure as the first wiring elastic sheet 142, and a second unlocking key 153 with the same structure as the first unlocking key 143, so that the second wiring assembly 15 has the same technical effects as the first wiring assembly 14, and is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 6, the housing 11 provided by the embodiment of the present invention has a partition 1106 for separating the ground wiring assembly 12, the first wiring assembly 14 and the second wiring assembly 15 from different conductive areas, so as to separate the ground wiring assembly 12, the first wiring assembly 14 and the second wiring assembly 15, and to make the ground wiring assembly 12, the first wiring assembly 14 and the second wiring assembly 15 non-conductive with each other.

It should be noted that, the shapes and sizes of the upper cover 1107 and the lower cover 1108 are not required, and the upper cover 1107 and the lower cover 1108 of the housing 11 formed after the upper cover 1107 and the lower cover 1108 can be buckled to accommodate the ground wire connection component 12, the first connection component 14, and the second connection component 15 belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the light fixture connector 1 further includes a light fixture interface disposed at the rear of the housing 11 and used for connecting with a light fixture.
It should be noted that the lamp interface may be a strip-shaped hole, a circular hole or a square hole, and the lamp interface that can be connected with the lamp is within the protection scope of the present invention; preferably, the lamp interface adopted by the embodiment of the present invention is a bar interface 1109, and the number of the bar interface 1109 is 3, for connecting with a lamp having a three-phase plug.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment of the present invention provides a lamp, including a metal tray 2 and the lamp connector 1, the metal tray 2 is provided with a first mounting hole 21, a grounding screw 121 of the lamp connector 1 passes through the first mounting hole 21 and is fixedly connected to the housing 11 of the lamp connector 1, and the grounding screw 121 penetrates through the mounting surface 1101 of the housing 11 and is electrically connected to the grounding elastic piece 122 of the lamp connector 1.
Specifically, a first mounting hole 21 is formed in the metal tray 2, a first connecting hole 1101-a is formed in the housing 11 of the lamp connector 1, the grounding screw 121 can penetrate through the first connecting hole 1101-a and the first mounting hole 21 to fix the housing 11 of the lamp connector 1 on the metal tray 2, and meanwhile, the grounding screw 121 can be conducted with the grounding elastic piece 122 of the lamp connector 1, so that grounding conduction of the lamp is achieved. The whole installation process does not need to be provided with a connecting sheet or a grounding wire, the assembly cost is low, and the economic benefit of an enterprise is improved.
Furthermore, a second mounting hole 22 and a third mounting hole 23 for connecting with the lamp connector 1 are further arranged on the metal tray 2, a second connecting hole 1101-b matched with the second mounting hole 22 and a third connecting hole 1101-c matched with the third mounting hole 23 are correspondingly formed in the bottom of the lamp connector 1, the second mounting hole 22 is connected with the second connecting hole 1101-b through a first connecting bolt 4, the third mounting hole 23 is connected with the third connecting hole 1101-c through a second connecting bolt 5, and therefore the stability of connection of the metal tray 2 and a lamp is guaranteed.
Further, a sawtooth-shaped gasket 3 is arranged between the lamp connector 1 and the metal tray 2, so that when the grounding screw 121 is screwed down, the sawtooth-shaped gasket 3 pierces the non-conductive coating of the metal tray 2, and the grounding screw 121 is conducted with the metal tray 2.
It should be noted that the zigzag gasket 3 may be a saddle-shaped zigzag gasket, a wave-shaped zigzag gasket, or a tapered zigzag gasket, and the like, and the zigzag gasket 3 that can puncture the non-conductive coating of the metal tray 2 is within the protection scope of the present invention; preferably, the serrated gasket 3 used in the embodiment of the present invention is an external serrated flat gasket.

Claims (23)

1. A light fixture connector, comprising:
a housing (11) having a mounting surface (1101);
the ground wire connection assembly (12) is arranged in the shell (11), the ground wire connection assembly (12) comprises a grounding screw (121) capable of being fixed on the shell (11) and a grounding elastic sheet (122) used for being electrically connected with a ground wire, and the grounding screw (121) can be fixed on the shell (11) and penetrates through a mounting surface (1101) of the shell (11) to be electrically connected with the grounding elastic sheet (122).
2. A lamp connector according to claim 1, characterized in that the grounding spring (122) comprises a first coupling part (1221) and a second coupling part (1222), the first coupling part (1221) being adapted to be in contact connection with the ground line; the second coupling portion (1222) is disposed on the first coupling portion (1221), and the second coupling portion (1222) is in contact connection with the ground screw (121) when the ground screw (121) penetrates the mounting surface (1101).

