It should be added that, after the hoisting pulley 17 and the luffing pulley 18 are installed, the lower tangent line of the two pulleys is lower than the lower bottom surface of the boom, so that after the steel wire rope 20 is arranged on the pulleys, the steel wire rope 20 can operate in a space lower than the lower bottom surface of the boom, thereby avoiding the problem that the support on the boom interferes with the steel wire rope 20 in the operation process, and improving the safety and stability of the device.
