6) the plate after the cutting is completed is moved to the transfer opening, the second transmission roller is attached to the lower portion of the plate, the second electric push rod pushes the third transmission roller to be arranged on the plate in a rolling mode, meanwhile, the upper clamping assembly and the lower clamping assembly are loosened, and the fourth motor and the fifth motor are started simultaneously, so that the plate can pass through the transfer opening to be moved out.

1. An automatic discharging plate cutting machine for furniture processing is characterized by comprising a conveying mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a transferring mechanism;
the cutting mechanism comprises a vertical cutting assembly and a horizontal cutting assembly, the plate is placed in the discharging mechanism, the conveying mechanism is used for clamping the plate which is moved out of the discharging mechanism, and the plate is moved out through the transfer mechanism after being cut by the vertical cutting assembly and the horizontal cutting assembly in sequence.

the left side wall and the right side wall of the first channel and the partition plates are correspondingly provided with a plurality of groups of slots with openings at the bottoms, each group of slots can be internally provided with a supporting strip which can move up and down, the supporting strip penetrates through the first storage cavity and the second storage cavity, the left end and the right end of the supporting strip are respectively fixedly provided with a first supporting plate which vertically faces downwards, and the two first supporting plates are both positioned on the outer side of the first fixed platform;
the bottom of the first supporting plate is horizontally provided with at least one first positioning plate towards one side of the first fixing platform, the first positioning plate is provided with an internal threaded hole, a first lead screw is rotatably arranged below the first fixing platform, the first lead screw is vertically arranged and penetrates through the internal threaded hole in the first positioning plate in a threaded fit manner, the first lead screw is connected with an output shaft of a first motor fixed below the first fixing platform, and the first motor drives the first lead screw to rotate, so that the first supporting plate can move up and down in the first channel;
at least one first guide rail is vertically arranged on one side, facing the first fixed platform, of the first supporting plate, a first sliding block is arranged on the side wall of the first fixed platform and corresponds to the first guide rail, and the first sliding block is movably fixed in the first guide rail;
the top of the first storage cavity is provided with a first plate outlet opening, the first plate outlet opening is positioned on the rear side wall of the first storage cavity, the top of the second storage cavity is provided with a second plate outlet opening, and the second plate outlet opening is positioned on the front side wall of the second storage cavity;
and the first fixed platform is provided with two groups of push plate mechanisms which are respectively used for pushing out the plates in the first storage cavity and the second storage cavity.

the second motor drives the first driving rollers of the two groups of push plate mechanisms to rotate, so that the plate is pushed out along the length direction of the plate.
