In the use of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 7, the user first drives the pull hook 82 to push the top cover 20 upwards by operating the control device 90 and further separates the hook 821 from the buckle 216 to completely open the top cover 20, and places the tea leaves into the filter tank 13 and the tea brewing groove 11, or directly places a tea bag (not shown in the drawings) in the tea brewing groove 11 without using the filter tank 13, turns the top cover 20 downwards until the cover seat 213 abuts against the hook 821, then operates the control device 90 to drive the buckle 216 of the cover seat 213 to move the top cover 20 towards the top surface of the housing 10 until the top cover is tightly closed by using the hook 821 of the pull hook 82, sets the water injection temperature (tea brewing temperature) and the soaking time (tea brewing time) by the control device 90 according to the characteristics of the tea leaves, after the control device 90 is started, drives the water delivery device 50 to pump the water in the water storage part 40 to the heating device 60 and heat the water to the predetermined temperature, then the water is delivered to the tea making tank 11 and is discharged from a nozzle (not shown in the drawing) at the bottom of the tea making tank 11 until the liquid level is high enough to cover the tea, after waiting for a preset time, the control device 90 is operated to open the outlet valve assembly 32 to allow the tea soup in the tea making tank 11 to flow out to the tea cup for drinking through the guide hole 311 and the flow channel 312 of the water guide member 31, the automatic tea making process can accurately control the tea making temperature and time, so as to achieve the effect of consistent tea soup taste for each drinking, the tea making method that the pipe orifice is positioned at the bottom of the tea making groove 11 and can simulate the suspended pot high-boiling tea making method is adopted to flush the tea accumulated at the bottom 11 of the tea making groove to disperse and float in the upward direction, under the agitation of water, the tea leaves are separated from each other, the surface of each tea leaf is fully soaked with the water, the uniform release of the antioxidant of the tea leaves is improved, and the concentrations of the tea soup at the upper layer and the lower layer are consistent; the cover body 21 is made of high-temperature resistant transparent glass consisting of the outer cover 211 and the inner cover 212, so that a user can clearly see the color and the soaking state of the tea soup, and the double-layer cover body 21 can achieve the heat preservation effect and prolong the heat preservation time of the tea soup; the opening and closing device 80 can ensure that the cover body 21 is tightly attached to the top surface of the casing 10 to prevent the high-temperature tea soup from overflowing to cause danger when the tea making tank 11 has high-temperature tea soup.

1. A tea maker, comprising:
a casing, which is provided with a containing space inside, the top surface of the casing is concavely provided with a tea making groove, one side surface of the casing is provided with a containing opening, and the containing opening is communicated with the containing space;
a top cover, including a cover body and an exhaust part, the cover body has an inner space and covers the top surface of the casing, the exhaust part is arranged through the cover body, the exhaust part is communicated with the inner space of the cover body;
a water outlet part arranged at the top end of the casing, wherein the water outlet part comprises a water guide piece and a water outlet valve component, one end of the water guide piece is connected with the tea making groove and is provided with a guide hole in a penetrating way to be communicated with the tea making groove, the other end of the water guide piece is a flow channel and extends towards the external direction, and the water outlet valve component can be selectively communicated with the tea making groove and the guide hole;
a water storage part which is positioned in the containing space and comprises a water tank and a tank seat, wherein the water tank is detachably arranged on the tank seat, and the tank seat is pivoted on the machine shell and can selectively open or close the containing opening;
a water delivery device arranged in the shell;
a heating device arranged in the shell;
a pipeline component which is connected with the bottom of the tea making tank, the heating device, the water delivery device and the water storage part;
an opening and closing device which is arranged on the shell and can selectively open or close the top cover;
and the control device is arranged on the shell and is electrically connected with the water delivery device, the heating device, the water outlet part and the opening and closing device, and the control device adjusts and controls the opening and closing of the water delivery device, the heating device, the water outlet part and the opening and closing device.

The tea maker of claim 1, wherein the lid body comprises an outer lid having an interior space and an outer vent hole therethrough, an inner lid having an interior space and an inner vent hole therethrough, the outer lid having an outer diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the outer lid, and a lid seat being a ring-shaped frame body and pivotally mounted on the top end of the housing, the inner lid having an opening periphery mounted on the lid seat, the outer lid having an opening periphery mounted on the lid seat.
3. The tea maker of claim 2, wherein the top surface of the lid base is further recessed circumferentially to define an inner recess and an outer recess, the inner recess being disposed within the outer recess, the inner lid being disposed within the inner recess, and the outer lid being disposed within the outer recess.
4. The tea making machine according to claim 3, wherein the air exhausting portion is a tube having one end disposed at the inner lid at the inner air vent and communicating with the inner space and the other end disposed at the outer lid at the outer air vent and communicating with the outer space.
5. The tea maker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the opening and closing device comprises a driving motor, a pulling hook, a pushing device and a positioning wheel, wherein the driving motor has a driving gear at an output end thereof, the pulling hook is a longitudinally movable elongated plate, one end of the pulling hook has a hook portion, one end of the top cover opposite to the hook portion has a fastening portion, the hook portion is selectively fastened to or separated from the fastening portion, one side of the other end of the top cover is longitudinally provided with a rack and a positioning hole, the rack is engaged with the driving gear, the positioning hole is located above the rack, the pushing device is located on the other side of the pulling hook and abuts against the pulling hook, the positioning wheel is pivotally mounted on the housing and located above the rack, the positioning wheel abuts against the pulling hook, and the positioning hole is selectively sleeved on the positioning wheel.

The tea making machine according to claim 5, wherein the urging device comprises an urging seat, a spring and an urging wheel, the urging seat is a block and is movably disposed in the housing, one end of the spring abuts against the urging seat, the other end abuts against the inner wall surface of the housing, and the urging wheel is pivotally disposed on the other side surface of the urging seat opposite to the spring and abuts against the pull hook.

The tea making machine according to claim 6, wherein a slide rail is convexly disposed in the housing, a sliding groove is concavely disposed on a bottom surface of the pushing seat, the sliding groove is sleeved on the slide rail and can move toward or away from the pull hook along the slide rail, a positioning block is convexly disposed on the other side surface of the pushing seat relative to the pull hook, and the spring is sleeved on the positioning block.
8. The tea maker of claim 7, wherein the housing further comprises a canister having a plurality of perforations formed through a surface thereof and positioned within the tea brewing tank.
9. The tea maker of claim 8, wherein the outlet portion further comprises a filter screen disposed between the tea brewing tank and the outlet valve assembly.
10. The tea maker of claim 9, wherein the lid is a transparent lid, the water delivery device is a pump, and the heating device is an electric heater.
