5. A carton as claimed in claim 4 and being conveniently carried after opening the lid, wherein the second long side (122) of the rectangle is coincident with the crease line (123).

6. A carton as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 which is open-ended for easy transport and wherein the cut-out is also provided in the base panel in an up-down symmetrical relationship with the inner closure panel (12).
