Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container capable of improving convenience in use.

Background

In general, a cosmetic container is used for packaging various cosmetics such as powder or cream for makeup, and has various shapes and sizes according to the use of the cosmetics.

The compact case in a cosmetic container is composed of a container body for storing cosmetics and a lid that rotates around a hinge on one side of the container body and opens and closes. Here, cosmetics are mostly stored in the container body, and a mirror is attached to an inner surface of the lid. The user carries such a cosmetic container with a mirror in order to dress up his/her face or to confirm foreign substances applied to the face at any time.

Generally, only a mirror having the same magnification as the actual size is attached to the inner surface of the cap of such a cosmetic container. Therefore, when a part of the face is desired to be enlarged, the user needs to carry an enlarging mirror separately, which is inconvenient to carry.

The objects, certain advantages and novel features of the invention may be more clearly understood by reference to the following detailed description and preferred embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. In the present specification, when reference is made to components of the respective drawings, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals as much as possible even when they are illustrated in different drawings, and when it is determined that a detailed description of the related known technology does not make the gist of the present invention unclear, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer lid of the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention is opened. Fig. 3A and 3B are perspective views showing a state in which the mirror attachment plate of the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention is unfolded, and fig. 4 is a bottom perspective view showing a state in which the outer lid of the cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention is separated from the mirror attachment plate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a cosmetic container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a circular shape. Here, it is apparent that the shape of the cosmetic container 100 is not limited to a circular shape, and may be designed in various forms.

Such a cosmetic container 100 includes a container body 110, an outer cap 120, and an inner cap 130. Also, a mirror attachment plate 150 is further included at an outer side of the outer cover 120. Such a cosmetic container 100 is provided with a first mirror and a second mirror having different magnification ratios on the outer lid 120 side. Here, the first mirror is a normal mirror 141, and the second mirror is an enlarged mirror 151 having a higher magnification than the normal mirror 141.

The mirror attachment plate 150 is formed to have the same size as the outer cover 120, and is rotated by a hinge member 152 having a shaft perpendicular to the outer cover 120 in a region of the outer cover 120. More specifically, the coupling groove 142 and the hinge member 152 are provided at an area of the opposite surfaces of the outer cover 120 and the mirror attachment plate 150, respectively.

Here, the coupling groove 142 is formed at a region adjacent to an edge of the cover surface of the outer cover 120. Thereby, the hinge member 152 coupled to the coupling groove 142 rotates the mirror attachment plate 150 about a direction perpendicular to the outer surface of the outer cover 120. That is, the mirror attachment plate 150 is disposed in a state of gradually separating from the state of overlapping the outer cover 120 by the rotation of the hinge member 152 to the outside of the outer cover 120.

Here, a general mirror 141 is attached to an inner surface of the outer cover 120, and a magnifying mirror 151 is attached to a surface of the mirror attaching plate 150 facing the outer cover 120. In this way, in the case of the cosmetic container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the magnifying mirror 151 can be rotated as needed for use. That is, when the magnifying mirror 151 is not used, the magnifying mirror 151 can be always kept in a clean state by keeping the magnifying mirror 151 in a state of being overlapped with the outer cover 120 and not exposing the magnifying mirror 151 to the outside.

Here, in order to further facilitate the use of the magnifying mirror 151, a positioning stopper (not shown) for restricting the rotation of the magnifying mirror 151 is formed on the outer surface of the outer cover 120. Here, the positioning stop pin may be a protrusion protruding from the outer surface of the outer cap 120 by a certain length.

Although not shown, coupling grooves and coupling protrusions are formed in one region of the facing outer cover 120 and mirror attachment plate 150, respectively, and the mirror attachment plate 150 is rotatable with respect to the outer cover 120 by applying a force by interference-fitting the coupling protrusions into the coupling grooves.

Next, the container body 110, the outer lid 120, and the inner lid 130 of the cosmetic container 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described.

