的竹圆片，采用过盈配合相套接组合后车削而成。
Description
本实用新型涉及中国专利89207482.5“套接组合成型工艺竹碗”。
公开了一种利用多节竹段，和一块竹板加工套接组合的竹碗。保持了竹材的自然纹理，又可作为餐具使用。由于套接组合受到竹材口径的限制，无法生产较大的竹盘，其次套接组合所需的竹材要求口径要园，因此，取材不易，此外，自然生长的竹材口径不一，工业化生产标准化低。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种任意直径在30公分以内的直径竹盘结构，并且用材标准化益于工业化生产。

以下结合附图说明其结构：
盘体（1）是由多块立方体形的竹方块拼接组合成一块实体坯后，车削成的一个中空园形抛物面。盘底（2）是由一块竹板车削成的一块倒凹形的竹园片。套接组合缝（3）是盘体（1）和盘底（2）采用过盈相套接组合后再车削成型。并用树脂胶作为粘合剂。产品的内外均采用无毒、无味、耐热、透明的油漆涂饰。
由上，本实用新型仍保持竹材的自然纹理，同样有工艺观赏和餐具使用功能，而且可采用机械化大批量生产。
Claims (1)
1、拼套竹盘，由盘体，盘底组成，其特征在于盘体(1)是一个由多块立方体型的竹板相拼接组合后车削的一个中空的抛物面，与中空部分相套接的盘底(2)是一块竹板车削成一个倒凹型的竹园片，其套接组合缝(3)并用树脂胶作为粘合剂。
