The single side folded at the lower edge of the screen frame is not flat, so that a worker inputs an instruction to the control panel 7, and the controller controls the movable hydraulic cylinders 4-5 to work through the hydraulic station system 8, so that the upper rollers 4-10 and the lower rollers 4-11 are fed to the positions right above and below the single side. And then the lower roller hydraulic cylinder 4-6 and the upper roller hydraulic cylinder 4-7 work to clamp the lower roller 4-11 and the upper roller 4-10 together to form a single side, and the leveling operation is carried out on the lower roller and the upper roller.
When the screen frame is folded at two sides, the process is similar to that of folding at one side. Before work, instructions need to be input through the control panel 7, the controller controls the two double-side spinning hydraulic cylinders 5-12 arranged on the hydraulic cylinder frames 5-11 to work through the hydraulic station system 8, so that the double-side spinning heads 5-6 are fed to the inner side of the edge of the disc clamp 2, and the double-side spinning positioning heads 5-10 are fed to the outer side of the edge of the disc clamp 2. In the process, the bilateral spinning hydraulic cylinders 5-12 arranged at the upper parts of the hydraulic cylinder frames 5-11 work to enable the bilateral spinning positioning heads 5-10 to be always in contact with the outer wall of the screen frame and to be matched with the bilateral spinning heads 5-6 to enable the lower edge of the screen frame to form bilateral outwards.