First, the container body 110 is formed therein with a recessed space for storing cosmetics. One side of the outer lid 120 is connected to the container body 110 by a hinge pin, and the other side is openable and closable with respect to the container body 110 with the hinge pin as an axis. Here, a button 111 for opening and closing the outer lid 120 is formed in a region of the container body 110, and when the button 111 is pressed, a hook-shaped stopper protrusion connected to the button 111 is disengaged from a stopper groove of the outer lid 120, thereby opening the outer lid 120.

In addition, the inner cap 130 receives the puff on the upper surface and seals the upper surface of the container body 110 to prevent the cosmetic located at the lower portion from leaking to the outside. The inner lid 130 is hinged to the container body 110 and can be opened and closed from the upper surface of the container body 110. Here, the opening and closing of the inner lid 130 is performed by a handle located at a position opposite to a region where the hinge is coupled to the container body 110.

Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer lid is opened in a cosmetic container according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a state where a mirror attachment plate is completely unfolded in fig. 5.

With regard to the cosmetic containers of the third to eighth embodiments represented by the second embodiment of the present invention, the description will be omitted for the same structure as that of the cosmetic container of the first embodiment described above.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a cosmetic container 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes an outer lid 220 hinge-coupled to a container body 210 to be opened and closed. Also, a mirror attachment plate 240 is further included inside the outer cover 220.

A hinge part 242 is formed at a region around such a mirror attaching plate 240, and the hinge part 242 is coupled to the coupling groove 222 at the inner side of the outer cover 220, so that the mirror attaching plate 240 rotates at a certain angle with the inner side of the outer cover 220. Here, the hinge part 242 that laterally rotates the mirror attachment plate 240 with respect to the outer cover 220 in a state where the outer cover 220 is opened is formed at a position perpendicular to a region where the container body 210 and the outer cover 220 are hinge-coupled.

A handle 243 is formed in a region around the mirror attaching plate 240 facing the hinge member 242. In addition, a region of the outer cover 220 corresponding to the handle 243 may be removed, and a handle receiving portion 221 for mounting the handle 243 may be formed at the outer cover 220.

Here, a normal mirror 241 is attached to the surface opposite to the mirror attaching plate 240 facing the outer cover 220, and an enlarged mirror 251 is attached to the inner surface of the outer cover 220. Thus, when the outer cap 220 is opened for makeup, the general mirror 241 is first seen, and the mirror attachment plate 240 is rotated to use the magnifying mirror 251 as needed.

Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container according to a third embodiment of the present invention, fig. 8 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer lid of the cosmetic container according to the third embodiment of the present invention is opened, and fig. 9 is a perspective view showing a state where a mirror attaching plate is rotated in fig. 8.

Referring to fig. 7 to 9, a cosmetic container 300 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes a mirror attachment plate 340 at an inner side of an outer cover 320. Here, the mirror attaching plate 340 is rotated 360 degrees by the hinge member 342 formed at an area around the mirror attaching plate 340. Such a hinge member 342 is located on the side where the container body 310 and the outer lid 320 are coupled by a hinge, and a coupling groove 312 for receiving the hinge member 342 is formed in a region of the container body 310 corresponding to the hinge member 342.

In addition, the mirror attaching plate 340 has a handle 343 formed in a region around the mirror attaching plate 340 facing the hinge member 342. The handle 343 projects outward in a state where the outer lid 320 and the container body 310 are closed, and a handle storage portion 321 is formed in the outer lid 320 corresponding to the handle 343.

Thus, in a state where the cosmetic container 300 is closed, the handle 343 of the mirror attachment plate 340 is gripped and lifted, and the outer lid 320 can be opened from the container body 310. The cosmetic container 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention does not have a separate opening/closing button for opening/closing the outer lid 320 from the container body 310, and although not shown, can be kept in a closed state by a magnet or the like.

