本申请涉及照明设备领域,尤其涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
现有的具有玻璃灯杯的灯具,玻璃灯杯与灯头之间的连接方式有以下两种:其中一种采用打胶固定的方式实现连接固定,造成灯具的装配效率低,且无法返修;另一种方式为,灯头部位采用铆压,此种方式容易导致灯具的外观分层,灯头与玻璃灯杯之间具有多余的结构,美观度较低。
实用新型内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种灯具,旨在解决现有技术中,灯具装配效率低的问题。
为达此目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:
灯具,包括具有让位孔的玻璃灯杯、设于所述玻璃灯杯内的套筒、于所述让位孔处与所述套筒固定连接且位于所述玻璃灯杯的外部的螺纹头,以及灯头;所述螺纹头开设有外螺纹,所述灯头开设有适配于所述外螺纹的内螺纹;所述螺纹头位于所述灯头的内部且与所述灯头螺纹连接,所述灯头与所述玻璃灯杯相抵接。
进一步地,所述套筒具有伸出于所述让位孔的连接头,所述套筒通过所述连接头与所述螺纹头相连。
进一步地,所述连接头上开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹头上开设有连接通孔,所述连接头与所述螺纹头之间设有连接螺钉,所述连接螺钉贯穿所述连接通孔并与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述连接头与所述螺纹头卡接,所述连接头上开设有卡接孔,所述螺纹头上设有适配于所述卡接孔的卡接凸起。
进一步地,所述玻璃灯杯于所述让位孔的内壁设有限位环,所述套筒与所述限位环远离所述螺纹头的一侧相抵接。
进一步地,所述玻璃灯杯具有与所述让位孔相通的容置孔,所述套筒安装于所述容置孔内,所述套筒远离所述灯头的一端设有安装环,所述安装环的外径大于所述容置孔的内径。
进一步地,还包括安装于所述安装环的光源板,所述光源板与所述安装环可拆卸连接。
进一步地,还包括设于所述套筒内且与所述光源板电连接的驱动板,所述套筒内壁开设有安装槽,所述驱动板插设于所述安装槽内。
进一步地,所述安装环的内壁开设有对应于所述安装槽的缺口,所述缺口与所述安装槽相通。

本申请的有益效果:灯具装配时,先将套筒放入玻璃灯杯内并到达玻璃灯杯的底部,让位孔可实现套筒的部分结构外露,然后在外部利用连接件将螺纹头与套筒固定连接,再将灯头套设于螺纹头的外部,并将灯头与螺纹头之间旋紧,使得灯头固定于螺纹头上,进而实现灯头与玻璃灯杯的间接相连;相对于灯头与玻璃灯杯打胶的连接方式,提升了灯具的装配时间。

如图1-图3所示,本申请实施例提出了一种灯具,包括具有让位孔11的玻璃灯杯1、设于玻璃灯杯1内的套筒2、于让位孔11处与套筒2固定连接且位于玻璃灯杯1的外部的螺纹头3,以及灯头4;螺纹头3开设有外螺纹31,灯头4开设有适配于外螺纹31的内螺纹41;螺纹头3位于灯头4的内部且与灯头4螺纹连接,灯头4与玻璃灯杯1相抵接。
在本申请的实施例中,灯具的装配过程为:先将套筒2放入玻璃灯杯1(玻璃灯杯1的杯口处较大)内并到达玻璃灯杯1的底部,让位孔11可实现套筒2的部分结构外露,然后在外部利用连接件将螺纹头3与套筒2固定连接(可为卡接及螺钉等连接方式),再将灯头4套设于螺纹头3的外部,并将灯头4与螺纹头3之间旋紧,使得灯头4固定于螺纹头3上,进而实现灯头4与玻璃灯杯1的间接相连;相对于灯头4与玻璃灯杯1打胶的连接方式,提升了灯具的装配时间。
同时由于灯头4与玻璃灯杯1相抵接且二者之间没有直接相连的连接关系,因此提升了灯具的美观度。
可以理解的是,可将灯头4的内部的深度设置为与螺纹头3的高度一致,使得灯头4旋紧后螺纹头3与灯头4的底部相抵接,也即螺纹头3抵住灯头4,提升灯具的整体强度。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,套筒2具有伸出于让位孔11的连接头21,让位孔11的内壁可对连接头21抵接限位,进而实现对套筒2整体的限位,避免套筒2在玻璃灯杯1内的晃动与偏移,提升套筒2与螺纹头3连接的稳定性。套筒2通过连接头21与螺纹头3相连,使得套筒2与连接头21的连接位置位于玻璃灯杯1外,灯具装配时操作更为便捷,进一步提升灯具装配的效率。
进一步地,请参阅图3,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,连接头21上开设有螺纹孔211,螺纹头3上开设有连接通孔32,连接头21与螺纹头3之间设有连接螺钉5,连接螺钉5贯穿连接通孔32并与螺纹孔211螺纹连接。灯具装配时,利用连接螺钉5即可快速将螺纹头3与连接头21相连,进而实现螺纹头3与套筒2相连,提升了装配的效率。
进一步地,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,连接头21与螺纹头3卡接,连接头21上开设有卡接孔,螺纹头3上设有适配于卡接孔的卡接凸起。
进一步地,请参阅图2-图3,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,玻璃灯杯1于让位孔11的内壁设有限位环12,套筒2与限位环12远离螺纹头3的一侧相抵接,因此套筒2被限位环12抵接于玻璃灯杯1的内部。
