1. A top surface polishing apparatus, comprising:
the polishing assembly (100) is provided with a sand belt for polishing, a driving wheel (110) for driving the sand belt to move and enabling the sand belt to be abutted against a product, a driven wheel (120) for tensioning the sand belt, and a first motor (130) for driving the driving wheel (110) to rotate;
a first bracket (200) provided at the bottom of the polishing assembly (100) for mounting the polishing assembly (100);
the second bracket (300) is arranged on one side of the first bracket (200) in the horizontal direction and is hinged with the first bracket (200);
the first power part (320) is arranged at the bottom of the first support (200), is connected with one side, away from the second support (300), of the first support (200), and is used for driving the first support (200) to rotate and lift.

The top surface polishing device according to claim 1, further comprising a translation assembly (210), wherein the translation assembly (210) is used for driving the polishing assembly (100) to perform reciprocating translation, the translation assembly (210) comprises a mounting frame (211) for mounting the polishing assembly (100), and a second motor (212) for driving the mounting frame (211) to perform translation, the bottom of the mounting frame (211) is slidably connected with the top of the first bracket (200), and the second motor (212) is arranged at the bottom of the first bracket (200).

A top surface polishing device according to claim 2, characterized in that a support frame (140) is mounted on the top of said mounting frame (211), said support frame (140) is L-shaped, said support frame (140) has a vertical portion (141) and a horizontal portion (142) at the bottom of said vertical portion (141), said vertical portion (141) is provided with a sanding belt, said driving wheel (110) and said driven wheel (120), the bottom of said horizontal portion (142) is fixed to said mounting frame (211), and the top of said horizontal portion (142) is provided with said first motor (130).

A top surface polishing device according to claim 5, characterized in that said driving wheel (110) is provided at the bottom of said vertical portion (141), said driven wheel (120) is provided at the top of said vertical portion (141), a first suspension arm (143) is provided at one side of said vertical portion (141) in the horizontal direction, and an auxiliary wheel (144) for supporting a sanding belt is provided at the end of said first suspension arm (143).

The top surface polishing device according to claim 5, wherein said horizontal portion (142) accommodates a driving shaft (150), one end of said driving shaft (150) is mounted on said driving wheel (110), and the other end of said driving shaft (150) is connected to said first motor (130) for transmission.
8. A top surface polishing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a second arm (310) is provided on one side of said second frame (300) in the horizontal direction, and said first power member (320) is provided at the tip of said second arm (310).

The top surface polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a traverse assembly (420), an upright (400), and a lifting assembly (410), wherein the traverse assembly (420) is disposed at the bottom of the upright (400), the lifting assembly (410) is disposed on the upright (400), and the lifting assembly (410) is used for driving the second bracket (300) to lift.

The top surface polishing device according to claim 1 or 9, further comprising a longitudinal moving assembly (500), wherein a tooling table (510) is arranged on the top of the longitudinal moving assembly (500), the tooling table (510) is provided with a clamp (520) for fixing the polished product, and a third motor (530) for driving the clamp (520) to rotate horizontally.
