Description

A mounting element and vehicle for vehicle
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a fitting element for vehicle, it extends along first direction, include: a support, a cover which is rotationally movable relative to the support about an axis of rotation substantially perpendicular to the first direction and translationally movable relative to the support in the first direction, locking means which lock the cover in rotation relative to the support, comprising at least a first latch for locking which is translationally movable in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction between a locked position, which prevents rotation of the cover about the axis of rotation, and an unlocked position, which allows rotation of the cover about the axis of rotation, manoeuvring means which cooperate with the locking means to displace the locking means between the locked position and the unlocked position.
The utility model discloses still relate to a vehicle.
Background
The fitting element is, for example, a vehicle center armrest disposed between a driver seat and a front passenger seat. The translation of the cover in the first direction allows the position of the armrest to be adjusted, for example, according to the user's morphology or the position of the seat and thus contributes to improving the comfort of the user. The rotation of the armrest allows, for example, access to a storage volume located below the armrest, a dashboard located below the armrest, or allows freeing up space in the vehicle cabin and thus improving the overall ergonomics of the vehicle interior.
Traditionally, the translational and rotational movements of the cover are not completely independent. Therefore, for the rotational movement of the language-sequential cover, it is necessary to make the cover translationally displaced in the specific position in the first direction.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present invention aims to overcome this drawback by providing the driver or passenger with a more ergonomic fitting element that allows the rotational movement of the cover to be released independently of its position in the first direction.
To this end, the invention relates to a fitting element for a vehicle, which extends mainly in a first direction, comprising at least: a support member; a cover rotationally movable relative to the support about an axis of rotation substantially perpendicular to the first direction and translationally movable relative to the support in the first direction; a locking device which locks the cover in rotation relative to the support, which comprises at least a first latch for locking, which is translationally movable in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction between a locked position, which prevents the cover from rotating about the axis of rotation, and an unlocked position, which allows the cover to rotate about the axis of rotation; and an operating device cooperating with the locking device to displace the locking device between the locked position and the unlocked position, characterized in that the operating device is fixed to the cover and comprises a push rod extending in the first direction and movable in translation with respect to the cover in a direction substantially parallel to the second direction between a first position when the first latch is in the locked position and a second position when the first latch is in the unlocked position, the push rod having such a dimension in the first direction: the dimension is such that the push rod can displace the first latch in the unlocked position in all positions of the cover in the first direction.
Thus, by a particular configuration of the push rod of the operating device, the push rod is able to displace the locking latch in the second direction in the unlocked position, allowing the rotation of the cover, and this applies regardless of all positions of the cover in the first direction.
According to various embodiments, the fitting element also comprises one or more of the following features, which can be adopted individually or according to all the possible combinations thereof:

the displacement means further comprise a link and a second cam which is rotationally movable relative to the cap about a second cam rotation axis substantially perpendicular to the cap, the first and second cams being coupled to each other by the link;
-the manipulation means rotationally displacing the first cam relative to the cap about a cam rotation axis;
the locking device comprises at least one resetting element for resetting the first locking bolt for locking from the unlocking position towards the locking position;
the cover comprises an upper surface forming a bearing surface for receiving at least a portion of an arm of a driver or passenger of the vehicle, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface, on which the handling device is fixed;
the support comprises a storage volume which can be opened or closed by translation of the cover relative to the support in a first direction and/or rotation of the cover relative to the support about an axis of rotation;
the first bolt for locking comprises a first portion extending in the second direction and a second portion extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first portion and cooperating with the operating device in the unlocked position.
The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising at least one fitting element as described above.
Drawings
Other aspects and advantages of the invention will appear upon reading the following description, given by way of example and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1 and 2 are schematic views of a portion of a mounting element according to the invention, in which the upper surface of the cover is represented; and
fig. 3 and 4 are schematic views of a portion of the mounting element of fig. 1, showing the lower surface of the cover in a first position and a second position of the cover in a first direction.
Detailed Description
In the following description, the term "longitudinal" is defined in the front-rear direction of the vehicle.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a part of a mounting element 10 according to the invention.
The mounting element 10 extends generally in a first direction L1. The first direction L1 is, for example, the main direction of extension of the mounting element 10. The direction L1 is, for example, substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
The fitting element 10 is, for example, an armrest, in particular a vehicle center armrest disposed between a driver seat and a front passenger seat and forming an upper surface of a center console of the vehicle.
As a variant, the fitting element 10 is a shelf, which is provided at the rear of the vehicle, fixed to the rear of the front passenger seat or the driver's seat.
The fitting element 10 comprises a support 12; a cover 14 fixed to the support 12 and rotationally movable with respect to the support 12 about a rotation axis R (fig. 1 and 2) substantially perpendicular to the first direction L1.
The axis of rotation R of the cover 14 is fixed relative to the support 12.
The fitting element 10 is pivoted about the axis of rotation R, for example, in an angular range of between 0 ° and 180 °, preferably between 0 ° and 90 °, with respect to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, cover 14 is also movable in translation relative to support 12 in a first direction L1.
