The two lifting mechanisms are respectively arranged on the fixed base 1 and the movable base 2, each lifting mechanism is provided with a first motor 22, a speed reducer 23 and a chuck 3, the two chucks 3 are respectively used for clamping steel rings 501 at two ends of the air guide cylinder 5, an output shaft of the first motor 22 is connected with the speed reducer 23, and a reduction gear of the speed reducer 23 is meshed with a gear ring 24 at the periphery of the chuck 3; the fan 4 is arranged on the lifting mechanism of the fixed base 1, and the air outlet of the fan 4 is over against the steel ring 501 of the air duct 5 to expand the air duct 5; the movable base 2 can move relative to the fixed base 1, thereby straightening the air duct 5. The spraying assembly comprises a support 6, an outer sprayer 7, an inner sprayer 8, an inner pipeline 10 and an outer pipeline 9, wherein the inner pipeline 10 is connected with the inner sprayer 8, the outer pipeline 9 is connected with the outer sprayer 7, the outer sprayer 7 is arranged at the upper end of the support 6, and the outer sprayer 7 is positioned above the outer part of the air guide cylinder 5, so that the outer sprayer 7 can spray water to clean the outer surface of the air guide cylinder 5; the inner spray head 8 is positioned in the air duct 5 and can spray water to clean the inner surface of the air duct 5, the base component is fixed with a water tank 11, a first pump body 13 is arranged in the water tank 11, and the inner pipeline 10 and the outer pipeline 9 are communicated with the first pump body 13. The brush head assembly comprises two brush rollers 25 and a second motor 26 fixed on the base of the base, an output shaft of the second motor 26 is connected with a first gear 27, the end portions of the two brush rollers 25 are connected with second gears 28, and the two second gears 28 are meshed with the first gear 27 so that the second motor 26 drives the two brush rollers 25 to roll.
The chuck 3 comprises a main disk body 301, a cylinder body 302, air cylinders 304 and clamping jaws 303, wherein the cylinder body 302 is vertically connected with the main disk body 301, the clamping jaws 303 are arranged on the side surface of the main disk body 301, the air cylinders 304 are connected with the clamping jaws 303, and the air cylinders 304 and the clamping jaws 303 are arranged in a plurality and are distributed along the circumferential direction of the main disk body 301; the fixed base 1 is further provided with an air pump 16, the air pump 16 is communicated with the outer pipeline 9 and the inner pipeline 10 to dry the outer surface and the inner surface of the air guide duct 5, the air pump 16 is communicated with the air cylinder 304 through an air supply pipeline 17, and the air supply pipeline 17 is provided with a pressure limiting valve 18, so that the air pump 16 provides stretching power for the air cylinder 304, and the clamping jaws 303 are driven to move along the radial direction of the main disc body 301.
By the arrangement, the whole device can clean the air guide ducts 5 of different types, the whole process is realized by power, and manpower and time are not required to be consumed; and complete comprehensive washing and stoving process to guide duct 5, the sanitization, guide duct 5 reuse can practice thrift the cost.

the air guide device comprises two chucks (3) and a fan (4), wherein the two chucks (3) are respectively used for clamping steel rings (501) at two ends of an air guide cylinder (5) and are respectively arranged on the fixed base (1) and the movable base (2), the fan (4) is arranged on the base assembly, and an air outlet of the fan (4) is over against the steel rings (501) of the air guide cylinder (5) so as to expand the air guide cylinder (5);
the two driving structures are respectively used for driving the two chucks (3) to synchronously rotate so as to drive the air duct (5) to rotate around a self central shaft;
the spraying assembly comprises a support (6), an outer spray head (7) arranged at the upper end of the support (6), an inner spray head (8) arranged in the air guide cylinder (5), an inner pipeline (10) and an outer pipeline (9), wherein the inner pipeline (10) is connected with the inner spray head (8), the outer pipeline (9) is connected with the outer spray head (7), the outer spray head (7) is positioned above the air guide cylinder (5), a water tank (11) used for containing water is arranged on the base assembly, a first pump body (13) is arranged in the water tank (11), and the outer pipeline (9) and the inner pipeline (10) are both communicated with the first pump body (13) so as to respectively spray water on the outer surface and the inner surface of the air guide cylinder (5);
the brush head assembly comprises a brush roller (25) and a power source for providing rotating power for the brush roller (25), and a brush head of the brush roller (25) is in contact with the outer surface of the air guide cylinder (5) to brush off dirt on the outer surface of the air guide cylinder (5).

The air duct cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the power source is fixed on the fixed base (1), the air duct (5) cleaning device further comprises two lifting mechanisms capable of ascending and descending in a vertical direction, the two lifting mechanisms are respectively arranged on the fixed base (1) and the movable base (2), the two chucks (3) and the two driving structures are respectively arranged on the two lifting mechanisms, and the fan (4) is arranged on the lifting mechanism on the fixed base (1).

The air duct cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein each of the two lifting mechanisms comprises a box body (15) and two telescopic cylinders (19) oppositely arranged on the outer side of the box body (15), the chuck (3) and the driving structure are arranged in the corresponding box body (15), the fan (4) is located in the box body (15) on the fixed base (1), one end of each telescopic cylinder (19) is connected with the corresponding base assembly, the other end of each telescopic cylinder is fixedly connected with the corresponding box body (15), and a rail assembly used for being matched with the telescopic cylinders (19) to stretch is arranged outside the box body (15).

The air duct cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the driving structure comprises a first motor (22) and a reducer (23) connected to an output shaft of the first motor (22), the reducer (23) comprises a reduction gear, a gear ring (24) is arranged on the periphery of the chuck (3), and the gear ring (24) is externally engaged with the reduction gear.

The air duct cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the chuck (3) further comprises a plurality of telescopic members for driving the jaws (303) to move along the radial direction of the main disc body (301), the telescopic members are connected with the jaws (303), and the telescopic members and the jaws (303) are arranged in a plurality and distributed along the circumferential direction of the main disc body (301).

The air duct cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the two brush rollers (25) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the air duct (5), the power source is a second motor (26) arranged on the fixed base (1), an output shaft of the second motor (26) is connected with a first gear (27), the end portions of the two brush rollers (25) are connected with a second gear (28), and the two second gears (28) are meshed with the first gear (27).
10. The air duct cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that a rodless slide cylinder (29) is horizontally arranged on the support (6), and the outer nozzle (7) is arranged on the rodless slide cylinder (29) so that the outer nozzle (7) can move horizontally.
