The electric toothbrush according to claim 2, wherein a first magnetic attraction layer is disposed on the inner wall of the bottom of the brush head mounting groove facing the brush head, a second magnetic attraction layer is disposed on the outer wall of the bottom of the base, the first magnetic attraction layer and the second magnetic attraction layer are magnetically attracted, the first magnetic attraction layer is provided with a second through hole, and the second through hole is opposite to the first through hole.
