the ready-made clothes transfer mechanism comprises a conveying device and an image acquisition device; the image acquisition device is arranged above the conveying device;
the ready-made clothes sorting mechanism comprises a first guide rail, a second guide rail and a gripper device; the first guide rail is integrally parallel to the plane of the upper surface of the conveying device and is vertical to the conveying device; one end of the first guide rail is positioned above the conveying device; the second guide rail is perpendicular to the first guide rail, and the upper surface of the second guide rail is movably connected with the lower surface of the first guide rail; the lower surface of the second guide rail is movably connected with the gripping device; the gripping device is used for gripping the ready-made clothes and placing the ready-made clothes in the corresponding box body;
the ready-made clothes receiving mechanism comprises a lower sliding rail, a box body code scanning device and a weighing device; the lower sliding rail is fixedly arranged on the ground and is parallel to the first guide rail; the box body code scanning device is movably connected with the lower sliding rail and can move along the lower sliding rail; the weighing devices are distributed on two sides of the lower slide rail and used for detecting the weight of the box body placed on the weighing devices;
the control mechanism is respectively in communication connection with the ready-made clothes transfer-in mechanism, the ready-made clothes sorting mechanism and the ready-made clothes receiving mechanism.

The garment sorting system according to claim 1, wherein a light-resistant box is erected above the middle of the conveyor; the light-shading box body is hollow, and the bottom of the light-shading box body is separated from the upper surface of the conveying device, so that ready-made clothes on the conveying device can pass through the light-shading box body.
3. The garment sorting system according to claim 2, wherein the image capturing device is disposed on an upper top surface inside the light-shielding box and is configured to capture an image of the garment passing through the bottom of the light-shielding box.

The garment sorting system according to claim 1, wherein the gripper comprises a lifting assembly, a rotating assembly, and a suction cup assembly; the lifting assembly controls the whole gripper device to move in the vertical direction; the rotating assembly controls the sucker assembly to rotate in the horizontal direction; the sucker assembly is used for grabbing ready-made clothes on the conveying device.

The garment sorting system according to claim 1, wherein the box code scanning device comprises a code scanning bracket, a driving device and a code scanning camera; the code scanning camera is arranged on the code scanning bracket; the bottom of the code scanning support is arranged on the lower sliding rail, can move along the lower sliding rail and is electrically connected with the driving device.
6. The garment sorting system according to claim 1, wherein the weighing device is horizontal on the upper surface for placing a weight; the weighing device is internally provided with a weighing sensor which is used for reading the weight of the box body.

The garment sorting system of claim 1, wherein the control mechanism comprises: a control server and a display; the control server is respectively in communication connection with the ready-made clothes transfer-in mechanism, the ready-made clothes sorting mechanism, the ready-made clothes receiving mechanism and the display.
8. The garment sorting system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a gripper drive motor; the gripper driving motor is arranged at one end of the second guide rail and used for controlling the gripper device to move on the second guide rail.
9. Garment sorting system according to any of claims 1-7, characterised in that the system further comprises warning lights; the warning lamp bracket is arranged above the weighing device and corresponds to the weighing device one by one.
10. A garment sorting system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a second rail drive motor for controlling the movement of the second rail along the first rail.
