Illustration of the drawings:
1-quick joint, 2-connecting rod group, 21-connecting rod, 3-spraying disk, 31-spraying hole, 4-steel wire brush and 5-cleaning channel.
Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the application provides a drill collar inner wall cleaning device, as shown in FIG. 1, the drill collar inner wall cleaning device comprises a quick joint 1, a connecting rod group 2, an injection disc 3 and a cleaning module; one end of the quick connector 1 is connected with one end of the connecting rod group 2, the other end of the connecting rod group 2 is connected with one end of the injection disc 3, and the other end of the injection disc 3 is also provided with a cleaning module; and communicated cleaning channels 5 are arranged in the quick connector 1, the connecting rod group 2 and the spraying disc 3.
The left end of the quick joint 1 can be connected with a high-pressure air source or a high-pressure water source (cleaning fluid) according to the requirement so as to clean the inner wall of the drill collar. The connecting rod group 2 is adjustable in length to adapt to drill collars of various lengths, and specifically, the connecting rod group 2 is adjustable in length in various ways, for example: the connecting rod group 2 comprises a telescopic connecting rod 21; alternatively, the connecting rod group 2 comprises a plurality of connecting rods 21 (the number of the connecting rods 21 can be at least one, and also can be two or three), the connecting rods 21 can be 1m in length, and the connector buckle type can be 1/4' NPT.
The cleaning channel 5 in the quick connector 1 and the connecting rod group 2 are both positioned on the central axis of the cleaning device, the cleaning channel 5 on the injection disc 3 comprises a part positioned on the central axis and a part perpendicular to the central axis, and the whole cleaning channel 5 is used as a circulating channel of high-pressure gas or water source.
In an exemplary embodiment, the washing channels 5 in the spray disc 3 end in such a way that spray holes 31 are formed, said spray holes 31 being perpendicular to the centre axis of said spray disc 3.
The injection holes 31 are positioned at the tail end of the part of the cleaning channel 5 of the injection disk 3 perpendicular to the central axis, and the injection holes 31 are perpendicular to the central axis of the injection disk 3 (namely positioned on the extension line of the part of the cleaning channel 5) and used for injecting water flow or gas in the direction perpendicular to the inner wall of the drill collar. Of course, the angle between the injection hole 31 and the inner wall of the drill collar may be not 90 degrees, and may be an included angle of other degrees, which may be set according to actual needs, and the present application does not limit this.
In an exemplary embodiment, the number of spray holes 31 is 24, evenly distributed on the spray disk 3.
And the included angle between the connecting line of the adjacent injection holes 31 and the central axis is 15 degrees, so that the inner wall of the drill collar is cleaned without dead angles. The cleaning channels 5 on the spray disk 3 are "T" shaped when viewed in cross-section in fig. 1 (only 2 are cut out for the 24 spray holes 31 and the 24 cleaning channels 5).
In an exemplary embodiment, the maximum diameter of the jet disk 3 is less than 4mm of the inner wall diameter of the drill collar.
The maximum diameter position of the injection disc 3 is the position of the injection hole 31, and the distance between the maximum diameter position and the inner wall of the drill collar is 2mm, so that the air flow or water flow injected by the injection hole 31 on the injection disc 3 has good washing effect on the inner wall of the drill collar. It will be appreciated that this distance can be adjusted (i.e. the dimensions of the spray disc 3 are modified) to account for different degrees of fouling, depending on the actual situation setting. Also, the jet disk 3 may be of various sizes to target different sized drill collars (e.g., 8 inches, 6.75 inches, 2.3 inches, and 1.9 inches).
In an exemplary embodiment, the diameter of the cleaning channel 5 is 8mm to ensure the cleaning effect on the inner wall of the drill collar.
In an exemplary embodiment, the cleaning module includes a ring-shaped wire brush 4, one end of the wire brush 4 is provided with an external thread, the other end of the spray disk 3 is provided with an internal thread, and the wire brush 4 is threadedly coupled with the spray disk 3. The right end thread of the disc may be an M12 female thread.
The steel wire brush 4 is detachably connected at the right end of the injection disc 3, and can be replaced aiming at drill collars of different sizes, and after the steel wire brush 4 is worn and needs to be replaced, the replacement can be conveniently carried out, so that the practicability of the cleaning device is improved. The wire brush 4 can be a copper wire brush 4. It should be noted that, in addition to the position of the right end of the spray disk 3, a wire brush 4 may be sleeved on the connection rod set 2 to further enhance the cleaning effect.
In an exemplary embodiment, the wire brush 4 has a diameter 2mm greater than the diameter of the inner wall of the drill collar.
The diameter of the wire brush 4 is slightly larger than the inner wall of the drill collar, so that the wire brush 4 is stressed to bend to generate elastic force, and the inner wall of the drill collar is convenient to clean. In addition, a cleaning cloth (not shown) can be attached to the wire brush 4 to further clean the inner wall of the drill collar.
The drill collar inner wall cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the application can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency of the drill collar inner wall, clean without dead angle and damage the inner wall sealing surface, meet the requirement of higher inner wall smoothness of a measurement while drilling instrument, save labor and time and shorten the cleaning period of the drill collar inner wall. The cleaning device is flexible to assemble, convenient to operate, efficient and light, and can reduce the failure rate of operation on an instrument well. The real-time performance of the measurement-while-drilling tool enables field workers to monitor the trend of the well track and the change of corresponding geological parameters at any time, so that the drilling efficiency is improved, the drilling period is shortened, and the drilling cost is reduced on the whole.
The drill collar inner wall cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for cleaning the drill collar inner wall and also can be used for cleaning the electronic bin, so that an engineer can be helped to judge the corrosion degree of the tool (the electronic bin) and judge whether the tool can be continuously used.
