Toilet bowl and be used for coupling assembling of toilet bowl
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of sanitary ware manufacturing, mainly relates to a toilet bowl, especially with the toilet bowl that intelligent just lid combines to use. Furthermore, the utility model discloses still relate to a coupling assembling for toilet bowl.
Background
In the field of modern sanitary ware, more and more users will choose to use wall-mounted toilets. The existing wall-mounted toilet bowl has the problem that most of water supply pipelines of the toilet bowl are arranged on a wall in order to keep the toilet clean. Therefore, the toilet bowl needs to take water from a water supply system on the wall so as to flush the toilet.
In recent years, users gradually come to widely accept the use of intelligent toilets. For this reason, some toilet bowls (e.g., wall-hanging toilet bowl) can be equipped with the electronic toilet lid that has clean human function. In order to make the water for cleaning the human body cleaner, the water sprayed from the electronic toilet cover to the user is directly supplied from a water supply pipe provided on the wall, which may be connected to a water inlet valve of a water supply system of the toilet bowl.
To connect the water supply lines, a port is typically left in the wall surface that communicates with a water source in the wall (e.g., via a length of hard water tubing). Then, a specially arranged water pipe can be connected between the interface and the water inlet of the electronic toilet cover (spray head).
However, in this construction, the water pipe or a connector connected to the water pipe is usually locked by rotation of the tool when installing and maintaining the water supply pipeline. However, since the space between the wall surface and the rear portion of the ceramic base of the toilet bowl is very narrow, when most of the pipes are arranged close to the wall surface, the operating space of installation and maintenance personnel is actually very small, which is obviously not favorable for the operation during the installation and disassembly of the pipes, and is inconvenient for maintenance or repair.
On the other hand, the location where the water pipe is connected to the water inlet of the electronic toilet cover (nozzle) is usually in the toilet, and thus when replacement and maintenance are required, the operation is also rather complicated (for example, installation and maintenance personnel need to bend down, or even the body is curled down), which is very inconvenient.
Therefore, there is always a need in the field of toilets containing intelligent toilet covers to reduce the difficulty of installing or maintaining the water supply pipe of the toilet cover, improving operating efficiency.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model discloses can solve the inconvenient problem of installation, dismantlement, maintenance private pipe when supplying water to the just lid of toilet bowl, especially wall-hanging toilet bowl (promptly, the operation space is little). Simultaneously, can also solve to different just covers, especially the inconvenient problem that the special pipeline of difference need be changed to the just lid of intelligence.
In order to solve the above problem, the utility model provides a toilet bowl, this toilet bowl includes: a substrate having a dirt receiving groove; a toilet cover arranged on the base body, wherein a water inlet is arranged on the toilet cover; a connection assembly for guiding water from outside the toilet bowl to the water inlet of the toilet cover; wherein, this coupling assembling includes: a water tube comprising opposing first and second ends, the water tube extending continuously from the first end to the second end, wherein the first end is located within the wall outside of the toilet bowl and the second end is located within the interior of the base at a position between the base bottom and the upper surface of the base, wherein the water tube comprises at least one segment extending away from the wall along the length of the water tube after passing through the wall into the base; a water inlet fitting connected in fluid communication with the water inlet of the toilet cover; an adapter section disposed within the base and adjacent to the lid, opposite adapter section first and second ends of the adapter section being respectively connected in fluid communication with the water pipe and the water inlet fitting.
By greatly moving the interface between the second end of the water pipe and the first end of the adapter section to the position inside the base body of the toilet bowl from the wall surface known in the prior art, the inconvenience of installing and detaching the interface of the wall surface can be overcome. Simultaneously, this toilet bowl's coupling assembling can also provide the flexibility for changing the changeover portion to the intelligent just lid nozzle of difference.
Advantageously, the adapter section may include a valve, which may be configured to selectively shut off or turn on water from the water line. Therefore, the water source can be cut off immediately according to the requirement during maintenance and disassembly, and the operation of personnel is very simple.
For example, the valve may be designed as a ball valve that allows manual switching between off and on, thereby facilitating direct manual shut-off of the water supply by the operator, reducing contamination problems during replacement.
Preferably, the toilet cover may include a mounting plate on which a water inlet joint forming the water inlet is provided, the water inlet joint and the water inlet joint of the coupling assembly being engageable with each other. The connection assembly can be firmly fixed to the toilet lid by means of an engagement, in particular a form-fitting engagement, between the water inlet connection and the water inlet connection, so that cleaning water is provided for the nozzle of the toilet lid.