Cover 14 includes an upper surface 16 (fig. 1 and 2) and a lower surface 18 (fig. 3).
The upper surface 16 forms a bearing surface for receiving at least a portion of an arm of a driver or passenger of the vehicle, for example in the case where the fitting element is a centre armrest.
Preferably, the upper surface 16 is covered with a facing layer, such as a leather or other material.
The cover 14 includes, for example, a first rail 20 and a second rail 22, each extending in a direction parallel to the first direction L1. First and second rails 20, 22 guide cap 14 by sliding translation relative to support 12 and ensure gapless linear guidance of cap 14 relative to support 12.
The support 12 for example comprises a storage volume (not shown). As a variant, the support 12 comprises a manoeuvring panel (not shown). Thus, rotation of the cover 14 relative to the support 12 about the rotation axis R allows closing or opening of the storage volume or allows visualizing or masking of the handling panel. The user can thus easily access the storage volume or manipulate the panel.
The fitting element 10 comprises locking means 24 of the rotation of the cover 14 and manoeuvring means 26 cooperating with the locking means 24 to displace the locking means 24 between a locked position preventing the rotation of the cover 14 about the rotation axis R and an unlocked position allowing the rotation of the cover 14 about the rotation axis R.
The rotating locking device 24 comprises at least a first locking bolt 28 for locking. The first latches 28 are translationally movable in a second direction L2 substantially perpendicular to the first direction L1 between a locked position preventing rotation of the cover 14 about the axis of rotation R and an unlocked position allowing rotation of the cover 14 about the axis of rotation R.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-4, the rotating locking device 24 includes a first locking bolt 28 and a second locking bolt 30. The first and second latches 30 are translationally movable relative to the cover 14 in a same second direction L2 that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction L1.
The first and second latches 30 are translationally movable in opposite directions to each other as indicated by the arrows in fig. 3, for example.
The first latch 28 and the second latch 30 are movable between a locked position that prevents the lid cover 14 from rotating about the rotation axis R and an unlocked position that allows the lid cover 14 to rotate about the rotation axis R.
At least the first locking latch 28 comprises a first portion 32 and a second portion 34, the first portion 32 extending in the second direction L2, and the second portion 34 extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first portion 32 and cooperating with the operating device 26 in the unlocked position, as will be described later.
Each of the first 28 and second 30 latches comprises at least one locking means 36 for locking the cover 14 in rotation about the axis R with respect to the support 12.
For example, the locking means 36 extend projecting towards the support 12 and are intended to cooperate with at least one corresponding hole of the support 12. Thus, in the locked position, locking means 36 extend to the inside of the hole and prevent rotational movement of cover 14 relative to support 12 about axis R.
The locking means 36 are for example prongs or pins, preferably made of metal.
Preferably, the first locking bolt 28 and the second locking bolt 30 each comprise two locking means 36. Thus, in the locked position, the resistance to rotation is improved and the risk of unlocking of the rotational movement is reduced unless the handling device 26 is actuated.
Preferably, the support 12 comprises a plurality of holes or pairs of holes, each hole or pair of holes allowing to lock the cover 14 in a plurality of locking positions of the cover 14. Thus, for example, the cover 14 may be locked in its position extending in the longitudinal direction, in its position extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and in one or more intermediate locking positions.
Advantageously, the first 28 and second 30 latches cooperate with each other such that displacement of the first latch 28 in the direction L2 drives the second latch 30 in the same direction in reverse displacement, or vice versa.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, each of the first 28 and second 30 latches includes an associated rack 37 that cooperates with a common gear 39 of the locking device 24. The displacement of the first latch 28 drives the displacement of the gear 39, which displacement of the gear 39 drives the displacement of the second latch 30 by means of the rack 37 of the second latch 30, or vice versa.
Advantageously, the locking device 24 comprises at least one return element, for example a spring, for returning the first 28 and second 30 locking bolts from the unlocking position towards the locking position. Thus, when manipulator 26 is no longer actuated by the user, locking device 24 is displaced toward the locked position and prevents cover 14 from rotating.
The actuating device 26 comprises an actuating means 41, a displacement means 38 and a push rod 40.
The manipulation device 41 may be actuated translationally relative to the cover 14, for example, in a direction substantially parallel to the first direction L1 to displace the push rod 40 translationally relative to the cover 14 in a direction substantially parallel to the second direction L2.
The displacement means 38 comprises at least a first cam 42, which first cam 41 is rotationally movable with respect to the lid 14 about a first cam rotation axis C1 substantially perpendicular to the lid 14.
The first cam 42 is capable of translationally displacing the push rod 40 relative to the lid 14 via the displacement means 38 in a direction substantially parallel to the second direction L2. More specifically, the push rod 40 is translationally movable between a first position when the first latch 28 is in the locked position and a second position where the push rod 40 places the first latch 28 in the unlocked position. In other words, in the first position, the push rod 40 does not interact with the first latch 28.
