Abstract
循环风紫外线消毒器由紫外灯管和罩体组成，特
征是：罩体采用屏蔽式壳体，将紫外灯管安装在屏蔽
式壳体内，壳体的一端为进风端，另一端设置出风口，
盖一挡光帽，在壳体的上或下端设置风机。本消毒器
的工作过程是：在风机运行时，室内空气从壳体进风
端吸入，经风机到达壳体，经紫外灯消毒后，由壳体上
端挡光帽下边缘排到室内，如此循环，强制使室内空
气不断地得到消毒，工作人员无需离开室内或做任何
防护，即可达到空气消毒目的。
Description
本实用新型属于空气消毒装置。
紫外线是一种低能量的电磁辐射，当波长为2000～3000A的远紫外波段时，具有较强的杀菌作用，已被人们广泛利用，尤其在医药卫生领域已把它作为物理消毒杀菌的重要手段之一。迄今，应用的方法主要是采用由紫外灯管和罩体构成的紫外线灯直接照射，这种方法虽能满足一般消毒杀菌的要求，但使用中存在着两大弊病：一是直接照射所产生的紫外线对人和有用微生物有伤害，因此使用时人必须离开现场；再是进入现场前虽经紫外灯长时间照射，空气中细菌浓度降到很低水平，但人员进入后，操作时间一长，难以维持室内低水平细菌浓度，将继续造成污染。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种循环风紫外线消毒器，在其工作过程中，室内操作人员无需回避或做任何防护，而且可使室内的细菌浓度一直维持在很低的水平上，对人无伤害。
本实用新型的循环风紫外线消毒器，由紫外灯管和罩体组成，其特征在于：罩体采用屏蔽式的壳体，屏蔽式壳体采用有反光性能的不锈钢、铜、铝材，作成圆筒形或矩形；壳体的一端为进风端，另一端设置出风口，在壳体的一端放置一风机；
紫外灯管为无臭氧紫外灯，固定安装在屏蔽式壳体内壁，视风量大小和灭菌对象选用二只、三只、或四只；
屏蔽式壳体的进风端由进风箱体和挡光进风口构成，在进风箱体的两侧、三侧或四侧设置挡光进风口，进风口可用百叶窗或黑尼龙网作透气口；
屏蔽式壳体的上端为出风口，盖一里面为黑色的铝合金或镀锌板材制作的挡光帽，挡光帽下口直径大于屏蔽式壳体直径；在屏蔽式壳体外侧，挡光帽下口处设有可防止出风和吸风短路的挡风圈；
风机采用轴流风机或离心式风机，设置在屏蔽式壳体的进风箱体内或上端出风口处；
为使通风效果更好，在屏蔽式壳体顶部设置有三根条状支撑条，以支承挡光帽；
在屏蔽式壳体上可设置电器工作控制面板，以指示工作状态，为使用方便，在进风箱体下部设置带滑轮的底座。
风机放置在屏蔽式壳体上部时，进风端由挡光板、支撑条和挡光进风口组成，挡光进风口用双层黑色挡光网安装在屏蔽式壳体内壁上，支撑条为条状，风机、挡光板内表面均为黑色，该消毒器可吊挂在支架上、墙上或天栅上，水平放置最好。
循环风紫外线消毒器的工作过程是：在风机运行时，室内空气从壳体下端挡光进风口吸入进风箱体，经风机到达壳体，空气经紫外线灯消毒后，由壳体上端挡光帽下边缘排到室内，如此循环，使室内空气不断地得到消毒。壳体内表面的反光性能有利于提高灭菌效果，挡风圈是为了防止出风和吸风短路，扩大出风作用范围。
循环风紫外线消毒器由于采用屏蔽式壳体，能有效地屏蔽紫外线，采用的无臭氧紫外灯，不产生危害人体的臭氧；设置的风机，可强制循环室内空气，进行消毒，所以，消毒效果很快波及全室；上端设置的挡光帽，阻挡光线外泄，挡光帽的直径大于壳体的直径，使经过消毒的空气流到室内。这样，在消毒净化空气的过程中，操作人员无需离开工作室，提高了工作效率，且本消毒器结构紧凑，操作使用方便。
本实用新型的循环风紫外线消毒器可用于室内空气消毒杀菌，由于无紫外线泄漏及臭氧发生，特别适用于药厂、生物试验室的无菌操作室、医院的病房、传染病房、烧伤病房、手术室及换药室等，也适用于门诊室、托儿所、游艺室、会议室、舞厅、录像室等人员密集又有一定细菌浓度控制要求的场所。
以下结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型的循环风紫外线消毒器作进一步描述。

一种竖置的循环风紫外线消毒器，由紫外线灯和罩体组成，罩体为屏蔽式圆形壳体，紫外线灯6为三只无臭氧紫外线灯安装在屏蔽式圆形壳体5内，壳体5的下端设置进风箱体2，上端为出风口，设置一挡光帽8，风机4为轴流风机，设置在壳体与进风箱体相接处；
屏蔽式圆形壳体采用不透光的不锈钢材制作，在进风箱体2的两侧设置挡光进风口3，进风口3做成百叶窗形，在壳体顶部固定有支撑条9，上盖挡光帽8，挡光帽的下口直径大于壳体直径，挡光帽的材料采用里面为黑色的铝合金板材；在壳体的外侧设有挡风圈7，在壳体上可设置电器工作控制面板，以指示工作状态，在进风箱体下部设置带滑轮的底座1。
可横置的循环风紫外线消毒器，其风机4采用离心式风机，放置在屏蔽式壳体上端，壳体下端的进风端由挡光板10、支撑条9和挡光进风口3组成，挡光进风口为双层黑色挡光网，安装在壳体内壁上，支撑条为条状，风机、挡光板内表面均为黑色。
Claims (7)
1、一种循环风紫外线消毒器，由紫外灯管和罩体组成，其特征在于：罩体为屏蔽式壳体，屏蔽式壳体采用有反光性能的不锈钢材制作成圆筒形；壳体的一端为进风端，另一端设置出风口，在壳体的一端放置一风机；
紫外灯管为无臭氧紫外灯，将三只紫外灯固定安装在屏蔽式壳体的内壁；
屏蔽式壳体的进风端由进风箱体和挡光进风口构成，在进风箱体的两侧设置挡光进风口，进风口用百叶窗作透气口；
屏蔽式壳体的上端为出风口，盖一里面为黑色的铝合金制作的挡光帽，挡光帽下口直径大于壳体直径；在屏蔽式壳体外侧，挡光帽下口处设有可防止出风和吸风短路的挡风圈；
风机为轴流风机，设置在壳体与进风箱体相接处。
2、如权利要求1所述的循环风紫外线消毒器，其特征在于：所述的紫外灯可选用二只或四只。
3、如权利要求1所述的循环风紫外线消毒器，其特征在于：所述的屏蔽式壳体可用不透光的铜、铝材制作成矩形壳体。
4、如权利要求1所述的循环风紫外线消毒器，其特征在于：所述的进风箱体的挡光进风口可开在三侧或四侧，挡光进风口可用黑尼龙网布作透气口。
5、如权利要求1所述的循环风紫外线消毒器，其特征在于：所述的风机可选用离心式风机，放置在屏蔽式壳体上部，风机内表面涂成黑色。
6、如权利要求1所述的循环风紫外线消毒器，其特征在于：在壳体的上端设有三根条状支承挡光帽的支撑条。
7、如权利要求1所述的循环风紫外线消毒器，其特征在于：在进风箱体的下部设置带滑轮的底座。