In some embodiments, the connection assembly may further include a filter element disposed at the first end of the transition piece and/or the second end of the transition piece. By means of the filter element, impurities in water entering the connecting assembly can be further filtered, and therefore sanitation guarantee is provided for clean use of a user.
In particular, the adapter section may include a transition hose between the water inlet fitting and the valve. The hose provides greater flexibility to the overall connection assembly, facilitating installation and removal.
In addition, an opening is provided in the upper surface of the base body of the toilet bowl, and the coupling member can be taken out and put in through the opening. Therefore, the operator can complete the installation, the disassembly and the maintenance without touching the deep part of the base body or bending the waist back.
For example, the opening may be provided at a position of the upper surface near the lid and near a side edge of the upper surface, which does not affect the opening and closing of the lid and facilitates cleaning.
For example, a retaining element for supporting and retaining the connecting assembly can be provided in the base body of the toilet bowl, in order to reduce wobbling of the connecting assembly inside the base body. This is particularly advantageous when the connection assembly comprises a relatively long water pipe inside the base body or when the adapter section is mainly of a flexible material.
In addition, the water tube preferably includes a reserved length within the base to reduce the tensile stress to which the portion of the water tube within the base is subjected when the connection assembly is pulled out of the toilet bowl.
For example, the toilet may be a wall-mounted toilet, wherein the rear portion of the base is mounted against a wall surface. In this case, the connection assembly according to the present invention is particularly advantageous because the operation space of the wall-mounted toilet bowl is smaller. In addition, the water pipe directly penetrates out of the wall surface and reaches the base body of the toilet bowl.
In some embodiments, the toilet cover may include a nozzle in fluid communication with the water inlet to spray water to the user via the nozzle, thereby providing the user with an intelligent washing function.
Preferably, the second end of the water pipe is disposed adjacent to the toilet cover. Therefore, the whole switching section is close to the toilet cover, so that the subsequent operation is convenient.
Finally, the utility model also provides a connecting component for the toilet bowl, which is used for guiding water from the outside of the toilet bowl to the water inlet arranged on the toilet cover of the toilet bowl; wherein, this coupling assembling includes: a water pipe comprising opposing first and second ends, the water pipe extending continuously from the first end to the second end, wherein the first end is located within the wall outside the toilet bowl and the second end is located within the base of the toilet bowl having a dirt receiving trough at a location between the bottom of the base and the upper surface of the base, wherein the water pipe comprises at least one section extending away from the wall along the length of the water pipe after passing through the wall into the base; a water inlet fitting connected in fluid communication with the water inlet of the toilet cover; an adapter section disposed within the base and also adjacent the lid, opposite adapter section first and second ends of the adapter section being connected in fluid communication with the water pipe and the water inlet fitting, respectively.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the drawings referred to are not all drawn to scale but may be exaggerated to illustrate various aspects of the present invention, and in this regard, the drawings should not be construed as limiting.
In the present invention, the term "toilet bowl" refers to the whole cleaning system for flushing toilet, including, for example, the base body 210 with the dirt receiving groove, the toilet bowl lid (especially, the intelligent lid), various pipes, electric wires, and may also include pipes, electric wires, and water storage devices, etc. leading to the toilet wall. It can be understood that the toilet of the present invention need not necessarily be an intelligent toilet, nor need it necessarily be a wall-mounted toilet, but is applicable to various types of toilets, but generally the toilet cover of the toilet has a water inlet 222, so that water needs to be introduced into the water inlet 222 of the toilet cover from the outside of the toilet.
In addition to the connection assembly for supplying the cleaning water to the toilet lid 220, which will be described in detail below, the toilet bowl 200 of the present invention may further include various other water pipes (e.g., for washing a toilet), valves, joints, pipes, electric wires, etc., which will not be described in detail herein. For example, a thicker drain pipe for the toilet 200 is schematically shown in fig. 5.
