Abstract
The application provides a broke processing system for producing linerboards, the system comprising a plurality of broke pulpers, a broke tower for storing a plurality of broke pulpers' stock, a plurality of trays for washing and concentrating the stock of the broke tower. The broke treatment system of the invention utilizes the characteristics of less chemicals used in the production of the cardboard paper, less impurities in the produced broke and low requirements on screening and purifying equipment after pulping, and shortens the process of recycling the broke for papermaking. The use of the pulp tower is reduced, and the field layout is optimized; the retention time of the damaged paper pulp in the system is reduced, the possibility of fiber degradation in the flowing process is greatly reduced, the equipment operation load of a pulping workshop is reduced, and the effects of saving power consumption, water consumption and pulping chemical consumption are achieved; the invention reduces the chance of the broken paper pulp passing through the purifying and screening device, is beneficial to the retention of the fine fiber in the pulp, and further improves the utilization rate of the broken paper fiber.

Technical Field

As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a broke handling system for producing linerboards, said system comprising a plurality of broke pulpers, a broke tower 1 for storing pulp of a plurality of said broke pulpers, and a plurality of trays 2 for washing and concentrating the pulp of the broke tower 1. The broke pulpers are respectively a rewinding broke pulper 6, surface glue, a curling broke pulper 7, a couch roll and a squeezing broke pulper 8. The broke tower 1 is internally provided with a stirring device for stirring. And the connecting pipelines of the broke pulper and the multiple discs 2 are respectively provided with a conveying pump for conveying the pulp in the broke pulper to the broke tower 1.
In the existing waste paper pulping line, a pulping discharge pond is positioned behind a pulper, and the pulp concentration is 2.5-4.2%; the pulp in the front pond of the grading screen comes from a first-stage coarse screen, and the pulp concentration is 2-2.6%. In this application, the pulp in the broke tower 1 is not returned to the pulp chest of the pulping workshop, but is sent to an additionally arranged multi-disc 2, and after the pulp is washed and concentrated by the multi-disc 2 pulp washer, the pulp is pumped to the mixed pulp chest 3 for pulp preparation.
A first dilution water adding part 9 for adding dilution water is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the broke tower 1 and the multi-disc 2. A second dilution water adding part 10 for adding dilution water is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the multiple disks 2 and the mixed slurry tank 3. The broke tower 1 has a pulp concentration of 2.5-4.2% and is diluted by adding dilution water at a first dilution water addition point 9 before entering the multi-tray 2. When the multi-disc 2 works, the pulp inlet concentration is about 1 percent, and the pulp outlet concentration is about 10 percent. The slurry concentration in the mixed slurry tank 3 is required to be about 4%, the slurry concentration from the multi-tray 2 is high, and the slurry is diluted by the dilution water added in the second dilution water.
The system also comprises a flow system 4 arranged behind the mixed pulp tank 3, and the pulp treated by the flow system 4 enters a paper machine workshop 5. The flow conveying system 4 comprises a pulp tank, a slag separator, a pulp flushing tank and a pressure screen.

3. The system of claim 1, further comprising a blend chest disposed behind said plurality of pans for dispensing slurry.
4. The system of claim 3, further comprising a flow system disposed after said mixing chest, said flow system directing processed stock to a paper machine room.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the flow system comprises a slurry tank, a deslagger, a surge tank, and a pressure screen.
6. The system according to claim 3, characterized in that the broke tower and the multi-tray connecting pipes are provided with a first dilution water addition point for adding dilution water.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein a second dilution water addition point for adding dilution water is provided on the connecting pipe between the multiple disks and the mixed slurry tank.
8. The system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the broke tower is provided with a stirring device for stirring.
9. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the broke pulper and the connecting pipes of the discs are each provided with a transfer pump for transferring pulp in the broke pulper to the broke tower.
