Description

Functional beehive using environment-friendly materials
Technical Field

Background
Generally, a beehive is also called a hive, which is a structure enclosed by various bees and feeding larvae, serves as a honey production factory while being a family in which bees live, and a natural beehive is a structure enclosing a hive in a part of bee species, and bees domesticated as domestic animals are raised in an artificial beehive located in a place similar to a bee-keeping place and live in the hive.
The hive refers to a structure built by nature or human beings and including cells, in which wild colonies collaborate to each other in a form of hanging or appearing in empty spaces of natural holes or artificial structures.
Many bees belonging to the genus Apis live through a social population, but only Western and Chinese bees live in the hive by human beings. The beehive has many purposes, such as honey production, water supplement for crops near the beehive or bee raising for bee needle treatment, and the like, and also has the effect of reducing bee colony collapse syndrome.
In addition, the beehive generally includes: a box-type main body which is manufactured in a state that the upper part and the lower part are opened; a bottom plate which seals the lower part of the main body; and a cover covering the upper part of the main body, wherein a plurality of frames are hung in the beehive formed as described above, and the frames are designed to allow the bees to breed, store, collect honey, and the like.
In addition, the existing beehives are mainly made of wood, are easy to damp and are difficult to maintain and manage. In other words, if wood is stained with moisture due to weather and dew condensation (moisture condensed due to a temperature difference between the inside and outside), etc., mold is generated therefrom, and an antibiotic agent is used in order to catch diseases caused by mold, thereby making it difficult to perform natural-compatible organic beekeeping.
The beehive is always exposed to the external environment in the four seasons, so contraction and expansion are repeated, cracking is easy, and it is necessary to purchase an insulation material to surround the inside and outside of the beehive all the time in winter. In the case of the korean-made heat-insulating beehive, the physical strength and durability of a general foam plastic (EPS) beehive are weak, the thickness is only 20mm, and heat insulation is insufficient.
In addition, the paint has insufficient chemical resistance, can be corroded by various medicaments, cannot remove moisture, and is easy to grow mildew and diseases. In korea, which is a very poor area (temperature difference between summer and winter), if the overwintering measures are not perfect, there are various problems such as the risk of freezing bees and death caused by breathing difficulties.
In addition, compatibility of foreign beehives is insufficient, durability under sunlight or physical friction is weak due to the foam material, and it is expensive (super 1 set standard about 15 ten thousand won), and compatibility is poor unlike the size of korean beehives.
In addition, the structure is separated from the bottom surface, and the structure cannot be combined, so that the movement is inconvenient. In addition, in order to discharge foreign matters (for example, by-products of a honeycomb frame, various bacteria, mites, and the like) derived from the breeding activity of bees, it is the reality that almost all beekeepers place beehives obliquely forward.

Figure DEST_PATH_GDA0002658554960000086
The right plate first protrusion 128a having a cross-sectional shape is integrally formed with a right plate second protrusion 128b having a substantially straight cross-sectional shape along a lower end longitudinal direction, right plate quadrangular holes 128c having an equal interval are formed along both side longitudinal directions, a right plate handle 128d having an oval shape is formed between the left plate quadrangular holes 126c at a certain interval in the vertical direction, and the right plate 128 is inserted into the guide member 112b described above through the right plate second protrusion 128b and is erected in a state perpendicular to the bottom plate 112.
In other words, the guide members 112b support the lower portions of the front plate 122, the rear plate 124, the left plate 126, and the right plate 128, respectively, and the main body portion 120 functions as a holder (holder) placed on the base plate 112 as an assembly.
The thickness of the front plate 122, the rear plate 124, the left plate 126 and the right plate 128 is 35 to 45mm, and preferably, the front plate, the rear plate 124, the left plate 126 and the right plate 128 are made of foamed polypropylene (EPP) material with a thickness of 40mm, and in a general beehive, the main body has different sizes, and is used for one layer or two layers.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the cover part 130 is used to open and close the functional hive 100, and detachably covers the upper end of the body part 120 to block beesEscape from the functional beehive 100. The cover 130 is made of a low-magnification foamed polypropylene (EPP) material having strong physical and chemical properties and a thickness of 55 to 65mm, preferably 60mm, and has a case-shaped cover 132 having an open bottom surface, recessed portions 132a formed on both left and right sides of the cover 132, respectively, the recessed portions 132a being used for attaching a protective cover 132c described later, and having a substantially flat surface

