Compared with the prior art, the leakage detection device has the advantages that through the arrangement of the lead, whether leakage occurs or not is judged according to the state change of the lead, and corresponding signals are generated when leakage occurs. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application discloses an intelligent pipeline 100 for conveying a liquid medium, wherein the intelligent pipeline 100 includes at least one layer of pipe wall 1, a liquid flow channel 10 formed by an inner side of the pipe wall 1, and a lead 2 located outside the liquid flow channel 10; when the liquid medium flowing in the liquid flow passage 10 does not leak (e.g., leak or burst), the lead 2 is in the first state; when a leak (e.g., a leak or a pipe burst) occurs in the liquid medium flowing in the liquid flow passage 10, the leaked liquid medium enters the fiber layer 12 and changes the wire 2 from the first state to the second state, thereby generating a signal.
The total length of the smart pipeline 100 of the present patent application can range from a few kilometers to tens of kilometers. Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment of the present application, the smart pipeline 100 is cylindrical. The pipe wall 1 is three-layer, and it includes inner wall glue film 11, compound fibre layer 12 on inner wall glue film 11 and compound outer wall glue film 13 on fibre layer 12. The inner wall glue layer 11 is provided with the liquid flow channel 10. The wires 2 are arranged in the fibre layer 12 to protect the wires 2. Preferably, the fiber layer 12 is a woven high-strength fiber, and thus the strength of the intelligent pipeline 100 can be improved.
In the illustrated embodiment of the present application, there are at least two conductors 2, the first state is that the two conductors 2 are not conductive, and the second state is that the two conductors 2 are conductive through the leaking liquid medium. The signal generated when the conducting wire 2 changes from the first state to the second state is a conducting signal of the conducting wire 2. Preferably, the number of the wires 2 is several to improve the sensitivity of detecting leakage. Of course, in other embodiments, the signal emitter 3 and the monitoring data acquisition analyzer 4 may be provided separately.
The signal generated when the wire 2 changes from the first state to the second state is converted into a leakage alarm signal, and the signal transmitter 3 sends out the leakage alarm signal. Specifically, the signal generated when the wire 2 changes from the first state to the second state is converted into the leakage alarm signal by the monitoring data acquisition analyzer 4, and the signal transmitter 3 sends the leakage alarm signal to the terminal device 5.

An intelligent pipeline system, characterized by: comprising an intelligent pipeline (100) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and a signal transmitter (3) connected to said conductor (2), the signal generated by said conductor (2) when changing from said first state to said second state being converted into a leak alarm signal, and said leak alarm signal being emitted by said signal transmitter (3).

The intelligent pipeline system according to claim 7, wherein: the intelligent pipeline system also comprises a monitoring data acquisition analyzer (4) connected with the lead (2), and a signal generated when the lead (2) is changed from the first state to the second state is converted into the leakage alarm signal by the monitoring data acquisition analyzer (4).
