Generally, as shown in fig. 1, a cooking appliance 100 such as an electric rice cooker includes a pot body 110 and a cover 120. The pot body 110 is substantially in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a cylindrical inner pot receiving part. The inner pot can be fixedly arranged at the inner pot containing part, or can be freely put into the inner pot containing part or taken out from the inner pot containing part, so that the inner pot can be conveniently cleaned. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The pot body 110 includes therein a heating means for heating the inner pot to heat the inner pot. It can be understood that the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention may be an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker or other cooking appliances 100, and the cooking appliance 100 may have various functions such as cooking porridge, etc. in addition to the function of cooking rice.
The cover 120 has a shape substantially corresponding to the pot body 110, and is substantially in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with rounded corners. The lid 120 is openably and closably provided on the pot body 110. When the cover 120 is covered on the pot body 110, it covers the inner pot, and a cooking space is formed between the inner pot and the cover. The lid 120 also typically has a gasket, which may be made of, for example, a rubber material, disposed between the lid 120 and the inner pot for sealing the cooking space when the lid 120 is in a closed position.
It should be noted that directional terms used herein in describing the components in the cooking appliance 100 and the positional relationship thereof, such as "above", "below", "lower side", "upward", "downward", and the like, are relative to a state where the cooking appliance 100 is in a horizontal state and the lid 120 is covered on the pot body 110. Directional terms "inside" and "outside", if there is no other directional limitation, it is understood that "inside" refers to a side close to the center of the cooking appliance 100 and "outside" refers to a side far from the center of the cooking appliance 100. Directional terms "front end" and "rear end", if not otherwise defined, it is understood that "front end" refers to an end of the cooking appliance 100 that is closer to the user and "rear end" refers to an end of the cooking appliance 100 that is further from the user.
Specifically, the cover 120 can be pivoted to the pot body 110 by the pivot shaft 140 and can be freely pivoted between the closing position and the opening position with respect to the pot body 110 about the pivot shaft 140 line on which the pivot shaft 140 is located, so as to facilitate the closing and opening of the pot body 110. The cover 120 may be provided with a mounting hole 125, the pivot shaft 140 may extend from one side to penetrate the mounting hole 125, and an end 141 of the pivot shaft 140 is exposed from the mounting hole 125. The pivot shaft 140 may be sleeved with a biasing member 150, and the biasing member 150 can provide a biasing force of the cover 120 in the opening direction so that the cover 120 can be automatically opened to the open position.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the cover 120 includes an inner liner 121, and a cover 122 disposed on an upper side or an outer side of the inner liner 121. Liner 121 may be connected to face cover 122 from the underside of face cover 122 and covered by face cover 122. Liner 121 includes a base 123 and a plurality of reinforcing ribs extending upwardly from base 123 in a staggered arrangement. The rear end of the inner liner 121 may be provided with two mounting holes 125 spaced apart, and particularly, the rear end of the inner liner 121 is provided with two mounting portions 124 extending upward from the base 123, the mounting holes 125 being formed on the mounting portions 124, in other words, the base 123 is located below the mounting holes 125. The mounting portion 124 may be configured in a thin plate shape. The two mounting portions 124 are spaced apart a distance such that the pivot shaft 140 extends between the two mounting holes 125, and the two end portions 141 of the pivot shaft 140 are exposed from the corresponding mounting holes 125, respectively. Specifically, the first end 141a of the pivot shaft 140 can be exposed from the first mounting hole 125a, and the second end 141b of the pivot shaft 140 can be exposed from the second mounting hole 125 b. The first and second mounting holes 125a and 125b may be symmetrically arranged.
The front and rear ends of the liner 121 may define a first direction, in other words, the first direction may be a direction extending between the front and rear ends of the liner 121. The mounting holes 125 may each extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and be spaced apart from each other in the second direction. The second direction is a direction parallel to the axis of the pivot shaft 140. In the illustrated embodiment, the first direction is a length direction and the second direction is a width direction, and the mounting holes 125 may each extend in the width direction and be spaced apart from each other in the width direction. The pivot shaft 140 may penetrate in the width direction from a side of one mounting hole 125 away from the other mounting hole 125.
In order to prevent the pivot shaft 140 from being removed from the mounting hole 125, the cooking appliance 100 further includes an interference member 131, and the interference member 131 is disposed at a region where the end portion 141 of the cover 120 is located. The interference member 131 is disposed at a position corresponding to the end 141 and can interfere with the end 141 of the mounted pivot shaft 140, thereby holding the pivot shaft 140 at the mounting hole 125 and preventing the pivot shaft 140 from coming out of the mounting hole 125 in case the inner liner 121 is inclined. The interference member 131 does not prevent the pivot shaft 140 from penetrating from one side of the mounting hole 125 during the mounting of the pivot shaft 140. It is to be understood that reference herein to "interference" means that there is some degree of interference with the movement of the mounted pivot shaft 140, but that the movement is not impeded by large external forces.
An interference member 131 is disposed in the cover 120, and the interference member 131 is used to abut against an end 141 of the pivot shaft 140 to prevent the pivot shaft 140 from being separated from the mounting hole 125. The end 141 abutting against the interference member 131 is a portion of the pivot shaft 140 exposed from the mounting hole 125. In other words, the interference member 131 is disposed on a side of the mounting hole 125 away from the center of the pivot shaft 140. The pivot shaft 140 may penetrate in the width direction from the side where the interference member 131 is provided. During the penetration of the pivot shaft 140, the interference member 131 can be shifted to avoid the penetration position of the pivot shaft 140, so that the pivot shaft 140 is normally penetrated into the mounting hole 125. The user may toggle the interference member 131 with the pivot shaft 140 to deform it. After the pivot shaft 140 is penetrated, the pivot shaft 140 can be held at the mounting hole 125 by means of the interference member 131, avoiding the pivot shaft 140 from being released from the mounting hole 125 in case the inner liner 121 is inclined.
