The outside gas passes through the drying heating area and the dehydration drying area from bottom to top in proper order from the air inlet of barrel 2, and in the dehydration drying area, the moisture that the drier 5 absorbed gas carried, through during dry gas continues to rise to filter assembly 3, filter assembly 3 intercepts the solid pollution granule in the gas and filters, and last gas from top to bottom passes through hollow tube 1 and sealing equipment circulation gas port and enters into inside the sealing equipment. Preferably, the fan heater 4 is powered by an external direct current small-voltage power supply, the heating power is adjustable, and the heating temperature of the fan heater 4 can be selected to be 100-150 ℃. Specifically, the fan heater 4 is generally composed of a heat radiating plate, an electric heater, and a fan. The heat dissipation plate and the fan are made of metal materials, and the rated rotating speed of the fan is 1250 r/min. Optionally, the power supply parameters of the fan heater 4 are a rated voltage 24VDC and a rated current 2.5A, and the power supply interface is a plug-in interface. Preferably, the hollow tube 1 and the cylinder 2 are coaxially arranged, and the cylinder 2 is of a hollow cylindrical structure. Under this structure, the central symmetry about hollow tube 1 is all regarded as to every radial cross section in dehydration drying district, guarantees the even arrangement of drier 5 to guarantee the even dehydration to gas, and improved air cleaner's outward appearance aesthetic property.
Further preferably, the number of the fan heaters 4 is multiple, and the multiple fan heaters 4 are uniformly distributed in the drying heating area by taking the axis of the drum 2 as a central line, so that the fan heaters 4 can sufficiently and uniformly heat and dry the drying agent 5 in the dehydration drying area, and the drying efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, a first separation net 7 is arranged between the filtering component 3 and the dehydration drying zone, and a second separation net 8 is arranged between the dehydration drying zone and the drying heating zone. The first separation net 7 and the second separation net 8 can realize physical separation and partition of the drying heating area, the dehydration drying area and the filtering component 3, and do not influence the circulation of gas. Preferably, in this embodiment, the first isolation net 7 and the second isolation net 8 are both made of stainless steel wire mesh, wherein a plurality of vent holes are arranged on the stainless steel wire mesh, and the density of the vent holes is designed based on the standard of both physical isolation and smooth ventilation. The stainless steel wire mesh has the advantages of rust resistance and heat resistance.
Further, the air cleaner further comprises a one-way water-stop film. The one-way water-stop film is a mature technology in the prior art and is a special film which enables liquid to flow from one direction to the other direction only and cannot flow backwards in the opposite direction. The unidirectional water-stop film in this embodiment has two setting modes: the first method comprises the following steps: the first separation net 7 and the second separation net 8 are both provided with one-way water-stop films, gas firstly passes through the one-way water-stop films on the second separation net 8, the one-way water-stop films can prevent moisture in the gas from entering a dehydration drying area, the service life of the drying agent 5 is prolonged, and after the gas flows through the dehydration drying area, if a small amount of moisture exists in the gas, the one-way water-stop films on the first separation net 7 can play a role of secondary water stop; and the second method comprises the following steps: only the second separation net 8 is provided with the one-way water-stop film, and only one layer of the one-way water-stop film is arranged, so that moisture in the gas can be prevented from entering the dehydration drying area to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the cost for arranging the one-way water-stop film is reduced.
Specifically, the filter assembly 3 includes a filter screen 31 and a housing 32. Wherein, the shell 32 is detachably connected to the cylinder 2, and the filter screen 31 is filled in the inner cavity of the shell 32. The filter screen 31 in the filter component 3 can be independently replaced in a detachable connection mode, and replacement cost is reduced. Preferably, in this embodiment, the housing 32 is screwed to the barrel 2. Specifically, at the joint of the housing 32 and the barrel 2, an inner thread is provided on the inner wall of the housing 32, and an outer thread is correspondingly provided on the outer wall of the barrel 2. Preferably, the thread gauge of the housing 32 mating with the barrel 2 is G1 threads. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the filter screen 31 is made of a filter material with a filtering precision of 3 μm and has flame retardant and high temperature resistant properties.
Preferably, the material of the filter screen 31 is a glass fiber material. The glass fiber material has the advantages of strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust holding capacity.
Optionally, the top end of the filter assembly 3 is provided with a vent assembly 6, the vent assembly 6 being configured to: when the fan heater 4 works, the exhaust assembly 6 is opened to communicate the inside of the filter assembly 3 with the outside atmosphere; when the fan heater 4 is not operating, the exhaust assembly 6 is closed to prevent the interior of the filter assembly 3 from communicating with the outside atmosphere. Specifically, when the fan heater 4 works, the exhaust assembly 6 is communicated with the inner cavity and the outside atmosphere, so that evaporated steam can be smoothly exhausted from the exhaust assembly 6 at the top of the shell 32; when the fan heater 4 is out of work, the exhaust assembly 6 isolates the inner cavity and the outside atmosphere, and after the gas entering from the bottom of the barrel 2 is dried and filtered, the gas enters the sealing equipment from the hollow pipe 1, and does not overflow from the exhaust assembly 6.
Specifically, the exhaust assembly 6 includes an exhaust port 62 provided on the top end of the filter assembly 3 and an exhaust cap 61 capable of closing or opening the exhaust port 62, the exhaust cap 61 being rotatably coupled to the exhaust port 62. In another embodiment, the vent cap 61 may be an air plug, which is inserted into the vent opening 62 in an interference fit manner. Wherein, at the junction of exhaust port 62 and exhaust cap 61, exhaust cap 61 is provided with the external screw thread, and exhaust port 62 department is provided with the internal screw thread correspondingly. An O-ring is provided at the junction of the exhaust port 62 and the exhaust cap 61 to enhance the sealing performance of the exhaust cap 61. Preferably, in this embodiment, the exhaust cap 61 is a nut made of a high-temperature-resistant non-metal material, the O-ring is made of a nitrile rubber material, and the thread specification of the exhaust cap 61 and the exhaust port 62 is G1 thread. If the pressure difference between the sealing equipment and the outside atmosphere is overlarge, the pressure difference between the inside of the sealing equipment and the outside atmosphere can be balanced by opening the exhaust cap 61, and the use safety of the air filter and the sealing equipment is ensured. When the internal or external environment of the sealing device is wet, the worker can open the exhaust cap 61, connect the fan heater 4 with the power supply, heat and dehydrate the desiccant 5, and quickly exhaust the generated water vapor through the exhaust port 62.
Optionally, the cylinder 2 is a transparent cylinder, and the drying agent 5 is a water absorption color-changing drying agent. A worker can visually observe whether the drying agent 5 is saturated or not through the barrel 2 and whether the fan heater 4 needs to be turned on to heat and dehydrate the drying agent 5 or not. Preferably, in this embodiment, the absorbent discoloration drying agent is silica or cobalt chloride. Specifically, the whole drying and heating process of the fan heater 4 is controlled within a half hour, and in order to ensure the safety of the sealing device and the air cleaner, a worker must observe the color change of the drying agent 5 all the time, stop heating as soon as the color changes to the color in the water absorption state, and tighten the exhaust cap 61.
