Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In practical applications, the improvement and adjustment made by those skilled in the art according to the present invention still belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The dental instrument is used for treating malocclusion, and comprises an upper jaw dental mouthpiece 100, wherein the upper jaw dental mouthpiece 100 comprises a shell-shaped body which conforms to the shape of a dentition of a human body, the shell-shaped body is provided with cavities for accommodating anterior maxillary teeth, anterior molar teeth and molar teeth of the human body, and the cavities are communicated with one another. As shown in fig. 1, the posterior tooth areas on both sides of the shell-shaped body are provided with protruding portions protruding toward the lower jaw direction, and the protruding portions form jaw pads 101 of the upper jaw facing 100.
In this example, "posterior dental zone" is defined according to the classification of teeth including premolar and molar in "introduction to oral medicine" published by Beijing university medical Press, pages 36-38, 2 nd edition. The protruding portion 101 provided in the shell-shaped dental instrument in this embodiment may be provided only in the anterior molar region, only in the molar region, partially in the anterior molar region and the molar region, or entirely in the anterior molar region and the molar region. The "anterior zone" includes incisors, lateral incisors and cuspids.
When the maxillary dental mouthpiece 100 is worn, the jaw pad 101 of the posterior dental area of the maxillary dental mouthpiece 100 is engaged with the posterior teeth corresponding to the dentition of the mandibular human body, and the maxillary dental mouthpiece 100 can play a role in opening the occlusion of the teeth and aligning the mandibular incisors with the maxillary incisors due to the action of the jaw pad 101.
The upper jaw dental mouthpiece of the embodiment is made of a high polymer material, and can slide relatively when being occluded with teeth, in order to increase the frictional force of occlusion between the jaw pad 101 of the upper jaw dental mouthpiece and teeth in the lower jaw posterior teeth area, a friction part which is matched with the occlusal surface of the lower jaw teeth area in a concave-convex manner is arranged on the occlusal surface of the jaw pad 101 of the upper jaw dental mouthpiece, the friction part is arranged to be a convex structure matched with a socket groove of the lower jaw teeth area, and the friction part can increase stable contact between the upper jaw and the lower jaw when occlusion is reestablished.
The maxillary facing 100 of this embodiment can also cooperate with the front tractor to carry out traction treatment on the maxillary dentition of the patient, because the maxillary facing receives the traction effect of the front tractor, the maxillary facing receives the outward traction pulling force perpendicular to the front teeth, and because of the traction pulling force, the maxillary facing 100 and the maxillary dentition are dislocated or even fall off. Therefore, in order to prevent the maxillary dental mouthpiece 100 from dislocating from the maxillary dentition, the buccal side surfaces of the posterior tooth regions on both sides of the maxillary dentition of the human body are provided with retention aids (not shown), and the corresponding positions of the maxillary dental mouthpiece 100 are provided with retention parts 2 engaged with the retention aids. The retention part 2 of the upper jaw brace 100 is a cavity protruding towards the buccal side, and the retention part 2 is symmetrically arranged in the posterior tooth area at two sides of the upper jaw brace 100. The retaining part is arranged in the back tooth area of the upper jaw facing and can provide more stable retaining force for the upper jaw facing.
Preferably, the retainer 2 includes a first outer surface 303 and a second outer surface 302, the second outer surface 302 is a curved surface that is concave toward the center of the retention accessory, the first outer surface 303 is a curved surface, the first outer surface 303 and the second outer surface 302 are curved in the same direction, and the first outer surface 303 and the second outer surface 302 enclose the cavity, which is the retainer 2.
The retention part 2 can provide larger contact area and thus larger retention force when used together with retention accessories under the condition of the same contact area with human teeth.
The outer surface of the retention part 2 and the labial side surface of the shell-shaped body are arranged at a certain angle, so that the first outer surface 303 or the second outer surface 302 of the retention part is perpendicular to the extramaxillary traction direction in a stress split mode, the retention part is buckled with a retention accessory arranged on teeth in the traction treatment process, the teeth are driven to move, a plurality of retention parts are arranged to form a whole with the teeth, other functions are corrected, if traction is carried out, not only can the dental appliance be prevented from being dislocated with the teeth, but also the traction retention force in the traction process can be increased.
In this embodiment, the retainers 2 are symmetrically disposed on the buccal side of the posterior dental area of the maxillary dental mouthpiece 100, and in other alternative embodiments, the retainers 2 may be symmetrically disposed on the lingual side of the posterior dental area of the maxillary dental mouthpiece 100, or both the buccal side and the lingual side, or both the buccal side and/or the labial side of the left and right sides of the upper jaw.
In another embodiment, the labial side of the anterior dental zone of the maxillary dental mouthpiece may also be provided with a retention part, and the retention part of the anterior dental zone is used in cooperation with the retention part of the posterior dental zone, so that the anterior dental zone and the posterior dental zone form a whole, providing a more stable retention force.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the maxillary dental mouthpiece jaw pad 101 is thicker than the thickness of other regions, or the hardness of the maxillary dental mouthpiece jaw pad 101 is set to be higher than the hardness of other regions, so that the jaw pad 101 is firmer and more durable.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the upper jaw brace 100 is thicker at the position to be corrected, the position of the jaw pad 101 and the position of the occlusal surface of the jaw pad 101, and the thickness may be set to be 2mm, 1.5mm, 1mm, 0.75mm, 0.5 mm; and the thicknesses of other positions are smaller than those of the parts, and the local position of the maxillary mouthpiece can be set to be 0.1mm, so that a better correction effect and comfortable and beautiful patient experience can be obtained. In other embodiments, the maxillary mouthpiece may be provided as a shell having a uniform thickness, which is not limited herein.

The lower jaw dental mouthpiece is characterized in that the rear tooth areas on two sides of the first lower jaw dental mouthpiece are provided with first lower jaw cushions protruding upwards, and the buccal side surfaces of the rear tooth areas on two sides of the lower jaw dental mouthpiece are provided with fixing parts.
The first upper jaw tooth socket and the first lower jaw tooth socket are respectively worn on the upper jaw dentition and the lower jaw dentition of a patient, the first upper jaw tooth socket and the first lower jaw tooth socket are taken down after being worn for a proper period, the wearing time is 7-14 days, and a second group of tooth sockets can be designed according to the correction condition of the patient.
The second group of tooth sockets have a similar structure with the first group of tooth sockets, and the second group of tooth sockets comprise a second upper jaw tooth socket and a second lower jaw tooth socket which are designed according to dentition of a second orthodontic target of a patient. The height of a second maxillary jaw pad of the second maxillary tooth socket is smaller than that of the first maxillary jaw pad, the height of a second mandibular jaw pad of the second mandibular tooth socket is smaller than that of the first mandibular jaw pad, and the patient wears the second maxillary tooth socket for 7-14 days and then takes down the maxillary tooth socket.
Also can design a set of facing under the condition of correcting of patient's dentition, wear and correct, correct until accomplishing, also can design out continuous correction scheme according to patient's actual case condition to prepare into corresponding facing with it, the patient wears to accomplish corresponding treatment of correcting. Wherein, the wearing time of the tooth socket with the jaw pad is about 0 to 6 months.
