It should be noted that, in the present application, the cross section of the limiting groove 313 and the cross section of the limiting projection 3222 are polygons matched with each other. In this way, the contact area between the two is increased, and it is ensured that the mounting base 31 can provide a sufficient driving force for the second latch mechanism 32, thereby ensuring that the second latch mechanism 32 can rotate together with the second mounting body 2.
As shown in fig. 9, the second latch mechanism 32 further includes a driving pressing member 324, the driving pressing member 324 is pivotally connected to the second end of the guide rod 321, and the driving pressing member 324 has a pressing driving protrusion 3241 which is in contact engagement with the locking member 322. In this way, it is ensured that the retaining protrusions 3222 of the retaining member 322 can be always positioned in the retaining grooves 313 of the mounting base 31, thereby preventing the second latch mechanism 32 from moving relative to the mounting base 31 in the direction of the arc-shaped retaining holes 13.
It should be noted that, in the present application, in order to ensure that the arc-shaped boss 311 can be always located in the arc-shaped limiting hole 13, as shown in fig. 9, the second lock pin assembly 30 further includes a limiting plate 33, and the limiting plate 33 is detachably connected to the arc-shaped boss 311 through a fastener 34. In this way, the connection reliability of the mounting base 31 and the lock body 10 is ensured, and when the mounting base 31 rotates relative to the lock body 10, the arc-shaped boss 311 of the mounting base 31 is prevented from falling from the arc-shaped limiting hole 13.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the locking member 322 has a through hole structure, and the through hole structure includes a mounting section 3223 and a rotation stopping section 3224, which are communicated with each other, wherein the mounting section 3223 is used for mounting the second return spring 326, and the rotation stopping section 3224 is used for preventing the guide rod 321 from rotating.

Claims (17)

1. A lock mechanism, comprising:
a lock body (10);
a first lock pin assembly (20) for being arranged on a first mounting body (1), the first lock pin assembly (20) having a locked position locked with the lock body (10) and an unlocked position unlocked with the lock body (10);
a second locking pin assembly (30), wherein the second locking pin assembly (30) comprises a mounting base (31) and a second locking pin mechanism (32), wherein the mounting base (31) is used for being fixedly connected with a second mounting body (2), the mounting base (31) is rotatably connected with the lock body (10), the second locking pin mechanism (32) is connected with the mounting base (31), and the second locking pin assembly (30) has a locking position for being locked with the lock body (10) and an adjusting position which is in a free rotation state relative to the lock body (10);
when the first lock pin assembly (20) is in a locking position and the second lock pin assembly (30) is in an adjusting position, the second mounting body (2) drives the second lock pin assembly (30) to rotate relative to the lock body (10) so as to adjust a mounting included angle between the second mounting body (2) and the first mounting body (1).
2. The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first lock pin assembly (20) comprises:
the fixing base (21) is used for being fixedly connected with the first mounting body (1), and an assembling hole (211) is formed in the fixing base (21);
the locking element (22) is adjustably arranged on the fixed base (21) along the axial position of the assembling hole (211), and an avoiding through hole (221) is formed in the locking element (22);
the first lock pin (23) penetrates through the avoiding through hole (221) and the assembling hole (211), and two ends of the first lock pin (23) are respectively a clamping end and a locking end, wherein the clamping end is used for being clamped and matched with the lock body (10), and the locking end is used for being abutted and matched with the locking element (22);
the locking element (22) pushes against the locking end to enable the clamping end to be clamped with the lock body (10), and the first lock pin assembly (20) is switched to the locking position.
3. The lock mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the first locking pin (23) comprises a telescopic rod (231), a snap arm (232) and a stop plate (233), wherein the snap arm (232) is arranged at an end of the telescopic rod (231) close to the lock body (10) to form the snap end, and the stop plate (233) is arranged at an end of the telescopic rod (231) remote from the lock body (10) to form the locking end.
4. The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lock body (10) has a locking hole (11), and the locking arm (232) passes through the locking hole (11) and then rotates with the telescopic rod (231) to lock at the edge of the locking hole (11).