More specifically, the first cam 42 includes an outer profile that enables translational displacement of the push rod 40 relative to the cap 14. The outer contour includes a first section having a first radius and a second section having a second radius, wherein the second radius is greater than the first radius.
The outer contour thus forms a spiral.
In the first position of the push rod 40, the push rod 40 is in contact with a first section of the outer contour.
In the second position of the push rod 40, the push rod 40 is in contact with the second section of the outer contour.
According to the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the displacement means 38 further comprises a second cam 44 that is rotationally movable relative to the cap 14 about a second cam rotation axis C2 that is substantially perpendicular to the cap 14 and parallel to the first cam rotation axis C1.
The second cam 44 is, for example, structurally identical to the first cam 42.
The second cam 44 is spaced from the first cam 42 in the first direction L1.
The first cam 42 and the second cam 44 are coupled to each other by a link 46. The link 46 extends in a first direction L1.
Thus, displacement of the first cam 42 drives displacement of the second cam 44.
The push rod 40 is generally T-shaped.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the push rod 40 has such a size in the first direction L1 that: the dimensions are such that the push rod 40 is able to displace the first latch 28 in the unlatched position into all positions of the lid 14 in the first direction L1.
The push rod 40 thus comprises a first portion 48 and a second portion 50, the first portion 48 extending in a direction substantially parallel to the first direction L1, and the second portion 50 extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first portion 48.
The first portion 48 has a dimension in the first direction L1 that is greater than a dimension of the first or second track 22, 24. The first portion 48 of the push rod is thus able to cooperate with the locking means 24 irrespective of the position of the cover 14 in the first direction L.
The first portion 48 includes at least one boss pin 50 adapted to cooperate with the first cam 42.
According to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first portion 48 comprises a second cam pin 52 adapted to cooperate with the second cam 44 of the handling device 26.
The second portion 50 of the push rod 40 extends between the retaining means 53 of the cover 14, which retaining means 53 ensure translational guiding of the push rod 40 in a direction substantially parallel to the second direction L2.
A second portion 50 of the push rod 40 extends between the first boss pin 50 and a second boss pin 52.
The operation of the present invention will now be described.
The user translationally displaces the lid cover 14 in the first direction L1 according to his convenience. The cover 14 thus slides relative to the support 12 along the first and second guide rails 20, 22.
Regardless of the position of the cover 14 in the first direction L1, the user may unlock the locking device for rotation of the cover 14. Thus, the user actuates the operating means 41 of the operating device 26.
The operating means 41 cooperates with the first cam 42 so as to drive the first cam 42 in rotation about the rotation axis C1 with respect to the lid 14. The displacement of the first cam 42 also drives the rotational displacement of the second cam 44 relative to the head cover 14 about the rotational axis C2 via the link 46.
The arrangement of the first cam 42, the second cam 44, and the link 46 is particularly advantageous because it allows for displacement of the push rod 40 having a large dimension (e.g., greater than the dimension of the first track 22 or the second track 24) in the first direction L1. Actuating the push rod 40 at two different and spaced apart locations along the push rod 40 allows for avoiding locking of the mechanism.
The first cam 42 and the second cam 44 cooperate with a first cam pin 50 and a second cam pin 52, respectively, of the push rod 40. The push rod 40 is thus translationally displaced in a direction substantially parallel to the second direction L2. The push rod 40 thus cooperates with the first locking bolt 28 for locking of the locking device 24, so that in the unlocked position of the locking device 24 the first locking bolt 28 is driven in translation in the second direction L2. This translation of the first latch 28 drives the second latch 30 to translate in a direction opposite to the translation of the first latch 28. The user may thus pivot the cover 14 relative to the support 12 about the axis of rotation R. The rotational movement of the cover 14 may be actuated regardless of the position of the cover 14 in the first direction L1.
According to a second embodiment (not shown), the push rod 40 includes an end for actuation by a user to translationally drive the push rod 40 in the second direction L2.
Advantageously, the end of the push rod 40 exceeds the cover 14 in the first direction L1. Thus, user actuation of the push rod 40 is facilitated.
As a variant, the end of the push rod 40 comprises actuation means which facilitate the cooperation of the push rod 40 with the hand of the user.
In this embodiment, the handling device 26 comprises neither the handling means 41 nor the displacement means 38. The handling device 26 comprises only a push rod 40 which extends in the first direction L1 and is movable in translation relative to the cover 14 in a direction substantially parallel to the second direction L2 and is capable of displacing the first latch 28 in the unlocked position in all positions of the cover 14 in the first direction L1.
Therefore, it is particularly advantageous according to the fitting element 10, since the rotation of the lid 14 relative to the support 12 can be actuated irrespective of the position of the lid in the first direction L1. Therefore, the user does not need to displace the cover 14 to a specific position in the first direction L1, and then effects rotational displacement of the cover 14 relative to the support 12. The ergonomics of the vehicle cabin is thus improved.