As shown in FIG. 3, the toilet bowl 200 of the present invention includes a base 210 having a dirt receiving groove, such as the base 210 made of ceramic material. The base 210 forms a sink of suitable size and shape to facilitate the user's toilet. In the wall-mounted toilet version, the rear portion of the base 210 may rest directly against the wall 300 to which it is mounted and be spaced a distance from the toilet floor (the mounting wall and floor in the toilet being oriented generally perpendicular to each other are shown schematically in FIGS. 3-7). In the non-wall mounted toilet design, the rear portion of the base 210 is generally disposed at least adjacent to the wall 300, if not directly against the wall 300.
A toilet cover (hereinafter, referred to as "cover 220") may be directly disposed over the base 210 of the toilet 200. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the toilet lid 220 is an intelligent toilet lid, i.e., capable of providing a toilet cleaning function, a drying function, a sterilizing function, etc., to a user as needed. To accomplish cleaning after toileting, the toilet lid 220 may include a water spray device to spray water to a user. To provide clean water, a water inlet 222 is provided on the toilet cover 220. Preferably, the water inlet 222 is provided on the side of the underside of the lid 220 remote from the user's body, as shown schematically in figures 10-12. It will be appreciated that the water inlet 222 is typically spaced a sufficient distance from the other electronics on the smart lid 220.
In addition, the toilet lid 220 may also include one or more nozzles in fluid communication with the water inlet 222, as described above, to spray water through the nozzles toward the user's body. The form of the nozzle is not described in detail here.
As described above, in order to make the water for cleaning the human body cleaner, the water sprayed from the toilet cover 220 to the user is directly supplied from a water supply pipe (e.g., tap water in the pipe) provided on the wall. To this end, the toilet bowl 200 according to the present invention includes a connection assembly 100, and the connection assembly 100 is used to guide water from outside the toilet bowl 200 (especially, from a water supply pipeline inside the wall surface 300) to the water inlet 222 on the toilet lid 220. This channeling of water is completely independent of the channeling of water under other uses of the toilet 200 (e.g., flushing).
Additionally, the coupling assembly 100 of the present invention does not substantially take into account the water pressure problem of achieving water flow within it (i.e., assuming there is water pressure to achieve the desired water flow), but does not preclude the inclusion of devices or components associated with providing water pressure or eliminating excess water pressure.
As best shown in fig. 1-2, a connection assembly 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a water pipe. Herein, the term "water pipe" refers to a pipe for receiving and guiding the flow of water. Various adaptations of the water pipe to the size and shape of the particular toilet 200 are within the scope of the present invention. The water conduit is preferably a flexible conduit to facilitate flexible placement within the toilet 200.
The utility model discloses a water pipe includes the both ends that are relative each other, water pipe first end and water pipe second end 154, wherein the water pipe is followed water pipe first end extends to in succession water pipe second end 154. As used herein, the term "continuously extending" means that the water tubes are the same continuous water tube from the first end of the water tube to the second end 154 of the water tube, without an intermediate joint between the first end of the water tube and the second end 154 of the water tube. In general, a "continuously extending" tube also excludes multiple lengths of tube joined by conventional means (e.g., welding, snapping, bonding, etc.), but rather only one tube extends uninterrupted from the first end of the tube to the second end 154 of the tube.
The utility model discloses in, the first end of water pipe is located toilet bowl 200's outside, especially is located the wall body outside toilet bowl 200 to can be connected with water pipe, water storage equipment, the water source of other forms in the wall body, in order to introduce the water pipe with clear water from the first end of water pipe.
The water pipe second end 154 is located inside the base 210 of the toilet bowl 200. In other words, the water pipe needs to pass through the wall from the inside to the outside and then enter the inside of the base body 210 of the toilet stool 200. The water pipe, after passing through the wall into the base 210, includes at least one segment along the length of the water pipe that extends away from the wall (e.g., the wall 300 from which the toilet 200 is hung). This means that the water pipe after passing through the wall into the base 210 does not exclude the inclusion of further segments extending towards the wall or wall surface.
In particular, where the portion of the water tube within the interior of the base extends in an S-shaped serpentine path, the water tube may include various sections along its length extending toward and away from the wall or wall surface. In this case, the actual spatial location of the end of the water pipe adjacent the first end 162 of the transition section (which will be described in greater detail below) may be close to a wall or wall surface, but spaced a substantial distance from where the water pipe (first) enters the base 210. In other words, the water tube extends a substantial distance after entering the substrate 210, rather than terminating just prior to entering the substrate 210.
