MAC address: media Access Control Address, often referred to as a physical Address. The MAC address is unique in the network and generally corresponds to a network card in the network. Each device in the network has one or more network cards, and the MAC address can be used as an identifier of the device to identify the device.
Sub-G: frequency bands smaller than 1GHz in wireless communication are collectively referred to as "Sub-GHz". The Sub-G communication is more suitable for application scenes with long transmission distance, low power consumption, low data rate and small transmission data amount, and protocols such as Zigbee are Sub-G communication modes.
Wireless communication: the wireless communication described in the present application generally refers to a wireless communication mode with a frequency band greater than 1GHz, such as various wireless communication protocols of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and the like.
Wi-Fi: Wireless-Fidelity, a generic term for Wireless connection technology implemented using IEEE802.11 series of protocols.

The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a schematic view of a tool with a display device and a code scanning device according to the present embodiment. The tool 10 includes a display device 11, and the display device 11 is generally located on an operation surface of the tool. The tool generally has a plurality of outer surfaces, a user of the tool faces one of the outer surfaces when the tool works, a key, a power switch and other devices for operating the tool are arranged on the outer surface, and the outer surface can be called as an operation surface. The display device 11 is located on the operation surface of the tool, so that a user of the tool can observe information displayed on the display device or perform corresponding operation on the displayed information in the process of using the tool.
In this embodiment, the display device 11 is used for displaying the information code, and the information code can be identified by the code scanning device 20. The user of the tool scans the information code by using a code scanning device 20 such as a code scanner, and the information contained in the information code can be automatically read. The code scanning device 20 is not usually a component of the tool 10, and is not physically connected to the tool 10.
At present, a common information code is a two-dimensional code, and a lot of open source software can convert specific information into the two-dimensional code. In this embodiment, if it is desired to obtain the MAC address of the device to be detected connected to the tool 10 during the operation of the tool 10, the MAC address of the device to be detected is converted into the two-dimensional code by using the open source software.
In general, the two-dimensional code directly obtained by the open source software has a small size, and if the resolution of the code scanner 20 is low, the two-dimensional code may not be correctly read. Therefore, in many cases, the two-dimensional code directly obtained by the open source software needs to be enlarged, and the display device 11 is required to be capable of displaying two-dimensional codes containing the same information but having different sizes.
Most display devices, such as liquid crystal panels, display information in a pixel matrix. The interface of the display device for displaying information is divided into a plurality of pixel points, each pixel point displays one color, and the combination of all the pixel points can display complete information. The two-dimensional code is displayed simply, some pixel points in the two-dimensional code image are set to be the same as the background color of the display device interface, and other pixel points are set to be the color with the larger visual difference from the background color of the display device interface, so that the two-dimensional code can be displayed correctly. Based on the mapping relation, namely the mode that one pixel point corresponds to a plurality of pixel points or one pixel point corresponds to a plurality of pixel points, the color displayed by the corresponding pixel point is adjusted, the two-dimensional code displayed by the display device can be amplified or reduced, and therefore the two-dimensional codes with the same information and different sizes are displayed.
Of course, the display device 11 may directly display the MAC address of the device to be detected connected to the tool 10, but this often requires the user of the tool to manually copy the MAC address, which is inefficient and prone to errors. According to the technical scheme, the user of the tool can operate the code scanning device 20 to scan the two-dimensional code to obtain the MAC address, meanwhile, the code scanning device 20 can send the MAC address to the server and other equipment needing to obtain MAC address information, manual information transmission is avoided, the efficiency of information transmission is greatly improved, and errors in information transmission are effectively reduced.
Example two:
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of connection between the tooling and the device under test according to the present embodiment. The tool 10 described in the first embodiment is connected to and communicates with the device 30 to be tested during operation. The connection between the tool 10 and the detected device 30 may be wired or wireless, in practice, wired methods are common, various interfaces may be provided on the tool 10, and the detected device 30 is connected through a cable corresponding to the interfaces. In fig. 2, the solid lines between the tool 10 and the detected devices 30 indicate wired connection, in practice, one tool 10 may be connected to one or more detected devices 30 at the same time, and only one detected device 30 is shown in fig. 2 for convenience of illustration.
The tool 10 is connected and communicated with the detected device 30 in the working process, the tool 10 can send a detection instruction to the detected device 30 and receive the reply of the detected device 30, and similarly, the detected device 30 can also send an instruction to the tool 10 and receive the reply of the tool 10. As described in the first embodiment, the code scanning device 20 can identify the information code displayed on the display device 11 of the tool 10, and send the information included in the information code to the server, and the server can issue an instruction to the tool 10 according to the information included in the information code. If the server can directly communicate with the tool 10, the server can directly send an instruction to the tool 10; if the server cannot directly communicate with the tool 10, the server may issue an instruction to the detected device 30 connected to the tool 10, and the detected device 30 recognizes that the instruction is sent to the tool 10 through an identifier such as an instruction format and a set field, and then sends the instruction of the server to the tool 10.
The server issues an instruction to the tool 10, which is beneficial to improving the working efficiency of the tool. For example, after the detected device 30 is identified by the MAC address of the detected device 30, the server may issue an instruction to the tool 10 according to the special part of the detected device 30, so as to request the tool 10 to adjust the detection item or ignore some conventional error reporting, etc., thereby preventing time waste on unnecessary detection items.
Example three:
fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the connection between the tool and the server according to this embodiment. A local area network is formed by connecting electronic devices of a plurality of sewing machines with a server, and a manner of uniformly managing the sewing machines by the server is becoming more and more common. Accordingly, the tool 10 may also be connected to and communicate with the server 40 during operation. In practice, the physical distance between the tool 10 and the server 40 is often long, so that the wireless connection is common. The dashed lines between the tool 10 and the server 40 in fig. 3 represent wireless connections.
In order to realize wireless connection, a first wireless transmission module 12 is disposed on the tool 10, and the first wireless transmission module 12 may include a common wireless transmission module, such as one or more of a Sub-G module, a wireless communication module, a Wi-Fi module, or a bluetooth module. Currently, the Sub-G module, the wireless communication module, the Wi-Fi module and the Bluetooth module are all commercialized products and can be directly purchased. The specific types of modules used are determined by the actual conditions of the tool 10 and the server 40. The server 40 is provided with a second wireless transmission module 41 which is used in cooperation with the first wireless transmission module 12 to realize wireless communication between the tool 10 and the server 40. In general, the second wireless transmission module 41 cooperates with not only the first wireless transmission module 12 of the tool 10, but also the wireless transmission modules on the devices such as the code scanning device 20 and the device 30 to be detected to perform communication, and the server 40 can identify which device is to be communicated with based on the identification information such as the MAC address of the device.
Typically, the server 40 is connected to the tool 10 in a C/S mode, i.e., the tool 10 is considered a client in the network. The server uniformly manages the sewing machine to form the network, the network is usually a local area network with small scale, the cost of network maintenance and management is controllable, and the C/S mode can fully exert the advantages of simple network structure, high response speed and the like.
Finally, it should be noted that the embodiments of the present application are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same. Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
