Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a hand tool structure according to the present invention includes a first clamp body 1 and a second clamp body 2 pivotally connected to each other by a pivot member 4, and a toggle mechanism 3 for controlling opening and closing. The pivot member 4 includes a column 41 with two ends pivoted to the two forceps bodies 1, 2 respectively, and a spring 42 sleeved outside the column 41, the two forceps bodies 1, 2 are respectively provided with a concave chamber 10, 20, the spring 42 is accommodated in the concave chamber 10, 20, and the two ends are respectively abutted against the side walls of the concave chamber 10, 20, and can be pushed against the two forceps bodies 1, 2 normally by using the elastic force thereof, so that the two forceps bodies are normally opened, thereby facilitating the continuous use and saving the physical strength of the operation.
On the bearing, the front ends of the opposite sides of the first pincer body 1 and the second pincer body 2 are respectively provided with a V- shaped groove 11, 21, when the two pincer bodies 1, 2 are closed, a square clamping hole 111 can be enclosed for clamping small objects, such as wires and the like. A row of ratchets 12, 22 are provided on the two forceps bodies 1, 2 adjacent to the V- shaped grooves 11, 21, so that the object can be firmly clamped when the two forceps bodies 1, 2 are closed. The outer sides of the front ends of the two forceps bodies 1 and 2 are respectively provided with sharp edges 18 and 28 which can be used for scraping foreign matters on objects.
In addition, a peeling part 13, 23 for peeling the outer skin of the electric wire is provided on the two clamp bodies 1, 2 adjacent to the row of ratchets 12, 22, which is wavy and has a plurality of curved sections 131, 231, each curved section 131, 231 has different curvature radius, and a plurality of accommodation holes 132 with different diameters can be enclosed when the two clamp bodies 1, 2 are closed. After the electric wire is stretched into the curved arc sections 131 and 231 with the same size and the two clamp bodies 1 and 2 are closed, only the outer skin can be cut off without damaging the metal core, thereby achieving the purpose of convenient peeling. The two pliers bodies 1 and 2 are provided with a first cutting part 14 and 24 adjacent to the peeling part 13 and 23 for cutting the electric wire or cable and a second cutting part 15 and 25 for cutting the metal wire, wherein the length of the second cutting part 15 and 25 is less than that of the first cutting part 14 and 24, so that the electric wire, cable or metal wire can be cut.
Two through screw cutting holes 16 and 26 with different hole diameters suitable for screws of different specifications are respectively arranged on the first clamp body 1 and the second clamp body 2 beside the pivot joint part 4. A projection 27 and a groove 17 for assembling terminals are respectively arranged on the two clamp bodies 1 and 2 adjacent to the screw cutting holes 16 and 26.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 4, a button mechanism 3 for controlling the opening and closing of the two forceps bodies 1 and 2 is disposed at a position of the second forceps body 2 close to the pivot 4, and includes a button 31. In this embodiment, the first pincer body 1 has a slot 19 on one side thereof near the pivot, and the toggle button 31 has a stop portion 32 and is pivoted on the second pincer body 2 near the pivot by a pivot 34, so as to be toggled to a first position and a second position. When the first pincer body 1 and the second pincer body 2 are relatively closed to define that the toggle button 31 is toggled to the first position, the blocking portion 32 can be clamped into the clamping slot 19 of the first pincer body 1, so as to block the first pincer body 1 from pivoting relative to the second pincer body 2, and further prevent the two pincer bodies 1 and 2 from relatively opening. In the embodiment, the toggle button 31 has a rounded shape, and when the stopping portion 32 is clamped in the slot 19, the toggle button 31 abuts against the first pincer body 1 without a gap, so that the operation is prevented from being affected by sundries caught during the use process. On the other hand, when the button 31 is pressed to the second position, the stop portion 32 of the button 31 will be disengaged from the slot 19, and the fixed state of the first body 1 is released and can swing freely relative to the second body 2.
The second body 2 has an elongated slot 29, wherein the elongated slot 29 forms an arc shape corresponding to the pivot track of the button 31, and the elongated slot 29 has a left positioning slot 291 and a right positioning slot 292, and a protrusion 293 is disposed therebetween. The toggle button 31 extends out of a soft positioning block 33 toward the second clamp body 2, and can be respectively clamped into one of the positioning slots along with the position of the toggle button 31 to position the toggle button 31.
With the above structure, as shown in fig. 5, when the two clamp bodies 1 and 2 are closed relatively and the toggle button 31 is toggled to the first position to fix the first clamp body 1, the positioning block 33 of the toggle button 31 is clamped in the left positioning groove 291, and the toggle button 31 is positioned by the restraint of the positioning block 33 by the left positioning groove 291, so that the toggle button 31 cannot be moved even if the toggle button 31 is subjected to an external force not exceeding a certain degree. Accordingly, the toggle button 31 can maintain its position and be continuously clamped in the slot, so as to prevent the first clamp body 1 from swinging and causing the two clamp bodies to open unexpectedly.
On the other hand, the user can apply an external force to the toggle button 31 to toggle the toggle button from the first position to the second position, and the toggle button 31 is disengaged from the slot to enable the first pincer body 1 to form a free pivot state. At this time, as shown in fig. 6, during the movement of the toggle button 31, the positioning block 33 leaves the left positioning groove 291, and since the positioning block 33 is soft, it can be deformed after being pressed, thereby moving to the right positioning groove 292 beyond the protrusion 293 and being snapped therein as shown in fig. 7. Accordingly, the toggle button 31 is located at the second position and is not moved by a small external force as described above, so as to prevent the two clamp bodies from being locked into the slot by mistake and being unable to be actuated.