The lock mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the locking arm (232) is detachably disposed on the telescopic rod (231) along a radial direction of the telescopic rod (231), and an arc-shaped limiting groove (12) for stopping and matching with the locking arm (232) is formed on a wall surface of the lock body (10) at the locking hole (11).

The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first lock pin assembly (20) further comprises a first return spring (24), the first return spring (24) being fitted over the telescopic rod (231) and abutting the locking element (22) and the stop plate (233) to provide a return force for the first lock pin (23) to move towards the side away from the lock body (10).

The lock mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the locking element (22) comprises a mounting cylinder (222), an externally threaded stub (223) and an operating lever (224), wherein the externally threaded stub (223) is arranged at one axial end of the mounting cylinder (222), the externally threaded stub (223) is adapted to cooperate with a threaded structure (2111) in the mounting hole (211), and the operating lever (224) is connected with an outer wall surface of the mounting cylinder (222).

The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein an arc-shaped limiting hole (13) is formed in the lock body (10), an arc-shaped boss (311) extending into the arc-shaped limiting hole (13) is protrudingly provided on the mounting base (31), and when the second lock pin assembly (30) is in the adjustment position, the second lock pin assembly (30) rotates with the second mounting body (2) relative to the lock body (10) along the direction of the arc-shaped limiting hole (13).

The lock mechanism according to claim 8, wherein the lock body (10) is covered and installed on the outer side of the installation base (31), wherein an arc-shaped avoiding hole (14) is further formed in the lock body (10), the second locking pin mechanism (32) comprises a guide rod (321) and a locking member (322), the first end of the guide rod (321) is connected with the installation base (31) and penetrates through the arc-shaped avoiding hole (14) to be arranged, the locking member (322) is slidably sleeved on the guide rod (321) and is in abutting press fit with the outer wall surface of the lock body (10) deviating from the arc-shaped avoiding hole (14) on one side of the installation base (31), so that the second locking pin assembly (30) is locked with the lock body (10).

The lock mechanism according to claim 9, wherein the mounting base (31) is provided with a through hole (312) opposite to the arc-shaped avoiding hole (14), and the second latch mechanism (32) further comprises a connecting pin (323), wherein the connecting pin (323) is connected with the guide rod (321) and is in stop fit with the mounting base (31) at the position of the through hole (312).

The lock mechanism according to claim 10, wherein a limiting groove (313) is formed in a surface of the mounting base (31) opposite to the arc avoiding hole (14), the via hole (312) is formed in a groove bottom surface of the limiting groove (313), the locking member (322) comprises a pressing plate (3221) and a limiting boss (3222), the pressing plate (3221) has a pressing surface (100) in pressing fit with the lock body (10), and the limiting boss (3222) is arranged on the pressing surface (100) and penetrates through the arc avoiding hole (14) and then extends into the limiting groove (313).
12. The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 11, wherein the cross-section of the retaining groove (313) and the cross-section of the retaining protrusion (3222) are adapted polygons.

The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the second detent mechanism (32) further comprises an actuation pressure piece (324), the actuation pressure piece (324) being pivotally connected to the second end of the guide rod (321), the actuation pressure piece (324) having a press-against actuation boss (3241) for contact engagement with the locking member (322).

The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 13, wherein the second end of the guide rod (321) has a first pivot hole (3211), the driving pressing piece (324) has a second pivot hole (3242), and the second latch mechanism (32) further comprises a pivot shaft (325), the pivot shaft (325) is sequentially disposed through the first pivot hole (3211) and the second pivot hole (3242) to connect the guide rod (321) and the driving pressing piece (324).

The lock mechanism according to claim 13, wherein the second detent mechanism (32) further comprises a second return spring (326), the second return spring (326) being disposed between the driven pressing piece (324) and the lock member (322) to provide the lock member (322) with a resilient force moving toward the side of the mounting base (31).
16. The lock mechanism as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second lock pin assembly (30) further comprises a retainer plate (33), the retainer plate (33) being removably connected to the arcuate boss (311) by a fastener (34).