The lamp connector as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second coupling portion (1222) comprises a first resilient arm (1222-a), the first resilient arm (1222-a) comprises a first fixing piece (1222-a1) fixed on the first coupling portion (1221), and a first suspending piece (1222-a2) extending from the first fixing piece (1222-a1) in a direction approaching the ground screw (121), and the first suspending piece (1222-a2) compresses the ground screw (121) after the ground screw (121) penetrates the mounting surface (1101).
4. The lamp connector as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first fixing piece (1222-a1) extends from the first coupling portion (1221) in a direction perpendicular to an extension direction of the first coupling portion (1221).
5. The lamp connector as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first hanging piece (1222-a2) extends from the first fixing piece (1222-a1) along an extending direction of the first coupling portion (1221).
6. A lamp connector according to claim 3, wherein the surface of the first suspension tab (1222-a2) contacting the ground screw (121) is a cylindrical surface.
7. The lamp connector as recited in claim 3, wherein the second coupling portion (1222) further comprises a second resilient arm (1222-b), the second resilient arm (1222-b) being arranged on the first coupling portion (1221) symmetrically to the first resilient arm (1222-a).
8. The lamp connector according to claim 2, wherein a coupling hole (1221-a) is further provided at a portion of the first coupling portion (1221) corresponding to the ground screw (121).
9. The lamp connector of claim 2, wherein the grounding spring (122) further comprises a first barb portion (1221-b) disposed at an end of the first coupling portion (1221) away from the ground line, and the housing (11) is provided with a first engaging groove (1102) for engaging with the first barb portion (1221-b).

The lamp connector of claim 9, wherein the first barb portion (1221-b) comprises a first fixed clip arm (1221-b1), a first clip arm (1221-b2), a second clip arm (1221-b3), a first bent edge (1221-b4), and a second bent edge (1221-b5), wherein the first fixed clip arm (1221-b1) is perpendicularly fixed to the first coupling portion (1221), the first clip arm (1221-b2) and the second clip arm (1221-b3) are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the fixed clip arm, the first bent edge (1221-b4) is disposed at an end of the first clip arm (1221-b2) away from the first fixed clip arm (1221-b1), and the second bent edge (1221-b5) is disposed at an end of the second clip arm (1221-b3) away from the first fixed clip arm (1221-b1), the first bending edge (1221-b4) and the second bending edge (1221-b5) overlap at a notch of the first card slot (1102).

A lamp connector according to claim 10, wherein the ground wire assembly (12) further comprises a ground wire spring (123), a ground wire bayonet for mounting a ground wire is formed between the ground wire spring (123) and the first coupling portion (1221), the ground wire is clamped in the ground wire bayonet when the ground wire is inserted into the ground wire bayonet, and a ground wire interface (1104) corresponding to the ground wire bayonet is provided on the housing (11).

The lamp connector of claim 11, wherein the ground terminal spring piece (123) comprises a first bent piece (1231) extending in a vertical direction of the first coupling portion (1221), a second bent piece (1232) extending from the first bent piece (1231) in an extending direction of the first coupling portion (1221), and a third bent piece (1233) extending from the second bent piece (1232) to be inclined near the first coupling portion (1221) and the first bent piece (1231), and the ground bayonet is formed between the third bent piece (1233) and the first coupling portion (1221).

A lamp connector according to claim 12, wherein said lamp connector (1) further comprises a ground wire unlocking key (13) provided on said housing (11) and engaged with said third bent piece (1233), and wherein a diameter of said ground wire bayonet is increased when said ground wire unlocking key (13) is pressed.
14. A lamp connector according to claim 13, characterized in that said lamp connector (1) further comprises a first wiring member (14) and a second wiring member (15) provided in said housing (11), said second wiring member (15) being identical in structure to said first wiring member (14).
15. The lamp connector of claim 14, wherein the first wire assembly (14) comprises a first spring (141) electrically connected to the first wire.
16. The lamp connector of claim 15, wherein the first resilient piece (141) comprises a third coupling portion (1411) for contacting with the first wire and a second barbed portion (1412) disposed at an end of the third coupling portion (1411) away from the first wire, the second barbed portion (1412) is identical in structure to the first barbed portion (1221-b), and the housing (11) is provided with a second engaging groove (1103) for engaging with the second barbed portion (1412).
17. The lamp connector according to claim 16, wherein the first wire connecting assembly (14) further comprises a first wire connecting elastic piece (142), the first wire connecting elastic piece (142) has the same structure as the ground wire connecting elastic piece (123), a first wire bayonet for installing a first wire is formed between the first wire connecting elastic piece (142) and the third coupling portion (1411), when the first wire bayonet is inserted into the first wire, the first wire is clamped in the first wire bayonet, and a first wire interface (1105) corresponding to the first wire bayonet is arranged on the housing (11).

A lamp connector according to claim 19, wherein the housing (11) comprises an upper cover (1107) and a lower cover (1108) which are fastened together, the upper cover (1107) and the lower cover (1108) are bolted together to form a cavity capable of accommodating the ground wiring assembly (12), the first wiring assembly (14) and the second wiring assembly (15), and the mounting surface (1101) is disposed at the bottom of the lower cover (1108).
21. A luminaire connector as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the luminaire connector (1) further comprises a bar interface (1109) arranged at the rear of the housing (11) and intended for connection with a luminaire.

A lamp, characterized by comprising a metal tray (2) and the lamp connector (1) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 21, wherein the metal tray (2) is provided with a first mounting hole (21), a grounding screw (121) of the lamp connector (1) passes through the first mounting hole (21) and is fixedly connected with a housing (11) of the lamp connector (1), and the grounding screw (121) penetrates through a mounting surface (1101) of the housing (11) and is electrically connected with a grounding spring (122) of the lamp connector (1).
23. A luminaire as claimed in claim 22, further comprising a serrated gasket (3) arranged between the luminaire connector (1) and the metal tray (2).
