When the stem lines 4 are arranged in a printing mode, the stem lines are printed on the outer skin 3, and then the outer skin layer 3 is pasted in a machine pasting or manual pasting mode to form the printed stem lines 4.

(4) and (3) placing the cut synthetic leather and the stem lines 4 in a laminating mould with a set temperature of 20-70 ℃ according to regions, connecting an inflating air needle of the laminating mould with an air inlet hole of the inner tube layer, closing the mould and inflating, and bonding the synthetic leather and the stem lines on the surface of the yarn layer or the first cloth pasting layer in a heating and pressurizing mode to form an outer skin layer 3. It is of course also possible to first attach the synthetic leather only by means of the attachment mould and then attach the stem 4 manually. As other preferred embodiments, the skinning process can also be a manual skinning process, in which synthetic leather is first applied by area and then the stem line 4 is manually applied, or the stem line 4 is manually applied by area and then synthetic leather is manually applied.
The thickener in the embodiment is generally made of rubber materials, and is coated on the yarn layer, the cloth pasting layer or other fabric layers and permeates into the yarn layer, the cloth pasting layer or other fabric layers, so that the yarn layer can be more compact and firm after drying and solidification, and the thickened inner container can be better prevented from deforming. (3) the synthetic leather is cut into sheets according to the ball specification, a second cloth pasting layer is arranged on the outer surface of the thickening-proof liner deformation layer, the second cloth pasting layer covers the whole surface or is locally arranged on the outer surface of the whole thickening-proof liner layer, and then the adhesive is coated on the outer surface of the second cloth pasting layer or the inner surface of the synthetic leather.
Particularly, when the basketball stem thread 4 needs to be attached to the outer surface of the thickening-prevention inner container deformation layer, and the thickening-prevention inner container deformation layer is a yarn layer or a composite layer consisting of the yarn layer and paste or latex, the second cloth attaching layer is preferably arranged on the outer surface of the thickening-prevention inner container layer in a whole or local covering mode;

As another preferred embodiment, the stem line 4 may be arranged in the following manner: firstly, the synthetic leather surface is printed with the stem line, and then the outer skin layer 3 is pasted in a machine pasting or artificial pasting mode to form the printed stem line 4.

when the stalk line subsides are established prevent thickening inner bag deformation layer's surface just prevent thickening inner bag deformation layer is first rubberized fabric layer, or when the composite bed that first rubberized fabric layer and thickener or latex are constituteed, the second rubberized fabric layer only sets up and establishes the department at the stalk line subsides.