It will be appreciated that the water pipe does not necessarily enter the interior of the base 210 immediately after passing through the wall 300, but may extend a distance between the base 210 and the wall 300 (if there is a space therebetween). The utility model discloses do not get rid of the water pipe and pass in and out the basal body structure's condition repeatedly after passing wall 300. However, in any event, the water tube second end 154 of the water tube, which is connected to an adapter section (described in more detail below), is positioned within the base 210.
Preferably, the water tube second end 154 is located within the base at a location between the base bottom and the upper surface of the base. In other words, the water tube second end 154 is not near the bottom of the base, but rather in the space above the bottom. For example, the water tube second end is at least 5 cm, 10 cm or more above the base.
More preferably, the water pipe second end 154 may be disposed at the side of the toilet lid 220 (i.e., disposed adjacent to the toilet lid 220), i.e., at a relatively upper position in the base 210. It should be noted that in any event, regardless of whether the second end 154 of the water tube is in close proximity to the toilet lid 220, the second end 154 of the water tube extends a substantial distance into the interior of the base 210 away from the point where the water tube passes through the wall.
As shown in fig. 8-9, the water tube second end 154 is located within the base 210, but is not disposed on the side of the lid 220, but has extended a substantial distance (e.g., from the mounting opening in the base 210 through to the base 210) relative to the wall 300 through which the water tube passes.
In some embodiments, the water tube may preferably include a reserve length within the matrix 210. Here, the term "reserve length" refers to a length of the water pipe that may be bent or coiled inside the base 210 while passing through the wall. Such a reserved length of the water pipe has an advantage in that a portion of the water pipe within the base body 210 may be subjected to a small tensile stress when the coupling assembly 100 including the water pipe is pulled out from the toilet bowl 200, thereby facilitating a corresponding operation by an installation or maintenance person.
Thus, as previously discussed, the water tube may extend a substantial distance (e.g., also as a reserve length) within the base 210 after passing through the wall 300 from the interior of the wall to the interior of the base 210. Finally, regardless of whether the second end 154 of the conduit (i.e., the end position in physical space of the conduit) of the conduit is preferably proximate to the location of the toilet lid 220, it includes at least one segment that extends away from the location of the wall surface 300 through which the conduit passes (i.e., extends along the length of the conduit away from the location of the wall surface 300), as viewed along the length of the conduit.
Thus, the connection assembly 100 according to the present invention moves the interface of the water source from the position on the wall surface 300 to the toilet bowl 200 side to the position inside the base body 210, especially far away from the wall surface 300, for example, near the toilet lid 220, which can be easily operated by the installation or maintenance personnel.
The connection assembly 100 according to the present invention may further comprise a water inlet joint 110, wherein the water inlet joint 110 is connected to the water inlet 222 of the toilet lid 220, i.e. the water inlet joint is connected in fluid communication with the water inlet 222 of the toilet lid 220. The water inlet fitting 110 can engage the water inlet 222 and secure the two to one another in various forms.
For example, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 10-12, the lid 220 preferably includes or is directly formed with a mounting base. A water inlet connection forming (e.g., molded) a water inlet 222 may be provided on the mounting base plate. The water inlet fitting and the water inlet fitting 110 of the connection assembly 100 may be engaged with each other. Specifically, the water inlet fitting 110 of the connection assembly 100 may be inserted into the water inlet fitting of the lid 220 directly by an installation or maintenance person or by the user (i.e., a form-fitting engagement). It is also contemplated that the two could be secured by other means such as threading, bonding, riveting, by other fasteners, etc.
The connection assembly 100 according to the present invention may further include an adaptor section 160, the adaptor section 160 being used to connect both the water inlet joint 110 and the water pipe. Specifically, the adapter section 160 includes an adapter section first end 162 and an adapter section second end 164 opposite one another, wherein the adapter section first end 162 is fluidly connected to the water line (i.e., the water line second end 154) and the adapter section second end 164 is fluidly connected to the water inlet joint 110.
Advantageously, the adapter section 160 is disposed in the base body 210, for example on the side of the lid 220, or close to the lid 220 (i.e., entirely inside the base body 210 at an upper position). The term "adjacent" refers to the location of the adapter segment 160 within the base that is closer to the lid 220 relative to the wall or the bottom of the base. Preferably, the transition piece 160 is disposed adjacent to the lid 220. Because the transition piece second end 164 is connected to the water inlet fitting 110 and thus the water inlet 222 of the lid 220, the transition piece second end 164 may generally be closer to the location of the lid 220 than the transition piece first end 162.