Further, the mirror attaching plate 340 has a normal mirror 341 attached to one surface thereof and an enlarged mirror 351 attached to the other surface thereof. Thus, by rotating the mirror attaching plate 340 by 360 degrees, a mirror of a desired magnification can be selected and used.

Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer cap of a cosmetic container according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is opened, fig. 11 is a perspective view showing a mirror attachment plate separated from the cosmetic container of fig. 10, and fig. 12 is a perspective view showing a state where the mirror attachment plate of fig. 10 is rotated 180 degrees and attached to an inner side of the outer cap.

Referring to fig. 10 to 12, a cosmetic container 400 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a mirror attachment plate 440 that can be attached to and detached from an inner side of an outer cover 420. Such a mirror attachment plate 440 is provided with at least one

442a, 442b around the front and rear surfaces, respectively, so that both surfaces can be freely attached to and detached from the inside of the outer cover 420. Here, since the outer cover 420 is made of a metal material, the

442a and 442b formed around the mirror attachment plate 440 can be easily attached to and detached from the outer cover 420.

Further, the mirror attachment plate 440 has a pair of grips 443 formed in the peripheral facing regions, and a grip storage portion 421 is formed in the outer cover 420 corresponding to the grips 443. Thus, the handle 443 is accommodated in the handle accommodating portion 421 and exposed to the outside, and the mirror attachment plate 440 can be more easily attached to and detached from the outer cover 420.

A normal mirror 441 is attached to one surface of the mirror attaching plate 440, and an enlarged mirror 451 is attached to the other surface. The magnet 442a is provided at a constant interval along the periphery of the normal mirror 441, and the magnet 442b is provided at a constant interval along the periphery of the magnifying mirror 451. Thus, the user can freely select a desired mirror magnification to attach the mirror attachment plate 440 to the inner surface of the outer cap 420 such that the selected mirror face is positioned in front to utilize the cosmetic container 400.

Fig. 13 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer lid of a cosmetic container according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention is opened, and fig. 14 and 15 are perspective views showing a state where a mirror attachment plate of the cosmetic container of fig. 13 is rotated.

Referring to fig. 13 to 15, the cosmetic container 500 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention further includes a mirror attachment plate 540 on the inner side of the outer cap 520. Here, the outer lid 520 is composed of a lid surface 521 and a side surface 522, and the lid surface 521 and the side surface 522 can be separated. Such a cover 521 and side 522 are respectively hinge-coupled to the container body 510.

The mirror attachment plate 540 is formed with coupling holes 523 at opposite positions inside the side surfaces 522 of the outer cover 520, and the mirror attachment plate 540 is rotated 360 degrees by a pair of hinge members 542 coupled to the coupling holes 523. Here, since the cover 521 of the outer cover 520 is provided separately from the side 522, the cover 521 is not interfered with when the mirror attachment plate 540 is rotated.

Here, a normal mirror 541 is attached to one surface of the mirror attaching plate 540, and an enlargement mirror 542 is attached to the other surface. Thus, the user rotates the mirror attachment plate 540 as necessary so that a desired mirror is positioned in front for use.

Fig. 16 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, fig. 17 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer lid of the cosmetic container according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention is opened, and fig. 18 is a perspective view showing a state where a mirror attachment plate is slid in fig. 17.

Referring to fig. 16 to 18, a container body 610 and an outer cap 620 of a cosmetic container 600 according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention are formed in a quadrangular shape. Also, a mirror attachment plate 640 is further included at the inner side of the cover 620. The mirror attachment plate 640 has the same shape as the outer cover 620, and is inserted by sliding inward from one side of the outer cover 620.

Here, one side of the outer cover 620 is removed, and the mirror attachment plate 640 slides toward the inside and outside of the outer cover 620 through the removed one side. In a state where mirror attachment plate 640 is positioned inside outer cover 620, handle 642 bent and extending from mirror attachment plate 640 is formed in a region corresponding to one side surface of outer cover 620. Thus, in a state where the outer cover 620 is attached to the container body 610, the handle 642 of the mirror attachment plate 640 is positioned on the removed one side surface of the outer cover 620.

