The hanging neck fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blowing assembly comprises a blowing portion and a wind guiding portion, a receiving cavity is formed in an end portion of the bracket, an air inlet is formed in the bracket corresponding to the receiving cavity, the blowing portion is disposed in the receiving cavity or the wind guiding portion, the wind guiding portion is connected to the end portion of the bracket through the universal connecting mechanism, a flow guiding channel is formed in the wind guiding portion, an air outlet communicated with the flow guiding channel is formed in the wind guiding portion, a through hole is formed in the universal connecting mechanism, and the through hole is communicated with the receiving cavity and the flow guiding channel.

The hanging neck fan as claimed in claim 5, wherein the universal connection mechanism is a universal ball, the air guiding portion is provided with a connection portion, the universal ball is disposed on one of the end portion of the bracket and the connection portion, the other of the end portion of the bracket and the connection portion is provided with a shaft sleeve for fitting with the universal ball, the through hole penetrates through the universal ball, a joint is disposed between the end portion of the bracket and the air guiding portion, the joint is sleeved outside the connection portion, and the joint is flexible to compress, extend or twist along with rotation of the air guiding portion.

The muffler fan as defined in any one of claims 2-4, wherein the fan includes a grill member for protecting the fan blades, the grill member includes a plurality of grill bars, each of the grill bars has one end connected to the inner wall of the ring member and the other end connected to a motor of the fan, the motor is electrically connected to the circuit board, at least one of the grill bars has a wire guiding structure therein, and the ring member, the connecting portion and the universal connecting mechanism are respectively provided with a through hole, such that the wire is led out of the motor through the wire guiding structure and respectively passes through the through holes of the ring member, the connecting portion and the universal connecting mechanism into the bracket to be connected to the circuit board.
8. The hanging neck fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bracket has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the two blowing assemblies are disposed on the bracket through the universal connection mechanism.
9. The hanging neck fan as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 8, further comprising a switch and a display lamp, both of which are electrically connected to the circuit board.
10. The hanging neck fan as claimed in claim 9, wherein the USB interface, the switch and the display lamp are disposed on the bracket.