In the present embodiment, the interference member 131 may be a member that can be inclined with respect to the pivot shaft 140/the mounting hole 125 in a state of receiving an external force. One end of the interference member 131 may be coupled to the inner liner 121 of the cover 120, and the other end of the interference member 131 opposite to the one end may be a free end, and the interference member 131 may be toggled with respect to the pivot shaft 140 centering on the one end. The interference member 131 may be a flexible member with one end fixed and the other end free.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a state of not receiving an external force, the interference member 131 may be spaced apart from the pivot shaft 140 by a gap, and the interference member 131 may abut to the end surface F1 of the end portion 141 when the pivot shaft 140 is displaced in the axial direction. In this embodiment, the interference member 131 may interfere with the pivot shaft 140 only when the liner 121 is tilted, and the interference member 131 does not always maintain the deformation, so that the service life of the interference member 131 may be increased. The projection of the interference member 131 onto the radial plane of the pivot axis 140 may at least partially overlap the projection of the pivot axis 140. The interference member 131 may be toggled radially outward of the pivot shaft 140 to avoid the penetration location of the pivot shaft 140. The surface of the interference piece 131 that can abut against the end portion 141 is a flat surface. Specifically, the first surface F3 of the end surface F1 of the interference piece 131 facing the end portion 141 may be a plane, and thus, the contact area of the interference piece 131 and the end surface F1 of the end portion 141 may be increased, improving the stability of the interference. The end surface F1 may also be flat to further improve stability of the interference.
In an embodiment not shown, the interference member 131 may act directly all the way to the pivot shaft 140. In the absence of an external force, the interference piece 131 may abut to the circumferential surface F2 of the end portion 141 and provide a force toward the end portion 141. In this embodiment, the projection of the interference member 131 on the radial plane of the pivot axis 140 and the projection of the pivot axis 140 in the penetrating position may at least partially overlap, when the interference member 131 is not deformed by an external force. The second surface F4 of the interference piece 131 facing the circumferential surface F2 may be a plane, and thus, the contact area of the interference piece 131 with the circumferential surface F2 of the end portion 141 may be increased, improving the stability of the interference. Alternatively, the interference piece 131 may be a rectangular parallelepiped member or other suitably shaped member.
Alternatively, the interference piece 131 may abut to the end surface F1 of the end portion 141 in a state of not receiving an external force, and in this embodiment, the interference piece 131 may be in contact with only the end surface F1, or may be capable of providing a force toward the end portion 141.
The interference piece 131 may be formed as one piece with the liner 121. In the illustrated embodiment, the interference piece 131 may be connected to the upper surface F10 of the base 123, the interference piece 131 extending upward from the upper surface F10 of the base 123. The interference member 131 may preferably extend beyond the center of the pivot shaft 140 for better interference with the end 141. The interference member 131 is disposed radially outward of the pivot shaft 140. For example, the interference member 131 may be disposed radially outward of the pivot shaft 140 toward the center of the cover 120. In this embodiment, the interference member 131 needs to be spaced apart from the rear end reinforcing rib 126 at the side of the mounting hole 125 by a gap in order to allow the interference member 131 to be pulled outward in the radial direction of the pivot shaft 140. Alternatively, the interference member 131 may be disposed radially outward of the pivot shaft 140 away from the center of the cover 120.
In an embodiment not shown, the interference member 131 may be connected to the rear-end reinforcing rib 126 at the side of the mounting hole 125. The interference member 131 may extend horizontally from the rear end stiffener 126 and beyond the center of the pivot shaft 140. The interference member 131 is disposed radially outward of the pivot shaft 140. For example, the interference member 131 may be disposed radially outward of the pivot shaft 140 near the base 123. In this embodiment, the interference member 131 needs to be spaced apart from the base 123 by a gap in order to be able to dial the interference member 131 radially outward of the pivot shaft 140. Alternatively, the interference member 131 may be disposed radially outward of the pivot shaft 140 away from the base 123.
Further, the cover 120 is provided with a stopper 132 corresponding to the first end portion 141a, and particularly, the rear end of the liner 121 is also provided with a stopper 132 corresponding to the first end portion 141 a. The stopper 132 is located axially outward of the first end portion 141a and is capable of abutting against an end surface F1 of the first end portion 141 a. The blocking member 132 may have a structure to limit the first end portion 141a, in other words, the first end portion 141a is limited by the blocking member 132. The interference member 131 corresponds to the second end 141 b. The pivot shaft 140 may be confined between the blocking member 132 and the interference member 131 and may pass in and out from the side of the interference member 131. If needed and/or desired, the first end 141a and the second end 141b may each correspond to an interference member 131, and in this embodiment, the pivot shaft 140 may be limited between the two interference members 131 and can pass in and out from a side of either of the two interference members 131.
The utility model provides a cooking utensil 100 is provided with interference piece 131 in lid 120, and interference piece 131 can be corresponding to the tip 141 of the pivot axle 140 after the installation to thereby form the interference with it and keep pivot axle 140 in mounting hole 125 department, avoid under the condition of inside lining 121 slope, pivot axle 140 deviates from mounting hole 125. The interference member 131 does not obstruct the penetration of the pivot shaft 140 from one side of the mounting hole 125 to facilitate the manufacturing of the cooking appliance 100.
