6. The bathing article of claim 1 wherein said safety member is larger than the size of said child's toy or ornament in at least one dimension.

7. The bathing article of any one of claims 1-6 wherein said child's toy or ornament is movably disposed within said interior space.

8. The bathing article of claim 7 wherein said child toy or charm is spaced from the interior walls of said interior space such that upon rocking said article, said child toy or charm collides with the interior walls of said interior space and produces a sound.