进一步地,请参阅图2-图3,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,玻璃灯杯1具有与让位孔11相通的容置孔13,套筒2安装于容置孔13内,套筒2远离灯头4的一端设有安装环22,安装环22的外径大于容置孔13的内径。安装时,将套筒2放入玻璃灯杯1后,套筒2主***于容置孔13内,套筒2上的安装环22位于容置孔13的外部,使得套筒2的位置固定。套筒2上的安装环22与玻璃灯杯1上的限位环12可在套筒2的相对的两端对套筒2进行限位,使得套筒2的位置较为固定,使得与套筒2相连的螺纹头3也不易于松动,提升灯具整体结构的稳固性。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,还包括安装于安装环22的光源板6,光源板6与安装环22可拆卸连接。安装环22在实现套筒2的位置固定于玻璃灯杯1内的同时,还可作为光源板6的安装座,使得光源板6稳定安装于玻璃灯杯1内。
进一步地,请参阅图2及图4,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,还包括设于套筒2内且与光源板6电连接的驱动板7,套筒2内壁开设有安装槽23,驱动板7插设于安装槽23内。灯具装配时,只需将驱动板7对准安装槽23并将驱动板7***安装槽23,即可完成驱动板7的安装,操作便捷且效率高;同时,安装槽23可对驱动板7进行较好的限位,使得驱动板7在灯具使用过程中不易发生松动。
进一步地,请参阅图2及图4,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,安装环22的内壁开设有对应于安装槽23的缺口221,缺口221与安装槽23相通。安装驱动板7时,缺口221可作为安装的导向部件,驱动板7通过缺口221进入套筒2内再进入安装槽23,降低了装配时的精度。
进一步地,请参阅图5,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,驱动板7上设有两个挂接部71,两个挂接部71相对且间隔设置,两个挂接部71之间的间距离大于套筒2的内径,因此驱动板7安装于套筒2内时可控制驱动板7伸入套筒2内的深度,可在套筒2外部对驱动板7进行操作。
进一步地,请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的灯具的另一种具体实施方式,光源板6与安装环22通过螺钉相连,拆装较为快速;灯头4上设有接触头8,接触头8与灯头4螺纹连接,可实现较为快速的拆装。
可以理解的是,另一种具体实施方式中的方案可为在其他实施例的基础上进一步改进的可实现的实施方案。
显然,本申请的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本申请所作的举例,而并非是对本申请的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.灯具,其特征在于,包括具有让位孔的玻璃灯杯、设于所述玻璃灯杯内的套筒、于所述让位孔处与所述套筒固定连接且位于所述玻璃灯杯的外部的螺纹头,以及灯头;所述螺纹头开设有外螺纹,所述灯头开设有适配于所述外螺纹的内螺纹;所述螺纹头位于所述灯头的内部且与所述灯头螺纹连接,所述灯头与所述玻璃灯杯相抵接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述套筒具有伸出于所述让位孔的连接头,所述套筒通过所述连接头与所述螺纹头相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述连接头上开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹头上开设有连接通孔,所述连接头与所述螺纹头之间设有连接螺钉,所述连接螺钉贯穿所述连接通孔并与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述连接头与所述螺纹头卡接,所述连接头上开设有卡接孔,所述螺纹头上设有适配于所述卡接孔的卡接凸起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述玻璃灯杯于所述让位孔的内壁设有限位环,所述套筒与所述限位环远离所述螺纹头的一侧相抵接。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述玻璃灯杯具有与所述让位孔相通的容置孔,所述套筒安装于所述容置孔内,所述套筒远离所述灯头的一端设有安装环,所述安装环的外径大于所述容置孔的内径。
7.根据权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述安装环的光源板,所述光源板与所述安装环可拆卸连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括设于所述套筒内且与所述光源板电连接的驱动板,所述套筒的内壁开设有安装槽,所述驱动板插设于所述安装槽内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述安装环的内壁开设有对应于所述安装槽的缺口,所述缺口与所述安装槽相通。
10.根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述驱动板上设有两个挂接部,两个所述挂接部相对且间隔设置,两个所述挂接部之间的间距离大于所述套筒的内径。
