As shown in fig. 1, 2, 6, 7 and 9, the positioning mechanism includes a positioning wheel set for rolling on a side adjacent to a surface on which a position to be pasted is located during pasting to define a pasting direction.
Specifically, rubberizing device still includes setting element 13, and setting element 13 is fixed on bottom plate 2, and location wheelset detachably sets up on setting element 13, and wherein, the location wheelset is used for supporting the lateral wall at the position 30 of waiting to paste at the rubberizing in-process, through adjusting the position of location wheelset on setting element 13 to adjust the position of rubberizing subsides on waiting to paste the position 30.
The positioning wheel set at least comprises two positioning wheels 12, and the moving track of the rubberizing device during rubberizing can be determined through the two positioning wheels 12.
The positioning wheel set is detachably arranged on the positioning part 13, that is, the positioning wheel set can be detached from the positioning part 13, so that the movement track of the rubberizing device during rubberizing is not limited by the positioning wheel set, and a curved rubberizing track can be pasted as shown in fig. 10.
In this embodiment, the tape dispenser further includes a positioning pin. As shown in fig. 11, a positioning pin 11 is movably provided on the base plate 2, the positioning pin 11 is adapted to abut against an edge of the position to be pasted 30 before pasting to determine a starting position of pasting, and is rotatable with respect to the base plate 2, and when pasting is started after the starting position of pasting is determined, the pasting device is directly pushed to move along a surface of the position to be pasted, and the positioning pin 11 is rotated to allow the pasting device to move. In addition, the starting point of the rubberizing can be adjusted by adjusting the distance of the positioning pin 11 from the upper driving wheel 10 in the horizontal direction.

Claims (12)

1. A rubberizing device is characterized by comprising a glue feeding mechanism, a shearing mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a recovery mechanism; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the adhesive feeding mechanism is used for conveying an adhesive sticker with release paper to a position to be pasted in the adhesive pasting process and peeling the release paper on the pasting part of the adhesive sticker;
the shearing mechanism is used for separating the pasting part of the sticker from the rest part;
the transmission mechanism is respectively connected with the glue feeding mechanism and the recovery mechanism and is used for transmitting the power of the glue feeding mechanism to the recovery mechanism;
the recovery mechanism is used for collecting the stripped release paper under the driving of the power of the glue feeding mechanism.
2. The adhesive dispensing device of claim 1, wherein the adhesive feeding mechanism comprises:
a fixing assembly which is provided with a gluing disc formed by gluing and can rotate the gluing disc;
the rotating wheel assembly comprises a plurality of rotating wheels, each rotating wheel is in contact with or wound around the sticker led out from the sticker tray, and the sticker led out from the sticker tray can be transmitted to the position to be pasted through rotation;
the driving wheel is in contact with the surface of the position to be pasted and can rotate under the action of friction force along with pasting;
a first synchronizing assembly configured to synchronize rotation of the drive wheel with at least one of the wheels.
3. The taping device of claim 2, wherein the recycling mechanism includes a rotatable take-up reel for winding the release paper thereon by rotation.
4. The rubberizing device according to claim 3, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a second synchronizing member, and the second synchronizing member is respectively connected to any one of the rotating wheels and the receiving tray of the rotating wheel assembly, so that the receiving tray can rotate synchronously with the rotating wheels.
5. The taping device of claim 4, wherein the first and second synchronizing assemblies each comprise a timing belt.
6. The rubberizing device according to claim 4, wherein at least one of the rotating wheels is a pressing wheel, and the pressing wheel is spaced from the rotating wheel, so as to pass the rubberized fabric therebetween when rotating, and apply pressure to the rubberized fabric; the first synchronous assembly is respectively connected with the driving wheel and the rotating wheel corresponding to the pressing wheel; the second synchronous component is respectively connected with the rotating wheel corresponding to the pressing wheel and the containing disc.
7. The rubberizing device according to claim 2, further comprising a bottom plate, wherein the glue feeding mechanism, the shearing mechanism, the transmission mechanism and the recovery mechanism are all arranged on the bottom plate;
the fixing assembly includes:
a fixing roller for mounting a paste tray formed by the paste, the fixing roller being movable in a prescribed direction relative to the base plate; the designated direction is a direction in which the fixed roller is pressed against one of the rotating wheels;
and the two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the fixed roller and the bottom plate and used for applying elastic force to the fixed roller to enable the fixed roller to follow the designated direction.
8. A taping device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a taping wheel arranged to press the application portion of the tape against the location to be applied during taping.
9. A taping device according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the shearing mechanism includes a knife for cutting the applied portion of the tape.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein said cutter comprises a pair of scissors disposed between two adjacent ones of said rollers for cutting said sticker and said release paper; and/or
The cutter comprises a hob cutter arranged between two adjacent rotating wheels, the hob cutter is used for cutting off the pasting part of the sticker from the rest part, and the release paper is kept complete; and/or
The cutter is including setting up cutting knife behind the drive wheel, the cutting knife is used for with peel off from the type paper the glue paste cuts off.
11. The taping device of claim 9, further comprising a shear drive mechanism coupled to the shear mechanism for driving the knife in a cutting motion.
12. A taping device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a positioning mechanism comprising a positioning wheel set for rolling on a side adjacent to the surface on which the position to be applied is located during taping to define a taping direction.