The shape of the cross section.
The cover 130 is not designed to be too strong in material properties to allow the temperature inside the functional beehive 100 to rise even when sunlight is incident directly in summer. Generally, the insulation performance of the roof R-32 is higher when covering a house than when the wall insulation R-19. In view of this, the present invention is configured to form the thickness (55 to 65mm, preferably 60mm) of the cover 130 thicker than the thickness (30 to 40mm) of the body 120, thereby cutting off heat generated by direct sunlight in summer and preventing hot air of the functional beehive from leaking in winter.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, a pair of front and rear comb (comb frame) holders 142 of the cover placing portion 140 are closely attached in a state of completely surrounding the front plate first protrusions 122a and 124a of the front plate 122 and the rear plate 124 and the left plate first protrusions 126a and 128a of the left plate 126 and the right plate 128 and ending, and the comb holders 142 are used for hanging combs (comb frames) which also store honey therein and spawn and raise the baby.
Further, a plurality of wire fixing grooves 144 are formed along the inner longitudinal direction of the honeycomb frame 142, and the grooves are formed to prevent the comb from shaking between the wires when the wires are inserted between the honeycomb and the comb and moved while the honeycomb (the base frame) is placed on the honeycomb frame 142 at a predetermined interval.
FIGS. 2 to 24 as means for connecting the bottom plate 112 and the left plate 126, and the left plate 126 and the cover 132, respectively, are not illustrated 126e
Figure DEST_PATH_GDA0002658554960000093
The connecting clamp in the shape can make the connecting state firm through a plurality of screws (without reference numbers), and is easy to be combined and separated, therefore, the bee-keeping is convenient to move, and the height of the connecting clamp is the same as that of a landing plate (foot plate), so the connecting clamp can be used when the water tank is stably fixed by being placed under the water tank (water feeder) when the connecting clamp is used for a wooden beehive.
Of course, the connecting jig may be provided between the bottom plate 112 and the front plate 122 or between the front plate 122 and the cover 132, and between the bottom plate 112 and the rear plate 124 or between the rear plate 124 and the cover 132.
Further, 128e is a connecting jig for connecting the bottom plate 112 and the right plate 128, and the right plate 128 and the cover 132, respectively, and 132c is a protective cover for protecting the outer surface of the cover 132 when the functional hive is mounted on a truck and fixed by a rope, and further, the connection state with the cover 132 may be secured by a plurality of screws (no reference numeral is given).
The operation of the present invention having the above-described configuration will be described below.
When the functional hive 100 according to the present invention is used for the production of honey or the like, first, the functional hive 100 is assembled and placed in a suitable field place. In other words, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the front plate 122, the rear plate 124, the left plate 126, and the right plate 128 are erected on the guide members 112b of the base plate 112, and then the lid placement portion 140 and the lid portion 130 are placed on the upper end of the main body portion 120 in this order.
In the thus assembled functional hive 100, in a state where a plurality of bees are placed in an open field regardless of the ground state, the bees, i.e., the bee colony, move upward into the functional hive 100 through the bee entrance 116c, and a space for the bees to rest is provided by the space between the body part 120 and the cover part 130.
Further, the bee colony is actively moved inside and outside the functional hive 100 through the bee entrance 116c, and simultaneously, honey is collected from various flowers in the tens of thousands and stored in a plurality of combs (not shown) placed in the comb placement frame 142.
In addition, in the process of using the functional beehive 100, foreign substances such as byproducts of the honeycomb frame, various bacteria, mites, etc. are naturally dropped to the ground through the aluminum ventilation net (114b of fig. 9) provided to the inclined frame 114 of the bottom plate 112 and removed, thereby easily cleaning the bottom of the beehive.
Further, since the inclined frame 114 has a predetermined downward inclined shape, bees easily take dead bees and foreign matter out of the beehive directly.
Further, the ventilation net 114b can improve the internal ventilation of the beehive in summer, in particular, to improve the breeding environment of bees and to expect an effect of preventing diseases.
Further, the ventilation net 114b is provided at the lower portion of the beehive, and thus can ventilate naturally. In other words, the moisture has a property of rising upward in summer, so that the humidity of the nursery can be maintained only by the upper blocking, and if the humidity cannot be maintained, the bee larvae are dried up and died.
Further, the beehive can be easily integrated and easily separated by using the connecting jigs 126e and 128 e.
In addition, the beehive is made of different materials, so that the beehive is firm, light and suitable for old beekeepers to use, and the durability and the heat insulation performance are ensured.
Furthermore, the beehive is entirely of an insulated foamed polypropylene (EPP) material, so that the temperature and humidity inside the beehive can be kept constant even in summer and winter.
The functional beehive using eco-friendly materials according to the present invention is described above with reference to the illustrated drawings, but the present invention is not limited by the embodiments and drawings disclosed in the present specification, but various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the technical idea of the present invention.
