本实用新型提供一种剪刀件与按键结构。剪刀件用于按键结构,包括外框与位于所述外框内的内框。剪刀件为一体成形。以外框与内框连接的部分为中心,剪刀件分成中间部分与两侧部分。中间部分的材质的弹性模量小于两侧部分的材质的弹性模量。

技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种剪刀件与按键结构,且特别是有关于一种一体成形的剪刀件与按键结构。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,许多可携式电子装置应运而生,例如笔记本电脑 (notebook)或个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等。用户运用键盘、鼠标等输入设备与此类电子装置沟通。
在键盘的按键结构中。剪刀件是常见的支撑件。剪刀件由两个平板状的组件彼此可旋转地组装而成。但是,多个组件的设计存在制造、保存与组装成本较高的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种剪刀件与按键结构,可改善多个组件的设计存在的问题。
本实用新型的一种剪刀件用于按键结构,包括外框与位于所述外框内的内框。剪刀件为一体成形。以外框与内框连接的部分为中心,剪刀件分成中间部分与两侧部分。中间部分的材质的弹性模量小于两侧部分的材质的弹性模量。
本实用新型的一种按键结构包括薄膜电路板、键帽以及剪刀件。剪刀件设置在薄膜电路板及键帽之间。剪刀件包括外框与位于外框内的内框。剪刀件为一体成形。以外框与内框连接的部分为中心,剪刀件分成中间部分与两侧部分。中间部分的材质的弹性模量小于两侧部分的材质的弹性模量。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,上述的按键结构还包括弹性件,设置在薄膜电路板及键帽之间,且穿过内框。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,上述的按键结构还包括底板。薄膜电路板设置在剪刀件及底板之间。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,上述的按键结构还包括背光模块。薄膜电路板设置在剪刀件及背光模块之间。
基于上述,由于剪刀件为一体成形,所以可降低剪刀件与按键结构的制造、保存与组装成本。并且,因为中间部分的材质的弹性模量小于两侧部分的材质的弹性模量,所以仍然可以满足剪刀件必须可变形的要求。
为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是依照本实用新型的一种按键结构的分解示意图。请参看附图1,本实施例的按键结构100包括薄膜电路板110、键帽120以及剪刀件130。剪刀件130设置在薄膜电路板110及键帽120之间。剪刀件130包括外框132 与位于外框132内的内框134。剪刀件130为一体成形。以外框132与内框 134连接的部分A10为中心,剪刀件130分成中间部分130A与两侧部分130B。中间部分130A的材质的弹性模量(也称杨氏模数,Young's modulus)小于两侧部分130B的材质的弹性模量。
在本实施例中,因为剪刀件130为一体成形,所以不需要像现有技术一样进行内框与外框的组装。如此一来,只需要使用单一模具进行单次的制造工艺就可以制造剪刀件130。而且,也减少了尺寸公差累积的可能性,更节省了组装的工时。
另外,在在本实施例的按键结构100中,因为剪刀件130的中间部分130A 的材质的弹性模量小于两侧部分130B的材质的弹性模量,所以中间部分 130A可以吸收使用者敲击按键结构100时的力量而降低噪音。并且,弹性模量小的中间部分130A也可满足外框132与内框134需要可适度相对转动的要求。
在此,剪刀件130为一体成形的意思也就相当于剪刀件130是形成为单一元件,并非由多个分离的组件所组装而成。举例来说,剪刀件130可由构成中间部分130A与两侧部分130B的至少两种材质进行双料射出工艺而形成。中间部分130A的材质例如是橡胶或其他软性可压缩材质。两侧部分130B 的材质例如是塑胶或其他相对坚硬的材质。另外,在此所说的中间部分130A 是以涵盖外框132与内框134连接的部分A10为主,如此便可通过弹性模量小的中间部分130A而允许外框132与内框134相对转动。除了中间部分130A 之外,剪刀件130都可以是前述的两侧部分130B。两侧部分130B可全由相同材质形成,但两侧部分130B也可由多种不同的材质形成,只要这些材质的弹性模量大于中间部分130A的材质的弹性模量。
在本实施例中,按键结构100还可包括弹性件140、底板150与背光模块160中的一个或多个。弹性件140设置在薄膜电路板110及键帽120之间,且穿过内框134。薄膜电路板110设置在剪刀件130及底板150之间。薄膜电路板也设置在剪刀件130及背光模块160之间。弹性件140用于在使用者敲击按键结构100后将键帽120推回原位。底板150用于支撑整个按键结构 100。背光模块160可提供光线,以便使用者在昏暗的环境中也能看清楚每个按键结构所代表的字符。
综上所述,在本实用新型的剪刀件与按键结构中,一体成形的剪刀件减少制造与组装工序,也可降低制造、保存与组装的成本。并且,中间部分的材质的弹性模量小于两侧部分的材质的弹性模量,所以剪刀件依旧具有可变形的特性。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种剪刀件,用于按键结构,包括外框与位于所述外框内的内框,其特征在于,所述剪刀件为一体成形,以所述外框与所述内框连接的部分为中心,所述剪刀件分成中间部分与两侧部分,所述中间部分的材质的弹性模量小于所述两侧部分的材质的弹性模量。
2.一种按键结构,包括:
薄膜电路板;
键帽;以及
剪刀件,设置在所述薄膜电路板及所述键帽之间,且包括外框与位于所述外框内的内框,所述按键结构的特征在于,
所述剪刀件其特征在于,所述剪刀件为一体成形,以所述外框与所述内框连接的部分为中心,所述剪刀件分成中间部分与两侧部分,所述中间部分的材质的弹性模量小于所述两侧部分的材质的弹性模量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,还包括弹性件,设置在所述薄膜电路板及所述键帽之间,且穿过所述内框。
4.根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,还包括底板,其中所述薄膜电路板设置在所述剪刀件及所述底板之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,还包括背光模块,其中所述薄膜电路板设置在所述剪刀件及所述背光模块之间。
