As shown in the figures 1 and 2, a lifting hook b of a fixed pulley 3-5 is connected with a lifting lug arranged on a base of a winch 3-1 through a shackle 3-6, a lifting hook a of a movable pulley 3-3 is connected with the end part of a roller system through a pin shaft 3-7, the free end of a steel wire rope 3-4 is wound on the winch 3-1, and the fixed end of the steel wire rope 3-4 sequentially passes around the movable pulley 3-3 and the fixed pulley 3-5 and is fixed on the lifting lug of the movable pulley 3-3. The way of pulling the roller system laterally and horizontally to exit the frame 1 is not limited to the above-listed technical solutions, and the skilled person can make any combination or adjustment according to the actual situation.
In a preferred technical scheme that the roller system is laterally pulled and translated to enter the rack, when the roller system is laterally translated from an opening side to enter the rack 1, the pulley block comprises a fixed pulley 3-5 connected to a non-opening side end part 1-5 and a movable pulley 3-3 connected to the end part of the roller system, wherein a hook b of the fixed pulley 3-5 is detachably connected with one end, far away from the opening side, of the rack 1, a hook a of the movable pulley 3-3 is detachably connected with the end part of the roller system, the free end of a steel wire rope 3-4 is wound on a winch 3-1, and the fixed end of the steel wire rope 3-4 sequentially bypasses the fixed pulley 3-5 and the movable pulley 3-3 and is fixed on a lifting lug of the fixed pulley 3-5. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pulley block comprises fixed pulleys 3-5 connected to non-opening-closing side end parts 1-5 and movable pulleys 3-3 connected to the end parts of the roller systems, wherein hooks b of the fixed pulleys 3-5 are connected with the end parts 1-5 of the non-opening-closing sides through shackles 3-6, hooks a of the movable pulleys 3-3 are connected with the end parts of the roller systems through pin shafts 3-7, free ends of steel wire ropes 3-4 are wound on a winch 3-1, and fixed ends of the steel wire ropes 3-4 sequentially pass around the fixed pulleys 3-5 and the movable pulleys 3-3 and are fixed on lifting lugs of the fixed pulleys 3-5. The way of the lateral pulling and translation of the roller system into the frame 1 is not limited to the above-listed technical solutions, and the skilled person can make any combination or adjustment according to the actual situation.

Claims (15)

1. A roll system side pulling device for a roll system side pulling type rolling machine is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a winch system (3) and a trolley (2), wherein two roll systems rotating in opposite directions are arranged between an upper frame and a lower frame of the rack (1), the rack (1) is provided with an opening and closing side allowing the roll system side to be pulled in and out of the rack (1), and the opening and closing side of the rack (1) is opened or closed through a rotatable and laid-down end part (105); the trolley (2) is in butt joint fit with the end part (105) in a laid state, so that a roller system moving channel is formed on the upper surface of the trolley (2), the upper surface of the end part (105) and the upper surface of the lower frame, guide rail groups which are arranged along a straight line are arranged on the roller system moving channel, and guide rail grooves matched with the guide rail groups are formed in the lower surface of the end part of the roller system; the winding engine system (3) is installed on the basis, and the winding engine system (3) is connected with the roller system and drives the roller system to move in and out of the rack (1) along the guide rail group in a translation mode.

The roll system side pulling device for the roll system side pulling type roll squeezer according to claim 1, wherein an end piece (105) for bearing force is arranged between the upper frame and the lower frame on the same side, and two ends of the end piece (105) are respectively hinged with the upper frame and the lower frame; a central piece (109) used for supporting the upper frame and reinforcing the frame (1) is detachably arranged between the upper frame and the lower frame.

A roll system side pulling apparatus for a roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to claim 1, wherein said rail set comprises a lower frame rail (101) installed on a lower frame, an end rail (106) installed on an opening and closing side end part (105), and an auxiliary rail (201) installed on a dolly (2); in the laid-down state, the end guide rail (106) on the opening-closing side end part (105) is on the same horizontal line with the corresponding lower frame guide rail (101) and the corresponding auxiliary guide rail (201).

The roll system side pulling device for the roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the adjusting device (206) for adjusting the auxiliary guide rail (201) is provided on the cart (2), and the adjusting device (206) makes the auxiliary guide rail (201) and the corresponding end guide rail (106) to be aligned in a straight line.

A roll system side pulling device for a roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to claim 1, characterized in that both ends of the end piece (105) at the opening and closing side are respectively connected with the upper frame and the lower frame through a bearing pin (107), and the upper end of the end piece (105) at the opening and closing side is disconnected with the upper frame through disassembling the bearing pin (107), so that the end piece (105) at the opening and closing side can rotate around the axis of the bearing pin (107) at the lower end, and the rotating angle theta of the end piece (105) at the opening and closing side is larger than 90 degrees; in the laid-down state, the upper surface of the opening and closing side end part (105) is matched with the guide rail group to support the roller system, so that the roller system entering and exiting the rack (1) is kept in a horizontal translation state.

The roll system side pulling apparatus for a roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to claim 6, wherein the backup pad mounted on the lower surface of the opening and closing side end part (105) is supported on the foundation in a laid down state, and the opening and closing side end part (105) maintains the upper surface of the opening and closing side end part (105) in a horizontally supported state with respect to the roll system by adjusting the height of the backup pad.
8. A roll system side pulling device for a roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the bottom of the trolley (2) is provided with a roller (202) rolling along a rail (203), and the rail (203) is arranged on a foundation.

A roll system side pulling device for a roll system side pulling type rolling mill according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that when the trolley (2) is butt-jointed with the end part (105) in a laid-down state, the trolley (2) is detachably connected with the end part (105); and a buffer gasket (204) is arranged on the butt joint end face of the trolley (2) and the end part (105).

The roll system side pulling device for the roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that two winch systems (3) are symmetrically arranged on the basis of the opening and closing side of the frame (1); the winch system (3) comprises a winch (301) and a base of the winch (301) for mounting the winch (301) on a foundation, wherein the winch (301) is connected with a roller system through a pulley block and a steel wire rope (304) wound on the pulley block.
11. The roll system side pulling apparatus for a roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to claim 10, wherein a center distance L2 of the two windlass systems (3) is equal to or greater than a distance L1 between both ends of the roll system.

The roll system side pulling device for the roll system side pulling type rolling machine according to claim 10, wherein when the roll system is shifted and exited from the frame (1) from the opening and closing side, the pulley block comprises a fixed pulley (305) connected to the base of the winding machine (301) and a movable pulley (303) connected to the end of the roll system, wherein a hook b of the fixed pulley (305) is detachably connected to the base of the winding machine (301), a hook a of the movable pulley (303) is detachably connected to the end of the roll system, the free end of the steel wire rope (304) is wound on the winding machine (301), and the fixed end of the steel wire rope (304) is sequentially wound around the fixed pulley (305) and the movable pulley (303) and fixed to a lifting lug of the movable pulley (303).