Further, guide grooves 621 for guiding the mirror attachment plate 640 are formed inside a pair of side surfaces of the outer cover 620 facing each other adjacent to the removed side surface of the outer cover 620. Thereby, the mirror attachment plate 640 slides to the left and right along the guide rail groove 621.

Here, a normal mirror 641 is attached to the surface opposite to the mirror attaching plate 640 facing the outer cover 620, and an enlarged mirror 651 is attached to the inner surface of the outer cover 620. That is, when the outer cover 620 is opened from the container main body 610, the general mirror 641 is first seen, and in case the mirror 651 needs to be enlarged, the mirror attachment plate 640 to which the general mirror 641 is attached is slid to the outside of the outer cover 620, so that the enlarged mirror 651 appears.

Fig. 19 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, fig. 20 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer lid of the cosmetic container according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention is opened, and fig. 21 and 22 are perspective views showing a state where a mirror attaching plate is slid in fig. 20.

Referring to fig. 19 to 22, in a cosmetic container 700 according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, a container body 710 and an outer lid 720 are formed in a circular shape, and a mirror attachment plate 750 is further included inside the outer lid 720. Here, the mirror attachment plate 750 slides toward the inside and outside of the outer cover 720.

Here, the cover 720 is composed of a cover 723 and a side 722, a part of the side 722 is removed, and the mirror attachment plate 750 is slid toward the inside and outside of the cover 720 by the removed side 722, thereby being attached to and detached from the cover 720. In a state where the mirror attachment plate 750 is positioned inside the outer cover 720, a handle 752 bent and extended from the mirror attachment plate 750 is formed in a region corresponding to the removed side surface 722 of the outer cover 720. Thus, in a state where the outer cover 720 is fitted to the container body 710, the handle 742 of the mirror attachment plate 750 is positioned on the removed side of the outer cover 720.

A normal mirror 741 is attached to the inner surface of the outer cover 720, and an enlarged mirror 751 is attached to the opposite surface of the mirror attachment plate 750 to the outer cover 720. Thus, when the ordinary mirror 741 is to be viewed, the mirror attaching plate 750 is used in a separated state, and when the mirror 751 is to be viewed, the mirror attaching plate 750 is attached to the inner side of the outer cover 720 and used.

Fig. 23 is a perspective view showing a state where an outer cap of a cosmetic container according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention is opened, and fig. 24 is a perspective view showing a state where a mirror attachment plate is rotated in fig. 23.

Referring to fig. 23 and 24, a cosmetic container 800 according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention further includes a mirror attachment plate 840 inside the outer cover 820. Here, the mirror attaching plate 840 is rotated 360 degrees by a hinge member 842 formed at an area around the mirror attaching plate 840. Such a hinge member 842 is disposed perpendicular to a side where the container body 810 and the outer cover 820 are connected, and a coupling groove 821 to which the hinge member 842 is coupled is formed at a region of the container body 810 corresponding to the hinge member 842.

Further, a normal mirror 841 is attached to one surface of the mirror attaching plate 840, and an enlarged mirror 851 is attached to the other surface. Thus, by rotating the mirror attaching plate 840 by 360 degrees, a mirror of a desired magnification can be selected and used.

Claims

1. A cosmetic container, characterized in that it comprises:

a container body that contains a cosmetic; and

an outer lid for opening and closing the container body,

a first mirror and a second mirror are provided on the outer cover side,

the cosmetic container includes a mirror attachment plate disposed on the outer lid side and rotated by a hinge member disposed on the outer lid.

the mirror attachment plate is disposed inside the outer cover, and the mirror attachment plate is rotated at a predetermined angle with respect to an inner surface of the outer cover by the hinge member formed in a region around the mirror attachment plate.

the mirror attachment plate is laterally rotated with respect to the outer cover in a state where the outer cover is opened.
