Further, the urination switch 40 further comprises an anti-lost rope 43, one end of the anti-lost rope 43 is tied to the adapter 41, and the other end of the anti-lost rope 43 is tied to the switch cap 42, so that the switch cap 42 can be prevented from being lost.

In order to ensure that the water in the balloon 20 cannot flow backwards, in an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, the reverse controllable male urinary catheter 100 further includes a check valve 90, and the check valve 90 is detachably mounted on the water injection connector 60 to prevent the water in the water injection channel 14 from flowing backwards, so as to not only facilitate the water injection into the water injection channel 14, but also ensure that the water in the balloon 20 cannot flow backwards, thereby enabling the balloon 20 to better fix the tube 10.
It should be noted that there are many connection manners of the check valve 90 and the water injection connector 60, the check valve 90 and the water injection connector 60 can be connected in an inserting manner, the check valve 90 and the water injection connector 60 can be connected in a threaded manner, and the check valve 90 and the water injection connector 60 can be connected in other manners, which are not listed here.

Claims (10)
1. A reversibly steerable male urinary catheter, comprising:
the catheter comprises a catheter body, a catheter body and a catheter body, wherein the catheter body is provided with an inner end and an outer end which are oppositely arranged, a urethral catheterization channel and a water injection channel are arranged in the catheter body and extend from the outer end to the inner end, the inner end is provided with a urethral catheterization opening communicated with the urethral catheterization channel, and the outer end is provided with a urethral catheterization joint communicated with the urethral catheterization channel and a water injection joint communicated with the water injection channel;
the balloon is arranged on the catheter body and is positioned at the position, close to the outer end, of the urethral catheterization opening, and the balloon is communicated with the water injection channel;
the reverse collecting bag is arranged in a cylindrical shape with two open ends, is sleeved on the tube body, is hermetically connected with the tube body at the opening end adjacent to the outer end, and is sleeved on the male penis at the opening end far away from the outer end;
and the urination switch is communicated with the reverse collecting bag and is used for controlling the discharge of urine in the reverse collecting bag.
2. A retrograde controllable male urinary catheter according to claim 1, wherein the open end of said retrograde collection bag distal from said outer end is provided with a tightening member for securing the open end of said retrograde collection bag distal from said outer end to the male's penis.

The reverse steerable male urinary catheter of claim 2, wherein the constriction member is an elastic band, and a portion of the elastic band between its ends is connected to the open end of the reverse collection bag remote from the outer end, and the ends of the elastic band can be tied or disconnected.

The reverse controllable male urinary catheter according to claim 2, wherein the fastening member is a hook and loop fastener, the hook and loop fastener includes a hook and loop fastener section and a hook and loop fastener section, the hook and loop fastener section is fixedly connected to the open end of the reverse collecting bag, the open end being away from the outer end of the reverse collecting bag, one end of the hook and loop fastener section is fixedly connected to the hook and loop fastener section, and the other end of the hook and loop fastener section extends along the circumferential direction of the reverse collecting bag and is adhered to the hook and loop fastener section.

A reverse steerable male urinary catheter according to claim 1, wherein the reverse collecting bag has a plurality of folds arranged in the axial direction of the tubular body, the folds being expandable or collapsible in the axial direction of the tubular body, so that the length of the reverse collecting bag is telescopically arranged.
7. The retrospectively controllable male urinary catheter of claim 1, wherein the retrospective collection bag is made of a transparent material.

The retrospective controllable male urinary catheter according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the urination switch comprises an adapter and a switch cap, one end of the adapter being disposed in communication with the retrospective collection bag and the other end of the adapter being disposed in communication with the switch cap or the urination tube.
9. The retrospective controllable male urinary catheter of claim 8, wherein the adapter is fixedly attached to the outer peripheral wall of the outer end.
10. A reverse direction controllable male urinary catheter according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a one-way valve detachably mounted to the water filling connector to prevent water in the water filling channel from flowing back.
