Claims (10)

and panel mounting components (30) which are arranged on two opposite sides of the base platform (10) and are used for mounting a left panel (93) and a right panel (94) of an ink box (90) to the left end part and the right end part of the central processing unit (91) and the phenomenon unit (92) respectively, wherein the panel mounting components (30) are positioned on the left side and the right side of the base platform (10).

The special fixture for assembling the ink cartridge of the printer according to claim 1, wherein the pressing component (20) comprises a limiting post (22) vertically fastened on the table top of the base table (10), the position of the limiting post (22) is defined as the front of the base table (10), the pressing component (20) further comprises a cylinder unit (21) disposed on the table top of the base table (10) for pressing the phenomenon unit (92) from the rear, the position of the cylinder unit (21) is defined as the rear of the base table (10), wherein the limiting post (22) and the cylinder unit (21) are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the phenomenon unit (92), and the panel mounting components (30) are disposed on the left and right sides of the limiting post (22) and the cylinder unit (21).

The special fixture for assembling the ink cartridge of the printer according to claim 1, wherein the panel mounting assembly (30) comprises a second bearing seat (31) provided with an electric cylinder (32), a pushing block (33) arranged on the electric cylinder (32) and driven by the electric cylinder (32) to reciprocate linearly, a panel fixing block (34) detachably arranged on the pushing block (33) and having an air passage formed therein for adsorbing the left panel (93) or the right panel (94), wherein an adsorption port (341) communicated with the air path is formed on the adsorption end surface of the panel fixing block (34), the panel fixing block (34) is linearly reciprocated in left and right directions to assemble the left panel (93) and the right panel (94) to left and right end portions of the central processing unit (91) and the phenomenon unit (92) correspondingly.

A special jig for assembling an ink cartridge for a printer according to claim 3, wherein said central processing unit (91) has a first rotating shaft (911), said first rotating shaft (911) is formed with a first left extending section at a left end portion of said central processing unit (91), a first right extending section at a right end portion of said central processing unit (91), said left panel (93) and said right panel (94) are respectively formed with a left through hole (931) and a right through hole (941) for inserting said first left extending section and said first right extending section therethrough, said panel fixing block (34) is provided with a latch unit (35) for aligning said left through hole (931) with said first left extending section, and said right through hole (941) with said first right extending section.

The special fixture for assembling the ink box of the printer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the latch unit (35) comprises a pin seat (351) fastened on the panel fixing block (34) for supporting the latch (352), and a second pressure spring (353) sleeved on the latch (352) for enabling the latch (352) to extend and retract left and right on the panel fixing block (34), wherein a flange for limiting the second pressure spring (353) is formed on the circumferential wall of the latch (352).

The special fixture for assembling the ink box of the printer according to claim 3, wherein the panel fixing block (34) is detachably disposed on the pushing block (33) through an intermediate plate (36), the intermediate plate (36) is disposed between the pushing block (33) and the panel fixing block (34), an installation gap exists between the intermediate plate (36) and the panel fixing block (34), and a pressure sensor (37) for sensing whether the left panel (93) and the right panel (94) are installed in place is sandwiched in the installation gap.

The special fixture for assembling an ink cartridge of a printer according to claim 4, wherein the panel mounting assembly (30) further comprises a fine adjustment unit (38) for adjusting the position of the latch unit (35) so that the latch unit (35) is aligned with the first left extension and the first right extension.

The special jig for assembling an ink cartridge for a printer according to claim 1, further comprising in-place detecting members (50) for detecting whether the left panel (93) and the right panel (94) are mounted to the left and right ends of the central processing unit (91) and the phenomenon unit (92).
