Namely, a guide part is provided at least on one of the outer sleeve and the fixed tube.
A boss 63 is provided on the inner wall of the fixed pipe, a linear motion bearing 65 is fitted to the inner sleeve 52 on the side of the boss 63 facing the mounting plate 51, and an O-ring 66 is fitted between the linear motion bearing 65 and the fixed pipe. A spring 54 is fitted over the inner sleeve 52 with one end of the spring abutting against the mounting plate 51 and the other end of the spring abutting against a linear motion bearing 65. The linear motion bearing can be pressed against the boss 63 under the urging of the spring.
Under the push of external force, this sliding part can move towards the installation department, makes the fixed tube stretch into towards the annular chamber to compress this spring, after this external force withdraws, this spring can push this sliding part and move towards the direction of keeping away from this installation department. An outlet hole 611 through which the power line 35 of the gun type leak detector passes is formed in the fixed pipe 6, and the outlet hole is located on the side of the boss 63 facing away from the mounting plate 51.
A connecting flange 62 is provided at the end of the stator tube 6 facing away from the mounting plate 51, a first connecting plate 71 is attached to the connecting flange 62, the pressure/torque sensor 8 is fixed to the first connecting plate 71, and a second connecting plate 72 is attached to the pressure/torque sensor 8, the second connecting plate 72 being intended for attachment to a robot arm. The connecting flange 62, the first connecting plate 71, the pressure-torsion sensor 8 and the second connecting plate 72 together form a connecting part. It is understood that, in other embodiments, when the pressure/torsion sensor 8 does not need to be mounted, the pressure/torsion sensor 8 and the second connecting plate 72 may be eliminated, leaving only the first connecting plate 71, in which case the first connecting plate 71 is formed as a mounting portion. the telescopic part comprises a sliding part and a fixed pipe; the sliding part comprises a mounting plate, an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, the mounting plate is fixedly mounted on a connecting part of the sleeved shell, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are arranged on one side of the mounting plate, which is far away from the connecting part, the inner sleeve is sleeved in the outer sleeve, an annular cavity is formed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, and a handle part of the suction gun type leak detector is accommodated in the inner sleeve;
the fixed pipe is sleeved on the inner sleeve through one end of the inner sleeve, which is far away from the mounting plate, and the inner sleeve and the fixed pipe extend along the extension direction of a third axis;
a guide part is arranged on at least one of the outer sleeve and the fixed tube, and the fixed tube can slide relative to the inner sleeve along the guide part in the extension direction of the third axis; the guide part limits the sliding part to rotate relative to the fixed pipe;
one end of the fixed pipe, which is far away from the mounting plate, is provided with a mounting part, and the mounting part is used for being mounted on the mechanical arm;