In some preferred embodiments, the connection assembly 100 may include a filter element 120 disposed at the transition piece first end 162 and/or the transition piece second end 164. As best shown in FIG. 2, filter element 120 may be located at or near transition piece second end 164, thereby being proximate water inlet fitting 110. The filter element 120 may, for example, comprise a filter mesh, which may be conical as shown in the figures, but other shapes and forms are also contemplated. Additionally, filter element 120 may also include a seal structure with respect to the water line. By means of the filter element 120, impurities in the water entering the connection assembly 100 can be further filtered out, thereby providing a more hygienic guarantee for the clean use of the user.
In addition, the adaptor section 160 of the connection assembly 100 may further include a valve 140, and the valve 140 may be configured to selectively cut off or connect water of the water pipe connected to the adaptor section 160. Therefore, when the water pipe needs to be replaced or maintained, the water in the water pipe can be conveniently cut off, and the shut-off valve 140 does not need to be additionally arranged, so that the operation is convenient. For example, the valve 140 may be designed as a ball valve that allows manual switching between off and on. However, the valve of the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be any valve form (for example, an electrically controlled solenoid valve) that is convenient to switch.
Additionally, the transition section 160 of the connection assembly 100 may also include a transition hose 130 between the water inlet fitting 110 and the valve 140, thereby providing additional flexibility to the connection assembly 100. However, unlike water pipes, transition hoses are typically short (e.g., 30 cm or less) in length and serve only as a transition to a water inlet connection.
With the help of the utility model discloses a switching section 160 of coupling assembling 100 can realize the purpose of the water inlet 222 on more nimble adaptation just covers 220. For example, the cover 220 can be maintained or replaced by directly replacing the section of the adapter 160. Meanwhile, when the switching section is replaced, the switching section is positioned very close to the toilet cover 220, so that the action of the personnel during operation is not laborious and the stroke is short.
In addition, as also best shown in FIGS. 3-4, the upper surface of the base 210, e.g., the portion of the upper surface not covered by the lid 220, may be provided with apertures, slots, or similar depressions. The aforementioned connection assembly 100 may be conveniently removed from and installed into the base 210 directly from the base 210 via such openings.
In a preferred embodiment, the opening may be provided at a position of the upper surface of the base 210 near the toilet cover 220 and near one side edge of the upper surface. Of course, the plurality of openings may be provided on both side edges of the upper surface, respectively. Here, the term "side edge" refers to an edge of the substrate 210 in a direction substantially parallel to the wall surface 300.
Fig. 3-4 illustrate the connection assembly 100 as it is being removed from the base 210. It can be seen that the end facing upward is water inlet fitting 110, and adjacent to water inlet fitting 110 is adapter section 160 (various components of adapter section 160 are exposed and visible).
Furthermore, it may also be advantageous to provide a holding element 180 (see, for example, fig. 13) within the base body 210 for supporting and holding the connecting assembly 100 in order to reduce wobbling of the connecting assembly 100 within the base body 210. In some embodiments, the holding element 180 can be designed as a clip, for example a clip with a polygonal cross section. The elasticity of the holding element can be used to hold the connecting assembly in the desired position. It will be appreciated that the configuration of the retaining element 180 shown in fig. 13 may have a variety of variations, as long as it is possible to achieve, for example, a clamping of the connection assembly 100 to maintain it relatively stable. This is particularly advantageous when the connection assembly 100 includes a relatively long water tube inside the base 210 (e.g., a water tube having a substantial length reserve inside the base 210) or the adapter section 160 is primarily of a flexible material.
Although various embodiments of the coupling assembly of the present invention have been described in the various figures with reference to an example toilet for an intelligent toilet lid, it should be understood that embodiments within the scope of the present invention may be applied to plumbing fixture devices having similar structures and/or functions.
The foregoing description has set forth numerous features and advantages, including various alternative embodiments, as well as details of the structure and function of the devices and methods. The intent herein is to be exemplary and not exhaustive or limiting.
It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made, especially in matters of structure, materials, elements, components, shape, size and arrangement of parts including combinations of these aspects within the principles described herein, as indicated by the broad, general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed. To the extent that such various modifications do not depart from the spirit and scope of the appended claims, they are intended to be included therein as well.
