The deviation rectifying unit 5 comprises a second guide rail, a first motor 51 and a first ball screw 52, the second guide rail extends along a first direction X1, the fixing base 1 is connected with the second guide rail in a sliding manner along the extending direction of the second guide rail, the screw of the first ball screw 52 extends along a first direction X1, the screw of the first ball screw 52 is connected with the motor shaft of the first motor 51, the nut of the first ball screw 52 is fixedly connected with the fixing base 1, so that the first motor 51 can drive the fixing base 1 to slide along the second guide rail through the first ball screw 52, the rubberizing position of the rubberizing unit 2 is adjusted, and the purpose of rectifying the position of the adhesive tape is achieved.

as shown in fig. 1, in the initial state, the rubberizing roller 22 is located at the glue preparation station, and the air hole 221 on the rubber roller is arranged towards the connecting line of the angle-included mechanism and the glue-pulling mechanism 33; the adhesive tape clamping mechanism 31 clamps the adhesive tape through the two pressing blocks 312; the glue pulling mechanism 33 is located at the second end of the rubberizing roller 22.
As shown in fig. 7, when the rubberizing roller 22 needs to be prepared, the fourth driving component 333 of the rubberizing mechanism 33 drives the sliding seat 331 to move along the first guide rail 11 toward the tape clamping mechanism 31 until the clamping jaws 334 move to the pressing block 312, then the third driving mechanism 41 drives the two clamping jaws 334 to move towards each other to clamp the end of the tape at the pressing block 312, and subsequently the first driving component 311 of the tape clamping mechanism 31 drives the two pressing blocks 312 to move away from each other to release the clamping of the tape.

Then, the first driving component 311 of the adhesive clamping mechanism 31 drives the two pressing blocks 312 to move towards each other to clamp the adhesive tape again, and then the third driving component 332 of the cutting mechanism 32 drives the cutting knife 322 to move towards the pressing blocks 312 to cut the adhesive tape. At this time, the air hole 221 of the rubberizing roller 22 is in a negative pressure state, so that the adhesive tape is adsorbed on the rubberizing roller 22 by the air hole 221.

As shown in fig. 11, when the pole piece needs to be rubberized, the position of the fixing base 1 is adjusted by the deviation rectifying unit 5, so as to adjust the relative position between the rubberizing unit 2 on the fixing base 1 and the pole piece.
